蓝调国际：在麓湖的山水格局中，鲲鹏阁与鲲鹏荟如展翼之姿，栖息于神兽湾区的光影之间，三面环水，建筑与景观在湖面倒影中交融,静谧而富有力量感，约280度环湖视野，如一幅流动的光之画卷，将2300亩水岸公园的四季变奏融入日常生活，构筑出以光为界的精神居所 ”。
BLUES: The Kunpeng does not dazzle with form, but dwells within light.“Hidden within the interstice of the canyon, Quietly awaiting the gentle touch of dawn.”Nestled within Luxelakes’ landscape of mountains and water, the Kunpeng Pavilion and Kunpeng Club rest like unfurling wings within the play of light and shadow of the Divine Beast Bay area. Encircled by water on three sides, architecture and landscape merge within the lake’s reflection—a scene of profound stillness and strength. The approximately 280-degree panoramic lake view unfolds like a flowing scroll painted with light, weaving the ever-changing seasons of the 2300-acre waterfront park into the fabric of daily life. Here, a spiritual residence is crafted, defined by the very essence of light.

【鲲鹏】源自《庄子逍遥游》：北冥有鱼，其名为鲲，化而为鸟，其名为鹏。鲲鹏之志，意为，击水三千里，扶摇上九霄。其哲学逻辑，是大格局者方得大自由。以鲲鹏为案名，可见万华格局和雄心。
项目位于湖心神兽湾区的黄金角，所在组团是突出的一个半岛地形，占据麓湖湖区的C位。水岸公园与建筑、桥梁的组合，成为窗外的风景。山脉的起伏、建筑群，成为外部天际线。
Kunpeng, derived from “Zhuangzi·Free and Easy Wandering”: “In the Northern Ocean, there is a fish called Kun, which transforms into a bird named Peng. The aspiration of the Kunpeng is to strike the waters for three thousand li and soar upon the whirlwind up to the azure sky.” Its philosophical essence is that only those with grand vision achieve true freedom. Naming the project after the Kunpeng reflects Vanke’s ambition and expansive perspective.
The project occupies the prime corner within the Divine Beast Bay area at the heart of the lake. This cluster is a distinctive peninsula, commanding a central position within the Luxelakes water system. The combination of waterfront park, architecture, and bridges forms the scenery outside the window, while the undulating mountain ranges and surrounding buildings compose the external skyline.

光的隘口·深邃峡谷中的微光，峡谷的入口，深邃的材质与围合的空间收敛所有喧嚣。光线被精心塑造为指引，如同穿过幽深峡谷时，从前方岩缝中透出的那一缕微光，神秘而充满期待，让空间传递出一种平静之下的深邃力量，不张扬，却撼动人。
A Sense of Seclusion
The Pass of Light · A Glimmer in the Deep Canyon
At the entrance of the canyon, deep-toned materials and enveloping spaces subdue all noise. Light is meticulously sculpted into guidance, like a faint glimmer seeping through a crevice in the rocks ahead when traversing a deep gorge—mysterious and full of anticipation. This allows the space to convey a profound power beneath tranquility: unassuming, yet profoundly moving.
峡谷的序曲
峡谷的入口，深色的肌理层层递进，收敛了外界的纷扰与喧嚣。
At the entrance of the canyon, layers of dark textures unfold, quietly drawing in all the noise and clamor of the outside world.

The light is meticulously sculpted into a guiding path— a faint beam streaming through the crevice, carrying mystery and hope, leading one inward.

In the quiet, the space pulses with a “profound strength beneath stillness” — subtle yet powerful, moving the heart without a single word.

