上海联创设计01.生态焕新——构筑有韧性的城市带状绿地空间

城市扩张正不断蚕食自然肌理,而带状绿地因空间尺度的局限,常被贴上 “观赏性有余、功能性不足” 的标签。因此,在城市发展进程中,如何实现生态与城市空间的和谐共生,构建可持续的绿色场域,已成为景观设计领域亟待探索的重要课题。

United Design Group: Ecological renewal——Construct resilient urban linear green space

Urban expansion is continuously encroaching upon natural landscapes, while linear green spaces are often labeled as “more ornamental than functional” due to their spatial limitations. Consequently, in the process of urban development, how to achieve a harmonious coexistence between ecological and urban spaces and construct sustainable green fields has become a critical issue to explore in the field of landscape design.

青浦西岑培雅路绿地项目坐落于上海市青浦区金泽镇,总占地面积约 1.67 万平方米。作为西岑科创中心的门户形象入口,这片绿地既是水乡公园的重要构成部分,也是西岑地块绿色慢行系统的起始段落。其地理区位极具连接性 —— 北接地铁 17 号线西岑站人行天桥,东连华为青浦研发中心,西接西岑科创中心,主要服务于周边高端商务办公人群,为他们提供一处绿意盎然、惬意舒适的休闲社交场域。

The Xicen Peiya Road Green Space Project is situated in Jinze Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, spanning approximately 16,700 square meters. Serving as the gateway to the Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Center, this green space forms an integral part of the waterside park while marking the starting point of Xicen’s green slow-traffic network.Strategically positioned for connectivity, it bridges the pedestrian overpass of Metro Line 17’s Xicen Station to the north, Huawei’s Qingpu R&D Center to the east, and the Xicen Sci-Tech Innovation Hub to the west. Designed primarily for professionals in the surrounding high-end business district, it offers a verdant and inviting oasis for leisure and social interaction.

02. 流动的涟漪——形式即功能

本项目地块作为串联城市空间的核心生态廊道,整体设计秉承”形式追随功能”的理念,以”流动的涟漪”为设计母题,通过有机曲线构建景观空间序列。线性园路采用洗米石铺装,既引导人流动线又自然勾勒出绿化边界轮廓。结合场地竖向高差,打造层次丰富的台地式景观空间,营造自然野趣的公共活动场所。

Ripples of flow——Form is function

As a core ecological corridor connecting urban spaces, the overall design of this project adheres to the concept of “form follows function” and takes “flowing ripples” as the design motif, constructing a sequence of landscape spaces through organic curves. The linear garden paths are paved with washed rice stones, which not only guide the flow of people but also naturally outline the contours of the greening boundaries. By integrating the vertical elevation differences of the site, a multi-layered terraced landscape space is created, forming a public activity area with a natural and rustic charm.

横向:涟漪造型的设计语言,利用简洁的线条将开阔的视线与主动线融合。打造具有开放性与通透感的城市绿廊。

Horizontal Design: The ripple motif design language employs clean, flowing lines to seamlessly integrate open sightlines with primary circulation paths. This creates an urban green corridor characterized by openness and visual permeability.

竖向:地块通过标高设计,将市政道路、滨水带、绿地之间的高差无缝衔接。起伏的地形,不仅丰富了空间层次,搭建了海绵生态系统,还创造了多样化的活动区域。

Vertical Design: The site employs strategic elevation planning to seamlessly integrate the grade differences between municipal roads, waterfront zones, and green spaces. The undulating terrain not only enriches spatial layering and establishes a sponge ecosystem, but also creates diverse activity areas for dynamic public use.

空间营造上,设计以一条曲线榉树步行道为核心串联起场地三大景观分区:入口展示活动区以标志性下凹地形大草坪为亮点,承载动态展示与互动活动;雨水花园生态体验休憩区汇集多样湿生植物,提供生态感知与休憩空间;树阵林下漫步区则以静谧树荫营造悠然氛围,适合漫步沉思。三大分区从热闹到静谧自然过渡,为使用者创造了丰富多元的体验可能。

In terms of space creation, the design takes a zelkova tree-lined walkway as the core to connect the three major landscape zones of the site: The entrance exhibition and activity zone features a landmark sunken lawn, which serves as a venue for dynamic exhibitions and interactive activities; The rain garden rest zone gathers a variety of hygrophilous plants, providing spaces for ecological perception and relaxation; The tree-lined promenade zone creates a serene atmosphere with quiet tree shades, ideal for strolling and contemplation. The three zones transition naturally from bustling to tranquil, creating rich and diverse experience possibilities for users.

