广亩景观：项目是高端公寓社区屋顶花园，位于长沙万象城之上，并设有通往万象城的出入口。属于长沙绝对核心区岳麓区，属市府核心商圈，西临国家级高新区，东临湖南省金融中心，区位优越。同时拥有“ 一江一山两园” 的城市顶级景观配套，山川环绕，为本案提供了绝佳的观景条件。

作为全球第四座瑞玺，长沙瑞玺以超越地域的视野与标准，汲取世界都会精髓，自成格局，为长沙塔尖圈层兑现匹配全球审美的巅峰居所。这里不仅是理想人居新范式，更是长沙对话世界的封面作品。以无界视野，礼献国际都市人居新纪元。

GM LANDSCAPE: The project is located in Yuelu District, the core of Changsha, and is part of the city’s core business district. It is adjacent to the National High-tech Zone in the west and the Hunan Financial Center in the east, with a superior location. It also has the top urban landscape facilities of “one river, one mountain and two parks”, surrounded by mountains and rivers, providing excellent viewing conditions for this project.

As the fourth CREST TOWER in the world, CREST TOWER Changsha has a vision and standard beyond the region, absorbed the essence of the world’s metropolises, and formed its own pattern, providing Changsha’s elites with a peak residence that realizes global aesthetics. This is not only a new paradigm of ideal human settlement, but also a cover work of Changsha’s dialogue with the world. It presents a new era of international urban human settlement with a boundless vision.

湘江、橘子洲、岳麓山支撑着这座城市蓬勃的生命力，除了长沙的山清水秀，惬意自在、艺术时尚的生活也是长沙的城市特点我们将自然元素融入整个园林体系，凝练在地美学精粹，镌刻岳麓山魂、湘江水韵，将“隐逸奢藏”的度假场景，悄然编织进云麓之洲的日常生活仪式。

Xiangjiang River, Orange Island and Yuelu Mountain support the city’s vigorous vitality. In addition to Changsha’s beautiful mountains and clear waters, comfortable, artistic and fashionable life is also a city feature of Changsha. We integrate natural elements into the entire garden system, condense the essence of local aesthetics, engrave the soul of Yuelu Mountain and the charm of Xiangjiang River, and quietly weave the “secluded and luxurious” holiday scene into the daily life ritual of Yunlu Island.

以“内外无界”为设计内核，大胆消弭传统边界。屋顶花园化身城市阳台，衔接万象城出入口，实现商业繁华与私属领地的丝滑过渡。葱郁自然与架空层生活场景无间渗透、对话，引绿入室。建筑不再割裂自然，而是成为承载垂直绿洲的媒介，向上延伸，与天际线交织，与城市对话。

With “no boundaries between inside and outside” as the core of the design, the traditional boundaries are boldly eliminated. The roof garden is transformed into an urban balcony, connecting the entrance and exit of MixC, achieving a smooth transition between commercial prosperity and private territory. The lush nature and the living scenes on the overhead floor penetrate and communicate seamlessly, bringing green into the room. The building no longer separates from nature, but becomes a medium that carries the vertical oasis, extending upward, interweaving with the skyline, and communicating with the city.

叠瀑流水声与自然白噪音的心理疗愈，充满自然况味的山石草木触感，从室外漫入室内的自然景物，室外花香与室内香氛的和谐统一，精心设计五感联动，建立五感丰富的记忆烙印。

The psychological healing effect of the sound of cascading waterfalls and natural white noise, the touch of rocks and plants full of natural atmosphere, the natural scenery that flows from outdoors into indoors, the harmonious unity of the outdoor flower fragrance and indoor fragrance, and the carefully designed linkage of the five senses establish a memory imprint rich in the five senses.

