易栖建筑：自然不是奢侈品，而是心理免疫系统的基石。 当我们剥离钢筋水泥的铠甲，让皮肤感受风的方向、耳朵收集叶的震动，那些被现代生活压抑的原始感官会重新苏醒——它们本就是我们内在稳定感的古老编码。在焦虑蔓延的当下，与自然重建联结或许是治愈无力感的一味良方。

E7 ARCHITECTS：Nature isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation of our mental resilience. When we step away from concrete and steel, feel the wind on our skin and hear leaves rustle, our quieted senses wake up. These old rhythms have always kept us grounded. In these anxious times, reconnecting with nature might be the deep remedy we need to ease our widespread powerlessness.

常州市地处中国长江三角洲中部，是苏锡常都市圈中距离长江最近的地级城市。团队自2022年接受委托，为常州合全药业的新园区设计景观。从概念到施工，历时近2年。常州园区集办公、研发功能一体， 同时承载着企业对国内外合作方接待及形象展示功能。此次常州园区景观设计除了打造极具能量与在地性、流动性而现代简约的绿色研发创新基地外，也着力为员工打造一个更为舒适的办公环境，冀已体现企业的人文关怀。团队希望通过园区在地性挖掘，与企业文化交融转译于园区景观设计当中，设计一个有别于传统产业园功能至上的程序式工作环境，在办公环境中链接与环境脱节的日常体验，补充员工的情感需求。

本次项目也设计了创新性的二层百米空中连廊，连接主要的办公、研发、食堂，打造复合型动线体系，增加了多维度体验园区景观的可能。

Changzhou, situated in the central Yangtze River Delta, is the closest prefecture-level city to the Yangtze River within the Su-Xi-Chang Metropolitan Area. Since 2022, our team has developed the landscape design for this new integrated office and R&D park over a two-year period, from concept to construction preparation. Beyond creating a vibrant, locally-rooted green R&D base, the design prioritizes employee comfort through nature-integrated workspaces that reflect corporate values. By blending regional character with company culture, we’ve moved beyond traditional industrial park models to address staff’s emotional needs and reconnect daily work with natural elements.

The project features an innovative 100-meter aerial corridor linking main office and R&D zones, establishing both efficient circulation and multi-dimensional landscape experiences.

01. 细浪轻抚的人本园区

第一次踏勘现场，发现场地周围的市政绿化带已完成自然演替，生长极其茂密，而平整后的场地与紧邻的城市干道暗示着未来发展。我们有感于汉斯·埃梅内格对于自然生命力的瞬间捕捉，他将动态美定格并放大，让思绪片刻停顿，让时间有了形象。因此，场地内部营造如微风拂面般的轻松感，健康的轻盈感，成为希望实现的园区景观愿景，即体验重获生机的第一感受。与此同时，我们也将园外茂密的林带引入园内，让建筑被周边的大树包围，如同漂浮于树梢之上，也是我们最初设想的园区图景。

合全药业致力于为全球客户提供解决罕见病、疑难病的原料药物研发，为患者带去可持续、更健康的未来。园区也以此为前提，创造松弛感园区景观，将自然与人本相融合，营造宁静放松氛围，让人造的自然景观在园区内流动渗透。打破规则的园区建筑布局，将园区景观转化为自然图景，游走其间能让人联想起草甸、山谷、林地，如缕春风，使其成为具有吸引力的工作园区，恢复员工自然身心。

The Gentle-Wave Campus

The site is surrounded by a lush, naturally grown municipal greenbelt. The leveled land and adjacent urban road suggest future development potential. Inspired by Hans Emmenegger’s art of capturing fleeting moments in nature, we seek to create a park that evokes the gentle touch of a breeze—a space full of ease and vitality, revitalizing both people and place.

By integrating the surrounding woodlands into the park’s core, buildings appear to float amid mature trees, realizing our long-held vision of a poetic landscape. STA Pharma, dedicated to developing APIs for rare and complex diseases, strives for a healthier global future. Guided by this mission, the park is designed as a healing environment where nature and human-centered design merge.

Through serene, flowing landscapes, we create a soothing atmosphere that promotes well-being and tranquility. The architectural layout allows the park to unfold as a living natural scene. Walking through, one encounters meadows, valleys, and woodlands—like a soft spring breeze woven throughout—forming an appealing workplace that revitalizes its occupants.

02. 虚室生白，简而生变

克制简练的自然景观营造出脱离一瞬的思绪，提供片刻的宁静与沉淀。松弛简明的草坡、无限流动的白色线条、不经意的错动空间，组成有机的自然空间与山行体验，产生独有的情感记忆，至简至繁、无限生长。

Emptiness brings forth light; Simplicity breeds variation

Three refined elements — a serene grassy slope, flowing white lines and subtly shifting planes — create a calming natural landscape that evokes mountain journeys and emotional memories. Within this simplicity lies infinite richness.

我们希望用三种简练的设计表达，组合模拟出水源、山谷、草甸的自然图景，游走其间如重获生机。

水源

从企业LOGO苯环幻化而来的草坡形成了第一个水源形象，涌泉。行政楼前的叠水水景背靠三层山峦，成为第二个水源形象，叠瀑。涌泉与叠瀑之间通过灰色线性铺装叠加连接，暗示水波涌动，推向一池翘起草坡，向内波动。高处矗立的雪浪石成为视觉焦点，背后是小山峦。一侧伸出的平台提供驻足眺望。

We aim to use three concise designs to recreate the natural scenery of water sources, valleys, and meadows, where wandering through feels like a rebirth.