景观分区一——草坪共享活动区

作为市民进入西岑科创中心的门户,项目北侧的展示活动地块在街角设置了 logo 水景与入口形象雕塑。雕塑以三条抛物线为造型,象征西岑科创中心 “智慧、生态、活力” 三大核心特质的交融;设计上既凸显轻薄现代的质感,又于简洁线条中暗藏细节层次,搭配线条灯带点亮夜景,成为车行与行人视线的聚焦点。

Zone 1: Open Lawn Shared Activity Area

As the gateway to Xicen Science & Innovation Park, the northern exhibition area features a signature logo water feature and an entrance sculpture at the street corner. The sculpture’s design incorporates three parabolic arcs, symbolizing the convergence of Xicen’s core values: Wisdom, Ecology, and Vitality. Balancing sleek modernity with subtle detailing, the sculpture’s clean lines conceal intricate layers. Integrated linear LED lighting illuminates the structure at night, creating a striking visual anchor for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

北侧地块中央是一片地势开阔的阳光大草坪,其斜坡高差经巧妙设计,形成可坐可躺的多元互动空间,能灵活承载各类市民活动需求。

In the center of the northern plot lies a spacious sunlit lawn with an open terrain. The slope elevation difference here is cleverly designed to form a versatile interactive space where people can sit or lie down, flexibly accommodating various public activity needs.

景观分区二——生态体验休憩区

作为华为研发中心的主入口空间,项目中段设计以线性语言为基底,融入竖向层叠的花坛元素,再配合中央椭圆形礼仪草坪,与两侧阵列式高大乔木、直通华为的人行桥及入口大门形成巧妙呼应。整体风格简洁大气,有力烘托出主入口的仪式感与标志性。

Zone 2: Ecological Experience and Leisure Area

As the main entrance space of the Huawei R&D Center, the design of the middle section of the project is based on linear language, incorporating vertically stacked flower bed elements, and together with the central oval ceremonial lawn, it forms a clever echo with the array of tall arbor trees on both sides, the pedestrian bridge leading directly to Huawei, and the entrance gate. The overall style is concise and imposing, effectively highlighting the sense of ceremony and iconicity of the main entrance.

华为研发中心主入口的北侧设计为雨水花园生态区,通过曲线型卵石下凹地形与多样化净水植物的搭配,打造出兼具观赏性与生态功能的景观空间。游人可以漫步于缤纷的花园环境中,同时感受自然水净化系统的生态展示。

The north side of the The main entrance of Huawei’s Qingpu R&D Center is designed as a rain garden ecological zone. Through the combination of curved pebble sunken terrain and a variety of water-purifying plants, a landscape space with both ornamental value and ecological functions is created. Visitors can stroll in the colorful garden environment while experiencing the ecological display of the natural water purification system.

生态体验休憩区周边环绕着曲线形榉树大道,沿线设有弧形褶皱坐凳,形成观赏雨水花园的最佳观景视角。

Surrounding the ecological experience and rest area is a curved zelkova tree-lined avenue, along which arc-shaped folded benches are placed, offering the best viewing angles for the rain garden.

散落于小型草坪空间的序列式条石,呼应整体线性设计语言,结合自然地形高差,形成下凹式生态绿地,既满足休憩功能,又强化了场地的生态韵律。

The sequential stone strips scattered in the small lawn spaces echo the overall linear design language. Combined with the natural topographic height differences, they form sunken ecological green spaces, which not only meet the function of rest but also strengthen the ecological rhythm of the site.

景观分区三——树阵林下漫步区:

以密林围合和地被植物营造静谧的林下空间,成为市民休闲、漫步、闲坐的场所。

Zone 3: Woodland Promenade:

A serene understory space is created through dense woodland enclosures and groundcover plantings, serving as a tranquil retreat for citizens to relax, stroll, and linger.

03.生态营造——海绵城市系统

“流动的涟漪”作为核心设计语汇,贯穿海绵系统设计的全过程。在生态策略上,我们严格遵循低影响开发(LID)原则,巧妙利用场地自然高差,通过微地形塑造构建下凹式绿地、雨水花园等海绵设施网络,形成生态功能与游憩体验并重的景观体系。植物设计以乡土物种为主,通过乔木-灌木-地被的多层次配置,既增强了场地的生物多样性,又显著提升了雨水渗透与滞蓄能力,实现了景观艺术性与生态功能性的完美融合。项目建成后将成为展示海绵城市建设的示范样板,有力彰显西岑地区”生态优先、绿色发展”的先进理念。

Eco-Design – Sponge City System

“Flowing ripples”, as the core design vocabulary, runs through the entire process of sponge system design. In terms of ecological strategies, we strictly adhere to the principles of Low Impact Development (LID), skillfully utilizing the natural elevation differences of the site. Through micro-topography shaping, a network of sponge facilities such as sunken green spaces and rain gardens is constructed, forming a landscape system that emphasizes both ecological functions and recreational experiences. The plant design mainly features native species, and through the multi-layered configuration of arbors, shrubs, and ground covers, it not only enhances the biodiversity of the site but also significantly improves the rainwater infiltration and storage capacity, achieving a perfect integration of landscape artistry and ecological functionality. After completion, the project will become a demonstration model for showcasing sponge city construction, effectively highlighting the advanced concept of “ecology first, green development” in the Xicen area.