「云麓之洲」层层递进，从独处到共融。初入场地缓缓开启立体游园之旅；电梯抵达六层，首境以“三洲一水”的格丰盈游园情绪价值；中境与自然无界对话；终境以园林书写当代《兰亭集序》。

The project space progresses layer by layer, from solitude to integration. When you first enter the site, you will slowly start your three-dimensional garden tour; the elevator reaches the sixth floor, and the first scene enriches the emotional value of the garden with the style of “three continents and one water”; the middle scene has a boundless dialogue with nature; the final scene uses the garden to write the contemporary “Lanting Preface”.

以高奢酒店为范本，于归家第一站匠心打造仪式落客体验。景墙静立，奠定大气优雅的基调。点睛的艺术雕塑悄然伫立，于细节处彰显不凡品味；葱郁绿植错落掩映，柔化空间，营造私密与自然相融的抵达氛围。以臻享礼序开启归家即度假的雅致生活，不止是停驻，更是归家度假之旅的优雅序章，让每一次归来，都如步入云端酒店般尊崇惬意。

Taking high-end hotels as a model, a ceremonial drop-off experience is created at the entrance of the homecoming. The landscape wall stands quietly, laying a tone of grandeur and elegance. The eye-catching art sculptures stand quietly, showing extraordinary taste in the details; lush green plants are scattered and shaded, softening the space, creating an arrival atmosphere that blends privacy and nature. The elegant life of returning home and vacation is opened with the exquisite etiquette. It is not only a stop, but also an elegant prelude to the journey of returning home for vacation, making every return as respectful and comfortable as entering a hotel.

镜面水庭倒映天光云影，三座亭台如漂浮沙洲，将湘江千年的洲渚文化凝练于一园之中。利用亚热带树种与植被、汀步石阶、在地文化的艺术装置组合，创造出曲径通幽，以小见大、惬意松弛的隐奢谧境，用东方的“游园气韵”形成“一步一景”的游园叙事。

The mirror-like water garden reflects the sky and cloud shadows, and the three pavilions are like floating sandbars, condensing the thousand-year-old island culture of the Xiangjiang River in one garden.Subtropical plants, stepping stone steps, and art installations are combined to create a secluded and relaxing secluded and luxurious environment, forming a “one step, one view” garden experience.

The narrowed winding path makes the pace slow down involuntarily; the golden cloud sculpture floating on the water crushes the sunset into flowing amber.

The pavilion floats on the water, turning into an elegant cold meal social space, and the private party toast freezes the landscape painting, interpreting a new scene of fashionable social interaction. Compared with star-rated hotels, there is no hustle and bustle of tourists here, only the whispers of the wind passing through the treetops. The real luxurious scenery is the calmness of stopping to stop for a fallen leaf.

穿过首重秘境，一方隐于花木间的漂浮花园悄然浮现。绿岛凌波而栖。环翠拥座，侧聆潺潺流水景墙，演绎坐看云起、卧听水吟的诗意栖居。

Walking across the stepping stone, a floating garden hidden among the plants quietly emerges.Surrounded by green trees, with the wall overlooking the gurgling water, it is a poetic place where one can sit and watch the clouds rise, and lie down and listen to the sound of water.Sit on the leisure platform and feel the breeze.

闲坐休闲平台，感受浮光掠影清风徐徐。阳光草坪舒展身心，度假生活在水岸之间悠然成境。林间小径连接漂浮花园与峡谷剧场。

作为万象城出入口的仪式对景，以艺术主题雕塑结合景墙来消弭传统边界，实现商业繁华与私属领地的丝滑过渡。以“无界”为匙，让室外自然与室内场景无间对话。以”自然治愈”的的植物体系形成包裹生长的内外空间。葱郁自然与架空层生活场景无间渗透、对话，引绿入室。四季更迭时，窗外风景随心变化，在自然呼吸的节奏里，掌控城市发展的脉搏。

The sunny lawn relaxes the body and mind, and the holiday life is leisurely between the waterside. The forest path connects the floating garden and the canyon theater.

