USAD都境景观：项目位于昆山城区东南方位，紧邻金阳路科创产研轴，占据陆家镇科创门户，未来将打造一站式的都市科创绿洲。
设计通过外围界面与场地内庭的双重经营，营造一处宁静、艺术而独特的办公园区。
USAD：Located in the southeast of Kunshan City, the project is adjacent to the Jinyang Road Science and Innovation R&D Axis and sits at the science and innovation gateway of Lujia Town. It will be developed into a one-stop urban science and innovation oasis in the future.
Through the dual approach of shaping the external interface and the internal courtyard, the design creates a tranquil, artistic, and distinctive office park.
在这里，景观承担着双重角色：向外，它是园区融入城市建筑与市政系统的界面；向内，它引导一种更松弛的园区生活方式——一片舒适惬意、生机繁茂的呼吸之地。
Here, the landscape plays a dual role: outwardly, it serves as the interface through which the park integrates into the urban architecture and municipal systems; inwardly, it fosters a more relaxed lifestyle within the park — a comfortable, pleasant, and vibrant breathing space.

01界面 · 一段被放慢的到达
在这里，景观承担着园区基底呈理性的直线状态，编织感铺装巧妙缝合了车行与步行的双重需求。但设计并未让交通逻辑主导空间情绪，而是以「景观化体验」为核心，将功能动线转化为一段可感知、可停留、可记忆的沉浸式景观序列。
｜INTERFACE · A SLOWED ARRIVAL
In this section, the landscape acts as the rational, linear foundation of the park. Woven paving skillfully stitches together the dual needs of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. However, the design does not allow traffic logic to dominate the spatial mood. Instead, centered on “landscape experience,” it transforms functional circulation into an immersive landscape sequence that can be perceived, lingered in, and remembered.

多类型休息座椅轻轻嵌入绿化之中，植物的设计强调结构与秩序，以稳定的绿篱界定空间边界，以自然生长的乔木形成上层遮荫。
Various types of seating are gently embedded within the greenery. The planting design emphasizes structure and order — stable green hedges define spatial boundaries, while naturally growing trees provide overhead shade.

02内庭 · 围合之中的留白
建筑围合出的核心内庭，是整个园区的叙事中心。设计以色块化的形式展开，让不同材质与植物彼此碰撞、又彼此成全——明快、疏朗、通透，与周边环境浑然一体，为高密度的办公场景留出一口深呼吸。
｜COUTYARD ·THE ENCLOSED VOID
The core courtyard enclosed by buildings serves as the narrative center of the entire park. The design unfolds in a color-blocked form, allowing different materials and plants to collide and complement each other — bright, open, and transparent, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment. It leaves room for a deep breath amidst the high-density office setting.

不同尺度的休闲座椅镶嵌于台地层级之中，从横向展面过渡到立面，丰富了空间层次，也悄然消隐了外围车行道的存在感——功能刚需被温柔满足，绿意与生活自由渗透。
Seating of various scales is embedded within the terraced levels, transitioning from horizontal planes to vertical facades, enriching spatial layers while quietly diminishing the presence of the outer vehicular road. Functional necessities are gently met, while greenery and life freely permeate.
03水景 · 一幅流动的光影画卷
水景的引入，为场地注入更多灵性。斑驳树影洒落水面，与对景景墙交相辉映；米白色水磨石汀步在绿色的基调里轻轻跳跃，引人入境、步步生趣。
｜WATERSCAPE · A FLOWING SCROLL OF LIGHT AND SHADOW
The introduction of water injects more vitality into the site. Dappled tree shadows fall across the water surface, echoing the facing feature wall. Off-white terrazzo stepping stones gently leap within the green palette, inviting people in and making every step delightful.

04社交 · 从会议室延伸到花园
我们希望，社交的发生不止于建筑内部的休闲区——而是借助景观的引导，把交往动线从室内自然延续至户外花园：一场头脑风暴可以搬到大树下，一次偶遇可以发生在草坪边。公共活动在连续、开放而富有活力的场域中充分展开。
｜SOCIAL · EXTENDING FROM THE MEETING ROOM TO THE GARDEN
We hope that social interactions are not confined to indoor leisure areas, but are guided by the landscape to naturally extend the circulation from indoors to the outdoor garden: a brainstorming session can be moved under a large tree, and a chance encounter can happen by the lawn. Public activities unfold fully in a continuous, open, and vibrant space.

05植物 · 有秩序不刻意的绿
从城市界面到核心内庭，从一条路的漫游感到一方水的光影里，海美国际智能机器人科创产业园以 27700㎡ 的景观笔触，回答了「产业园区如何更宜人」这个命题。
让智造的效率，与自然的松弛，在同一个园区里各得其所。
｜PLANTING · AN ORDERED YET EFFORTLESS GREEN
From the urban interface to the core courtyard, from the roaming feel of a path to the light and shadow of a water feature, Haimei International Intelligent Robot Science and Innovation Industrial Park answers the question of “how to make industrial parks more human-friendly” with its 27,700 m² landscape design.
