功能区 FUNCTIONAL ZONES
我们努力创造一个空间来满足住户的愿望，让他们每个人都能找到休息地方。整个住宅区庭院充满了吸引力，所有功能流畅地相互交融，创造出一个个有趣的空间，处处都能打开新的视野。
We strive to create a space where every resident of the complex can find a place to rest and fulfill their desires. The entire territory of the yard is saturated with points of attraction – interesting objects and entertainment zones. All functions smoothly flow into one another, thereby creating an interesting space that opens new horizons at every turn.
规划结构 PLANNING STRUCTURE
借助换位思考，我们确定了 2 个主要区域：
1. 最大面积的活动和休息区域；
2. 大部分的绿化区域，营造出在公园中漫步的感觉。
人群的主要流动方向，就如同笔触一样，将住宅区二期与 SvitloPark 的其他部分以及建筑外部附近的住宅区连接起来。
With the help of inversion, we identified 2 main zones:
1. with the maximum coverage area for active rest,
2. most of the space is given over to greenery, which creates the feeling of walking in the park
The main directions of movement of people, like strokes, connect the II stage of the complex with other parts of Svitlopark and with the residential area near the external facades of the building.
“街道”区域 ZONE “STREETS”
交通区应方便行人和车辆通行，作为居民通过活跃的建筑底层与城市交流的场所，道路与地块边界之间的缓冲区是防止公路噪音的保护屏障，该区域可供员工午间休息，也可供小区居民等待出租车。
The transit zone, which should be convenient for the movement of pedestrians and vehicles, serves as a place for residents to communicate with the city through the active first floor, the buffer zone between the road and the boundary of the plot serves as a protective barrier against noise on the highway, in this zone, employees of the first floor can rest during their lunch break, or residents of the complex wait for a taxi driver
建筑之间的空间 SPACE BETWEEN BUILDINGS

We offer to create a space for the future establishment and its summer terraces with menu signs. In this place, it is planned to preserve the maximum paving space with planted trees in lattices in the buffer zone, we suggest placing pergolas that will serve as shade for workers on the first floor or residents of the complex
区域 AREA
使用天然材料或塑料混凝土建造的形状有趣的凉棚，是居民聚会、节庆、工作和休闲的场所。绿色区域穿过整个广场，从而形成空间并确定了活动空间。

秋千 SWING

A huge swing, which with its bright color invites you to visit and spend time. This is a place for active rest for children and parents, who can relax on the deck shade from trees. Climbing frames, balancers, a labyrinth of stretched cables also play the role of game elements of the site
The pergola structure protects from the sun’s rays, so it is possible on such a site to spend at least a whole day. A diverse filling of game elements and arts creates universal space for all residents of the complex
公园 PARK PART
在绿树丛中，不难发现刻有图案的小径和游乐场所，每一位住户都能找到一个舒适的休息角落。设计借助土工膜和地形，形成了家庭聚会、烧烤和节庆活动的独立区域。我们建议将庭院大部分面积留给公园，而不是将宽阔的道路渗透其中。
Among the array of greenery, inscribed paths and playgrounds will not be noticeable and every resident of the complex will be able to find a cozy corner for rest. With the help of geoplastics and massifs, separate areas for family gatherings, barbecues and celebrations are formed. We suggest that most of the territory of the yard be given over to the park, not to penetrate it wide paths. which lead from spacious areas to cozy playgrounds
绿色办公空间 GREEN OFFICE
休息区可欣赏装饰花园的美景，精致的形状和色彩突出了整个大自然的脆弱之美。凉棚设计为户外放松或工作的人提供了舒适的角落。在这一区域，我们建议尽量打造一个优美的花园，使用具有季相变化的有趣植物。我们还建议在此安装一个基站和 WI-FI 接入点，以确保使用者能在新鲜的空气中工作或休息。
Lounge area with a view of the decorative garden, delicate shapes and color emphasize the whole fragile beauty of nature. The pergola design creates cozy corners for relaxing or working outdoors. In this area, we suggest creating a decorative garden as much as possible, using plants that change color depending on the season or have an interesting shape. We suggest installing a docking station and WI-FI point to ensure the possibility work or rest in the fresh air
学龄前儿童乐园 CHILDREN’S GROUND FOR PRESCHOOL SCHOOLS
彩球、平衡器、滑梯和其他游戏元素，重复可塑的自然景观、互动艺术品、灯光装置等，所有这些都可以用来代替笨重的游戏设施，与孩子们产生互动。我们建议使用非标准化的游戏元素，使其融入自然景观中。

学龄儿童和青少年的儿童乐园 CHILDREN’S GROUND FOR SCHOOL AGE AND ADOLESCENTS

Nooks and crannies between the hills – for games of hide and seek. We also offer to place standard game elements for children’s physical development
游乐场外的游戏元素 GAME ELEMENTS BEYOND PLAYGROUND LIMITS
在步行区域，我们设计了迷宫和艺术品，亦可作为游戏场所或打卡拍照。
In the walking part, we offer to place labyrinths or art objects, which will serve as a place for games and an interesting point for photo sessions
停车场出口 EXIT FROM THE PARKING LOT
我们建议在夏季将停车场的出口用作看台。在平面的某个角度，可以放置一个攀爬架，使用攀爬设备，附加的绳索也可以作为儿童身体段落的游乐场。冬天，这里可以用作雪橇滑道，在场地前方设置一个大广场，还可以作为消防车的通道。
We suggest using the exit from the parking lot as a grandstand in the summer.
