广亩景观：本案位于海口市东海岸美兰国际空港经济辐射区，交通条件优良；离海岸仅1KM，自然资源丰富。仁恒滨江园一期大区运用现代简洁的设计语言，根据高层、中高层及叠墅的宅间特点，分别勾勒出社区功能性场地、林下花园社交空间、私属花园巷道空间等丰富的空间体验，并以多元活力的街区将不同的组团整合起来，打造特色鲜明的中心核心景观区，营造舒适自然的生活场景。
GM LANDSCAPE: The project is located in the Meilan International Airport Economic Radiation Zone on the east coast of Haikou City. It enjoys excellent transportation conditions, being in close proximity to the coast, just 1km away, and abundant in natural resources. Phase One of Coast Garden utilizes a modern and minimalist design language. Based on the characteristics of high-rise, mid-high-rise, and stacked villas, it delineates a variety of spatial experiences, including functional community areas, garden social spaces under the trees, and private garden alleyways. The integration of different clusters into a diverse and vibrant neighborhood creates a distinctive central landscape area, fostering a comfortable and natural living environment.

微风带着海的波光与味道，将海湾风情带至社区。仪式水景作为海的缩影，结合入口景墙，营造归家昭示性及自然舒适的氛围感受。
The gentle breeze carries the shimmering waves and scent of the sea, bringing the charm of the bay into the community. The ceremonial water feature, representing the essence of the sea, is combined with the entrance landscape wall, creating a welcoming and natural atmosphere.

中高层组团-森林轻氧·星临港湾 Forest light oxygen · Star waterfront Bay
根据中高层建筑的空间布局，宅间设置景观大中庭，打造居者的专属活动空间，满足日常的休憩和邻里交流。空灵飘逸的艺术雕塑让中庭景观风格由星临港湾向阳光过渡，居者情绪也完成了从慵懒松弛向自然活力的转换。以植物软景围塑空间层次，感受海风穿梭其中的自然之美。
Based on the spatial layout of the mid-high-rise buildings, landscaped large courts are set up between the houses to create exclusive activity Spaces for the residents to meet the daily rest and neighborhood communication. The elegant art sculpture makes the atrium landscape style transition from the star harbor to the sun, and the mood of the residents also completes the transformation from lazy relaxation to natural vitality. The soft landscape of plants is used to shape the space level and feel the natural beauty of the sea breeze.

漂浮于镜面水景之上的轻氧廊架营造度假体验，提取层层海浪元素打造镜面叠级水景，景观汀步与异形种植池镶嵌其中，丰富了整个空间的趣味和层次，构建浪漫惬意的海岛生活。廊架内摆放自然原色藤编座椅，搭配浅色软装，一个相对独立的观景洽谈区就此构建。树影在廊架上起舞，午后阳光，两三好友逃脱城市的繁杂，以自然疗愈心情，寻找向往已久的松弛与自由。
The light oxygen gallery floating on the mirror-like water feature creates a holiday experience, extracts layers of ocean wave elements to create mirror-like overlapping water features, which are inset with landscape stings and shaped planting pools, enriching the interest and level of the entire space and building a romantic and comfortable island life.Natural primary color rattan seats are placed in the corridor frame, with light soft clothing, and a relatively independent viewing and negotiation area is constructed. The shadow of the tree dances on the porch, the afternoon sun, two or three friends escape the complexity of the city, heal the mood with nature, and look for the relaxation and freedom.

夜幕降临，“船”主题景观灯缓缓点亮，轻轻漂浮于水面，情绪层层递进感受空间氛围带来的浪漫与惊喜，点点灯火，散落一池星光。
As night falls, the “boat” theme landscape light slowly lights up, gently floating on the water, and the emotions are gradually feeling the romance and surprise brought by the space atmosphere. Little lights, scattered a pool of stars.

叠墅区静谧隐奢的入口空间，打造仪式感的同时营造自然放松的度假氛围。精致低调的门头掩映在绿植之中形成层次丰富的围合空间，结合现代极简的仪式水景，体现静谧雅致的隐奢感。
The quiet and luxurious entrance space of the villa area creates a sense of ritual while creating a natural and relaxed holiday atmosphere. The delicate and low-key door head is hidden in the green plants to form a rich level of enclosed space, combined with the modern minimalist ritual water feature, reflecting the quiet and elegant sense of hidden luxury.

中心口袋空间延续海水入湾的概念，波浪草台绿植空间包裹下沉吧台，结合同一语言的镜面水景，营造开放舒朗的氛围，构建林下休憩空间。
The central pocket space continues the concept of seawater entering the bay. The wavy grass terrace and green plant space wrap the sunken bar, and combine the mirrored water feature of the same language to create an open and comfortable atmosphere and build a rest space under the forest.

另一侧特色矮墙搭配滨海休闲风的景观软装，进行度假主题感场景的营造。蜿蜒的水景及绿植延伸渗透至叠墅宅间，回归海岛绿林的沉浸式归家场景。
On the other side, the characteristic low wall is combined with the soft landscape decoration of coastal leisure style to create the scene of holiday theme. The meandering water features and green plants extend and penetrate into the overlapping villas, returning to the immersive homecoming scene of the island’s green forest.

叠墅区主要以宅间巷道为主，利用入户空间与巷道的序列转换，结合特色植物的营造，体现仪式归家的舒适感及私密感。
The villa area is mainly based on the laneway between houses, using the sequence conversion of the entry space and the laneway, combined with the construction of characteristic plants, to reflect the comfort and privacy of the ritual home.

高层组团-屿上日光·珊瑚蜃景 Sun and coral mirage on the island
高层区中心花园以阳光空间为主，延续曲线的设计语言，结合绿岛弱化空间边界，营造简洁大气的氛围，打造舒适自然的花园空间。
The central garden of the high-rise area is dominated by the sunshine space, and the design language of the continuous curve is combined with the green island to weaken the space boundary, create a simple atmosphere and create a comfortable and natural garden space.

提升社区品质感，打造多元活力街区，组成共享式开放社区客厅。形象展示街区以组团出入口及接驳车到达为主，序列感强烈，局部结合绿化打造口袋空间。通过铺装区分街区功能，局部增加可移动花箱，强化舒适自然的归家体验，打造沉浸式椰林树影的度假体验。
Enhance the sense of community quality, create a diverse and dynamic block, and form a shared open community living room. The image display block is mainly based on group entrances and shuttles, with a strong sense of sequence, and partially combined with greening to create pocket space. By paving to distinguish the function of the block, partially add movable flower boxes, strengthen the comfortable and natural home experience, and create an immersive Hainan holiday experience.

森林屿海，共享自然。仁恒滨江园一期大区根据高层区，中高层区及叠墅区等不同空间的特性及场域精神，打造具有浓厚在地文化的海岛度假体验，营造海水入湾般悠然松弛的空间氛围，让居者回归心之所往的精神家园。
Forest island sea, sharing nature. According to the characteristics of different spaces such as high-rise area, mid-high-rise area and villa area, Phase One of Coast Garden creates an island holiday experience with strong local culture, and creates a relaxed space atmosphere like the sea water entering the bay, allowing residents to return to the spiritual home where they want to go.