相较于普通绿地,海绵设施对植物的要求更为严苛,需同时满足耐旱、耐淹、截流与净化雨水、低养护成本等多重条件。同时,植物在海绵设施中发挥的功能还会受水淹时间、频率及淹没深度等因素影响。因此,应优先选用适应性和抗逆性较强的乡土树种,且需选择深根性、根系发达的品种,以有效防止雨水冲刷导致的水土流失。

这些海绵设施相互配合,形成一个完整的海绵系统网络,并发挥其生态引擎的作用,在炎热的夏季,绿地中的植物通过蒸腾作用释放水分,降低周围环境的温度,为人们创造舒适的休憩空间。

Compared with conventional green spaces, sponge facilities impose more stringent requirements on plants, which must simultaneously meet multiple criteria: drought tolerance, waterlogging resistance, rainwater interception and purification, and low maintenance costs.Moreover, the functionality of plants in sponge facilities is influenced by factors such as flooding duration, frequency, and depth.Therefore, priority should be given to native species with strong adaptability and stress resistance, particularly deep-rooted varieties with well-developed root systems, to effectively prevent soil erosion caused by rainwater scouring.

These facilities work in conjunction with each other to form a complete sponge system network and play the role of an ecological engine. During the hot summer, plants in the green spaces release moisture through transpiration, lowering the temperature of the surrounding environment and creating comfortable resting spaces for people.

04.生态科技展示——生态科普展示,科技美学设计

西岑陪雅路绿地打造”生态-科技-科普”三位一体的融合系统,成为连接生态科技与科普展示的重要纽带,助力区域建设自然科普示范区。

在水磨石花坛中切割出海绵设施的剖面层,通过直观的断层展示,将科普功能巧妙融入景观设计。

Ecological Technology Exhibition – Ecological Science Popularization Exhibition, Technological Aesthetics Design

The green space on Peiya Road in Xicen has built a trinity integration system of “ecology – technology – science popularization”, serving as an important link connecting ecological technology and science popularization exhibition, and helping the region build a natural science popularization demonstration zone.

Sponge Facility Demonstration Section

A cross-sectional layer of the sponge facility is cut out in the terrazzo flower bed. Through the intuitive fault display, the popular science function is cleverly integrated into the landscape design.

智能化室外家具模块

在主园路沿线设置自主研发的模块化坐凳,采用600×600mm标准模数,可通过方块单元灵活拼接,形成多样化的组合尺寸。配备可扩展小桌板及太阳能充电座面,支持无线充电功能,满足游客休憩、置物及电子设备充电等多元需求。

Intelligent outdoor furniture module

Self-developed modular benches are installed along the main garden path, adopting a standard module of 600×600mm. These benches can be flexibly spliced through square units to form diverse combined sizes. They are equipped with expandable small table boards and solar-powered charging seat surfaces, supporting wireless charging functions to meet tourists’ multiple needs such as resting, placing items, and charging electronic devices.

本项目立足长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区的战略定位,以”景观中的科技复兴”为核心理念,创新构建集生态、文化、活力于一体的多维景观体系。通过深度融合市民生活需求与区域生态本底,打造具有示范意义的绿色生态长廊。在设计中,我们运用生态科技手段,将海绵城市系统与景观形态有机融合,重构人、自然与城市的互动关系,营造沉浸式的生态体验空间,充分展现绿色科技与人文关怀的和谐统一。

The Model Form of Future Ecology – Symbiotic Philosophy of Urban Development

This project is anchored in the strategic positioning of the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, with the core concept of “Technological Renaissance in the Landscape.” It innovatively constructs a multidimensional landscape system integrating ecology, culture, and vitality. By deeply merging the needs of urban life with the region’s ecological foundation, it aims to create a green ecological corridor with exemplary significance. In the design, we employ eco-technological approaches to organically integrate sponge city systems with landscape forms, redefining the interactive relationship between humans, nature, and the city. This creates an immersive ecological experience space, fully showcasing the harmonious unity of green technology and humanistic care.
