USAD都境景观：项目位于北京市石景山区西五环内侧，我们通过对场地文脉与现代生活需求的深刻理解，将自然意趣融入景观设计，让美学与哲思在此和谐相融。
聚焦当代生活格调，我们呈现的不只是一处居所，更是一方可呼吸的悦享天地。晨起时，林间清风与鸟鸣轻语；日暮时，树影婆娑伴归途漫步。
USAD：The project is located inside the West 5th Ring Road in Shijingshan District, Beijing. By gaining a profound understanding of the site’s cultural context and the needs of modern life, we integrate natural charm into the landscape design, allowing aesthetics and philosophical thinking to harmoniously coexist here.
With a focus on contemporary lifestyle, what we create is more than just a residence—it is a living realm where one can breathe, relax, and find joy. At dawn, the fresh breeze in the woods and the soft chirping of birds accompany you; at dusk, the dancing shadows of trees accompany your leisurely walk home.
▽空间分析
营造三大重量级景观空间，树立艺术格调的社区入口形象，营造”回归自然”的景观基调，创造全龄互动的森林公园。
组构12大场景，串联景观核心节点，移步异景，建立归家“秩序感”。
We create three high-profile landscape spaces: establishing an artistic community entrance image, setting a landscape tone of “returning to nature”, and building a forest park for all-age interaction.
We organize 12 major scenarios to connect the core landscape nodes. With each step bringing a new view, a sense of “order” for the journey home is established.

石材与溪流叠瀑奏出归家的前奏曲，隔绝城市喧嚣，走过门厅即享森居生活。
The sound of the stream greets your return, and a sense of ritual order naturally takes shape.
The stone materials and cascading waterfalls play the prelude to your homecoming, isolating the hustle and bustle of the city. As you walk through the entrance hall, you immediately embrace a forest-style living experience.
▽自然意趣的森居生活
蜿蜒的溪流化作一条灵动的归家绸带，以自然之姿引导步履。水面轻漾，倒映出石材的层叠韵律与植物组团的自然符号，每一步都像踏在流动的诗行间。
The winding stream unfolds like a graceful ribbon, guiding the way home with the ease of nature.
Its gentle ripples mirror the layered rhythm of stone and the organic patterns of clustered plants, so that each step feels like walking upon flowing verses of a poem.
峡谷之境，伴溪而坐，回归纯粹自然的森居乐土。我们利用地形高差凸显峡谷之感，利用水、石、植、声、光引导行人沉浸式体验“山涧”之感。
迎合地形特色，打造多维立体的核心景观，通过草阶搭建错落有致的绿意平台。向下可看跌水流瀑，向上可享绿意环绕，空间叙事层层递进。
In the Realm of Canyons, one rests by the stream, returning to a pure and natural forest sanctuary. By accentuating the terrain’s elevation changes, and orchestrating the elements of water, stone, vegetation, sound, and light, we invite visitors into an immersive experience of a mountain ravine.
Embracing the site’s natural contours, we craft a layered core landscape, where grass terraces rise and fall to form verdant platforms.Looking downward reveals cascading waterfalls; looking upward offers greenery all around—the spatial narrative unfolds in rhythmic layers.
▽伴溪而坐，回归纯粹自然的森居乐土
翻开社区的精神扉页，潺潺流水在林间划开一道光的缝隙，将城市的喧嚣温柔隔断。黑山石与流水的自然组合为庭院角落增添了一份静谧，每一步都像在翻阅自然的典籍。用蕴含质朴的肌理材质构建自然的骨架，营造流动且开放的宁谧氛围。
Unfolding the spiritual prologue of the community, the murmuring stream carves a ribbon of light through the woods, gently veiling the city’s clamor.With textures that embody rustic simplicity, we shape the framework of nature, creating a serene atmosphere that is both fluid and open.

“云厅”廊架为住户提供社交场所，采用双层廊顶与开放的廊架空间，用显性材料凸显空间的本质美感。
The “Cloud Hall” corridor provides a social space for residents. With a double-layered roof and an open framework, crafted with visible materials, showcase the space’s inherent beauty.
“600㎡”超大乐园的游乐体验，融于自然的寓教于乐+探险的儿童活动场地。融合森林厨房、森林博物馆、户外探险三大板块，实现“自然教育”与“自然玩乐”无缝嵌入与互动。好奇催生创意，脚步留下足迹，亲子共鸣，领略自然奥秘。
A 600㎡ super-sized paradise offers an amusement experience—a children’s activity area that integrates edutainment and adventure into nature.Combining three major sections: Forest Kitchen, Forest Museum, and Outdoor Adventure, it realizes the seamless integration and interaction of “nature education” and “nature play”.Let curiosity inspire creativity, let footprints leave traces, let parents and children resonate, and explore the mysteries of nature.
▽“自然教育”与“自然玩乐”无缝衔接的游乐园
木质材料、童趣图案、自由玩耍，打造属于儿童的“森林部落”。富有挑战和乐趣的探险设施，激发小小探险家们内在探险精神。
With wooden materials, playful patterns, and free-play space, it creates a “forest tribe” belonging to children. Adventure facilities, full of challenges and fun, ignite the adventurous spirit of young explorers.

With “forest living” as the background, we connect the symbiotic relationship between life and nature; with “quiet enjoyment” as the thread, we open up a spiritual territory where tranquility and vitality coexist amid prosperity. China Overseas New City Wisdom Mansion is not just a residence for urban elites, but a refined forest-style living realm where the soul can breathe freely and life can unfold leisurely.