Water Source

Inspired by the corporate logo’s benzene ring, the grassy slope forms the first water feature—a bubbling fountain. Before the administration building, a terraced waterfall set against layered mountain shapes creates the second water motif. Gray linear paving suggests rippling water, directing views toward an inward-curving grassy mound. At the highest point, a prominent Snow Wave Stone stands as a visual focus, complemented by a viewing platform that invites visitors to pause and reflect.

山谷

溪水铺装一路向内延展。正对食堂东侧切割出一溜丛生香橼绿带，与中央绿带围合出一条微微抬高变化的“栈道”，即成为食堂用餐的对景。中央抬高的无机水磨石花池形成山谷的峭壁，两侧微地形化身小山峦，将视线进一步压缩。孤植的丛生乌桕也化身日晷，投下的树影暗示时间的变化。

Valley

The paved stream extends inward, guiding movement. Along the cafeteria’s east side, a citron grove frames an elevated walkway with the central greenbelt—creating a framed view from the dining area. Central terrazzo planters suggest valley cliffs, flanked by sculpted micro-terrain that compresses sightlines. A lone tallow tree casts shifting shadows, marking the passage of time.

向前，娜塔栎树阵将香橼的绿荫延续，转换为午歇小空间，像一块小滩涂。流动的池壁成为座椅的一部分，也暗示空间转变。山峦与水源的错动，则是提供足够的集散空间。

Up ahead, Nuttall oak groves extend the citron trees’ green canopy, forming a noon resting nook like a small tidal flat. The curved pool wall serves as seating and subtly marks space transitions. The mix of undulating shapes and water features offers plenty of room for gathering and dispersing.

草甸

小山峦背后的草坪一路向后延伸，最终东北角被抬高，形成双面放坡的高山草甸形象。中山杉与弗吉尼亚栎组合成为山巅林带，东侧是为隔离停车楼而设立的娜塔栎林带。

Meadow

The lawn behind the small hills stretches back, gently rising at the northeast corner to form a double-sloped alpine meadow. A woodland of Chinese fir and Virginia oak tops the peak, and a Nuttall oak grove along the eastern edge hides the parking structure, blocking unwanted views.

为了加强体验，我们在快速通道也设置细微的高差变化。最终，中央主通道、南北两侧通道，以及东西向的通道，通过抬高的种植池、序列感的草坡，以及季相变化的乔木，模拟山谷、草甸、林间，多样的视觉及步行体验。乔木的种植设计也界定了空间，加强自然空间属性。

To boost the experience, slight elevation changes were added even along main paths. Finally, the central walkway, north-south passages and east-west routes—via raised planters, gentle grass slopes and arranged tree canopies—recreate the sensory and walking experiences of valleys, meadows and woodlands. Tree placement also defines space boundaries, highlighting each natural setting’s unique traits.

03. 可观可游的企业文化

越来越多的企业开始注重员工的情绪价值，以亲自然的办公环境为员工的企业认同感及工作效率赋能。园区景观从孤立的观赏性向体验性的进升，企业文化在其中的点缀与融合，也是我们思考的一个方向。我们希望呈现一个功能完善高效有序，内敛克制，同时在视觉及体验上有一定吸引力的办公环境。

中央景观区承载着以之为核心的园区布局所带来的不同角度及环境下的视线。造型草坡与种植池的韵律化组合，模拟出地质层在漫长时间积累下层层堆叠，最终形成高低错落的形态，除了表达时间的累积，也是对常州的山丘、企业特有的一站式药品开发流程的转译。景观设计手法上用线性的设计语言，及具有特色的造型草坡堆砌起层层小山峦，既是对常州地形的隐喻，也是对企业特色产品开发过程的象征。

An Inviting Corporate Culture to Be Seen and Experienced

More companies now prioritize employee well-being with nature-integrated offices, which build a sense of belonging and boost efficiency. We turn landscapes into immersive experiences that blend corporate culture with nature seamlessly—creating functional, engaging workplaces.

The central landscape anchors the campus with layered slopes and plants that mimic geological features. These changing landforms visually reflect both Changzhou’s hills and the company’s smooth drug development process, forming small hills that mirror local terrain and symbolize innovation.

04. 结语

同类型园区项目因其自身需求特点，面临着前期多专业交叉产生的大量协调工作以及细致调整、有限的现场施工能力。项目经过近3年时间，终于取得相对满意的结果，可惜最初市政绿化带中高大浓密的香樟林带已被统一移除。园区内乔木刚种植没多久，已经成为小鸟的新家。

从古典意义上讲，绿地即“静思之所在”。我们期待在简朴元素的组合下，呈现一个安静自然、至简至繁的绿洲体验，平衡以往的园区生活，在这里体会四时有序。斑驳的树荫、流动的空间。也希望通过严格的造价控制以及积极的方案设想，找到每一个项目的独特性。

Conclusion

After three years of complex coordination and adjustments, the project has achieved satisfying results. While the original camphor trees were unfortunately removed, the newly planted trees are already sheltering birds across the campus.

Classically, green spaces are for contemplation. We aim to create a serene oasis through simple elements, balancing modern campus life with profound simplicity—where one feels the rhythm of the seasons. Dappled shade and resting niches create valued moments. Through budget discipline and proactive design, we uncover each project’s unique potential.