As the ceremonial scenery of the entrance and exit of Mixc, the art theme sculpture is combined with the landscape wall to eliminate the traditional boundaries and achieve a smooth transition between commercial prosperity and private territory. With “boundless” as the key, let the outdoor nature and indoor scenes communicate seamlessly. The “natural healing” plant system forms an internal and external space that wraps the growth. The lush nature and the overhead layer life scene penetrate and communicate seamlessly, bringing green into the room. When the seasons change, the scenery outside the window changes as you wish, and in the rhythm of natural breathing, you can control the pulse of urban development.

穿过林间小径便是场地一端的漂浮花园。景观平台外摆区轻盈通透，模糊室内外边界，并与峡谷剧场一侧的云顶酒吧对望。

漂浮花园可根据需求举办各种活动，形成一个松弛舒适的弹性空间。倚靠吧台浅酌慢饮，光影流转。生活是一场永不落幕的社交剧场，没有刻意的派对流程，唯有月光、流泉、花木与恰到好处的留白，志趣共生的情感，成为自然生长的故事。

Across the forest path is the floating garden at one end of the venue. The outdoor area of the landscape platform is light and transparent, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, and facing the Cloud Top Bar on one side of the Canyon Theater.

The floating garden can host various activities according to demand, forming a relaxing and comfortable flexible space. Leaning against the bar, sipping and drinking slowly, the light and shadow flow. Life is a never-ending social theater, without a deliberate party process, only moonlight, flowing springs, flowers and trees, and just the right amount of blank space, the emotions of symbiosis of interests, become a story of natural growth.

移步云麓廊亭，凭栏漫谈人声低徊。自然与繁华在此交织，酝酿出独属于瑞玺的微醺时光与自在天地。

Move to the Yunlu Pavilion, lean on the railing and chat with the lingering voices. Nature and prosperity are intertwined here, brewing a tipsy time and a free world that belongs only to the project.

本案屋顶花园位于建筑顶板之上，屋面的室外空间狭长，没有为景观覆土留出宽裕的荷载条件。除此之外场地存在多个出屋面设备，同时还需考虑屋顶结构覆土荷载等客观因素，这让此次设计充满挑战。基于这一挑战，我们在种植、水景、构筑物的设计上也给出了应对策略。

我们遍访全国，挑选丛生乌桕、红果冬青、北美娜塔栎、日本早樱、热带香橼等数十类珍稀树种，定制土壤和吊装方案。在六层楼高的垂直迁徙中，机械塔吊和六组工人同步作业，经历一百多个日夜的风雨兼程，终于写就一部征服重力与钢铁丛林的自然史诗。

云麓之洲，宛如悬浮于都市之上的绿洲秘境，垂直生长的不仅是绿意葱茏的立体花园，更是那份根植于日常的假日松弛。推窗是都市烟火，转身即云上心境。华润长沙瑞玺重新定义都市生活，在繁华核心构筑了一座可呼吸、可仰望、可沉醉的垂直度假圣境。

The roof garden of the project is located on the MixC in Changsha. The outdoor space on the roof is long and narrow, and there is an entrance to MixC. In addition, there are multiple roof equipment on the site, and objective factors such as the roof structure cover load must also be considered, which makes the design full of challenges.This project is located on the roof of the building, and there is no ample load condition for the landscape covering. Based on this challenge, we also gave coping strategies in the design of planting, waterscape, and structure.

We visited the whole country, selected dozens of rare tree species such as Chinese tallow tree, red fruit holly, North American oak, Japanese early cherry, tropical citron, and customized soil and lifting solutions. In the six-story vertical migration, the mechanical tower crane and six groups of workers worked synchronously, and after more than a hundred days and nights of wind and rain, they finally wrote a natural epic that conquered gravity and the steel jungle.

This project is like an oasis secret suspended above the city. The vertical growth is not only a lush green three-dimensional garden, but also a holiday relaxation rooted in daily life. Opening the window is the city fireworks, and turning around is the cloud-like state of mind. The project redefines urban life and builds a vertical holiday paradise in the prosperous core where you can breathe, look up and indulge.
