大小景观 成立于2020年，是一个以设计的力量关注社会与民生的景观工作室。大与小在汉语里是辩证而又统一的，在景观里的大与小也蕴含着整体与细节、全局与局部、社会与个人等种种关联，设计需要从各种关系里寻找创造性地解决问题的方案与表达方式。我们着重关注公共空间，希望通过我们的思考，为公共空间带来更有意义的体验。我们也不介意参与商业项目，但期待寻找与我们价值观相近的业主，共同创造商业与公共利益双赢的作品。

Atelier Scale was founded in 2020, a design studio committed to addressing social and livelihood issues through the power of design. In Chinese, “large” and “small” are dialectical yet unified concepts, and in landscape design, they also embody the interplay between the whole and the detail, the overall and the local, the societal and the individual. Design requires finding creative solutions and expressions by navigating these relationships. We place a strong emphasis on public spaces, aiming to bring more meaningful experiences to them through thoughtful design. We are also open to participating in commercial projects, but we look forward to collaborating with clients who share similar values to create works that benefit both commerce and the public interest.

Ⅰ. 景观设计师 Landscape Designer

职位要求：

·团队的协作者
我们倡导合作、扁平的设计文化，但这也会随之带来观点的散乱与意见的混杂，因此，我们需要极其关注设计价值观与方法的积累以应对上述的问题。当我们所做的实验被多次验证成功或可行时，这些经验将会被持续运用，只有这样才会让团队目标更趋向一致。作为团队协作者，您需要理解并支持这样的事务所文化。

·独立的思考者
我们希望你不是听从吩咐的机械画图师，我们期待能够独立思考的伙伴：在平凡的日常中发现不平凡细节的感受力和观察力；敢于在逻辑分析后勇敢地做出决策的判断力（哪怕有可能是错的）；热爱交流，愿意倾听每个人的声音，并通过交流弥补自己的盲区。

·独特的表达者
设计师是表达者，而不是空谈家。设计的呈现，是通过缜密的逻辑思辨后，再用设计工具将其视觉化的过程。您不一定需要能言会道、也不一定需要亮眼的学历，但您需要有属于自己独特的表达方式。每个人的方式都不一样，请你尽情展示。

技能要求：

·熟练的手绘/CAD/SketchUp/Rhino/Grasshopper/StableDiffusion/Enscape… （够用就行，潜力股照单全收！）
·眼里有光，手里有活，脑子里有“改造世界”的疯狂小火花！

另外我们长期开放景观专业“实习生”岗位（实习期不低于3个月者优先）。

Job requirements:

· Team Collaborator
We advocate for a collaborative and flat design culture, but this can sometimes lead to scattered opinions and diverse perspectives. Therefore, we place great emphasis on accumulating shared design values and methodologies to address these challenges. When our experimental approaches are repeatedly proven successful or feasible, these experiences are consistently applied, helping align the team toward common goals. As a team collaborator, you are expected to understand and support this studio culture.

· Independent Thinker
We hope you are not just someone who follows instructions mechanically. We look for partners who can think independently: possessing the sensitivity and observation to discover extraordinary details in everyday routines; the judgment to make bold decisions after logical analysis (even if they might sometimes be wrong); and a love for communication—willing to listen to everyone’s voice and fill in your own blind spots through dialogue.

· Unique Communicator
Designers are communicators, not just talkers. Design presentation is a process of rigorous logical reasoning, followed by visualization using design tools. You don’t necessarily need to be highly articulate or have an impressive academic background, but you must have your own unique way of expression. Everyone’s style is different—we encourage you to fully showcase yours.

Skill Requirements:

· Proficient in hand-drawing / CAD / SketchUp / Rhino / Grasshopper / Stable Diffusion / Enscape…
(Competence is key—high-potential candidates are always welcome!)
· A spark in your eyes, skill in your hands, and a little “crazy spark” in your mind to change the world!

Additionally, we are always open to internship positions in landscape architecture (priority will be given to those who can commit to at least 3 months).