光的隘口：
成为开放与私密之间的界点。设计通过对色彩层次与植物质感的精微调整，让空间氛围从自然的松弛转入精致的秩序，完成一场无声的情绪切换。
It marks the threshold between openness and privacy. Through subtle adjustments of color layers and the textures of planting, the spatial atmosphere transitions from relaxed naturalness to refined order, accomplishing a silent shift in mood.
光线在此柔和而具方向感，如无声引导，暗示核心静谧空间的临近，心绪随光影归于平和。
Here, the light is soft yet directional, serving as a silent guide that signals the approach of the serene core, leading the mind to calmness through its glow.
呼吸感
晨曦洒落之地·邂逅静谧之光
化整为零的手法，创造出多个被植物柔和包裹的花园秘境，我们追逐的那束晨曦之光，终于在此洒落，金属细条在阳光下闪烁如溪流，平台成为沐浴光线的休憩石，这里是旅程中的驿站，可闲坐，可冥想，成为一个承载四季光阴浪漫的自然“容器”。
A Sense of Breath
Where the Morning Light Falls · Encountering the Light of Serenity
The design employs a strategy of “dividing the whole into parts,” creating multiple garden sanctuaries softly enveloped by lush vegetation. The very beam of morning light we sought finally finds its place here, gently spilling down. Slender metal strips shimmer like a stream under the sun, while platforms transform into resting stones bathed in light. This is a waystation on the journey—a space for leisurely sitting, for meditation. It becomes a natural “vessel” that tenderly holds the romance of the passing seasons.
晨曦之光
空间以化整为零的方式展开，形成多个被绿植环绕的“花园秘境”，每一处都温柔地包裹着光线与气息，带来私密而舒缓的感受。
The space unfolds through a “fragmented” approach, creating multiple “garden retreats” enveloped by greenery. Each corner gently embraces light and atmosphere, offering a private and soothing experience.
晨曦之光在此洒落，金属细条在光影中闪烁，平台成为光线的承接面，温暖而宁静。
The morning light falls here, as metal slats shimmer in the interplay of shadows and sun. The platform becomes a surface that captures the light, warm and serene.
植物轻柔环绕，塑造层次丰富的花园秘境，让自然在空间中细腻流动，营造静谧体验。
Gently embraced by lush vegetation, the garden enclave unfolds in layered depth, where nature flows subtly through the space, creating a serene experience.
空间像一个承载四季光阴浪漫的自然“容器”，让人于光影中感受宁静与仪式感。
The space acts as a natural “vessel” that carries the romance of the seasons, allowing one to experience calm and a sense of ritual within the play of light and shadow.
专属感
灵光汇聚之所·与光共舞的仪式，峡谷的尽头，灵光汇聚，一抹水景，以流动之姿凝固了时间，与精奢的细节共同宣告，它不仅是归家的仪式，更是对整个‘追逐光影’旅程的诗意总结，是一种充满生命力的、优雅的秩序——光，在此被珍藏，与静谧共生。
A Sense of Exclusivity
The Convergence of Ethereal Light · A Ritual Dancing with Light
At the canyon’s end, ethereal light gathers. A water feature, with its fluid form, seems to still time itself. Together with meticulously crafted, luxurious details, it announces that this space is not merely a ritual of homecoming, but a poetic summation of the entire “chasing light and shadow” journey. It embodies a vibrant, elegant order—here, light is treasured, coexisting in perfect harmony with deep tranquility.
追逐光影
水景轻轻流淌，光影与绿植交织，每一步都是对归家的仪式感呼应
The water gently flows, intertwining light, shadows, and greenery, with each step echoing the ritual of returning home.
边界
边界幽谷的屏风，深邃围合的私密诗篇。
/叠翠影壁
取意峡谷岩层，以墨色金属勾勒出深邃的剪影，光线在此成为雕刻师，犁出深邃的光影沟壑，垂坠而下的绿意，如同镶嵌于凝重乐章中的灵动的翠色音符，于刚毅的构架中，悄然萌发盎然的生机。
Layered Verdant Screen Wall
Inspired by the stratified rock formations of a canyon, it is delineated by deep-toned metal, creating a profound silhouette. Here, light becomes the sculptor, carving out deep furrows of shadow and illumination. The cascading greenery resembles vibrant emerald notes inlaid within a solemn musical movement—quietly sprouting with lush vitality amidst the robust framework.

层层叠翠的草木，织就一片流动的绿意边界，它如一幅呼吸的软隔断，它温柔地界定内外，不强硬，却分明，让每个功能空间都成为被自然静谧包裹的独立诗篇。
Verdant Rhythm Drapery
Layers upon layers of lush greenery weave a flowing, verdant boundary. It acts like a breathing, soft partition—gently distinguishing inside from outside, not rigidly, yet clearly. This allows each functional space to become an independent verse, enveloped in the tranquility of nature.

峡谷的肌理 静奢的底色，多方协助，共同行动，用匠心打磨的细节，成为值得答案。

以景观的语言雕琢细节，栏杆的线条、金属的质感、节点的转折，皆延续场所的设计语汇，让每一寸工艺都成为空间气质的延伸与表达。
Carving Details in the Language of Landscape, The lines of the railings, the texture of the metal, the transitions at each junction—all extend the design vocabulary of the place itself. Every inch of craftsmanship becomes an extension and expression of the space’s character.

在原有设计基础上，蓝调景观从项目整体定位与空间体验出发，重新梳理动线与景观层次，让每一处景观都可被细致感知。通过隐匿的景观布局、私享的庭院空间，以及自然光影与水面的呼吸节奏，赋予空间低调而高级的“隐奢感”，让居者在每一次停驻中，都能感受到自由、宁静与内在的生活仪式感。
Building upon the original design, Blue Tone Landscape began with the project’s overall positioning and spatial experience, reconfiguring circulation paths and layering the landscape to ensure every detail can be keenly perceived. Through concealed landscape arrangements, private courtyard spaces, and the natural rhythm of light, shadow, and water, the space is imbued with a low-key yet elevated sense of “understated luxury.” This allows residents, in every moment of pause, to feel a profound sense of freedom, tranquility, and an inner ritual of living.

在原有设计基础上，蓝调景观从项目整体定位与空间体验出发，重新梳理动线与景观层次，让每一处景观都可被细致感知。通过隐匿的景观布局、私享的庭院空间，以及自然光影与水面的呼吸节奏，赋予空间低调而高级的“隐奢感”，让居者在每一次停驻中，都能感受到自由、宁静与内在的生活仪式感。
Based on the original design, Blue Tone Landscape, starting from the overall positioning and spatial experience of the project, reorganized the flow lines and landscape layers, ensuring that every detail of the landscape could be meticulously perceived. Through concealed landscape layouts, private courtyard spaces, and the natural rhythm of light, shadow, and water, the space was imbued with a subtle yet sophisticated sense of “hidden luxury.” This allowed residents to experience freedom, tranquility, and an inner sense of life ritual with every pause.
