WTD纬图设计：成都新绿色 J57 半岛是新绿色置业在成都热门区域的首个顶级豪宅，项目坐落于自然资源丰富的锦江区三圣乡板块，紧邻130亩梅香湖生态区，拥有一线观湖视野。不同于成都常规平坦地形，该地块内部最大高差达11.6m，内部东北高西南低沿湖岸放坡，且为异形用地，建筑南向沿湖点式布局，为场地创造270°环湖视野。
WTD: Chengdu New Green J57 Peninsula marks New Green Properties’ inaugural premium luxury development in Chengdu’s sought-after districts. Nestled within the San Sheng Township area of Jinjiang District, renowned for its abundant natural resources, the project borders the 130-acre Meixiang Lake Ecological Zone, offering unobstructed lakeside vistas. Departing from Chengdu’s typical flat topography, the site features an internal elevation difference of up to 11.6 metres. Sloping from northeast to southwest along the lakeshore, this irregularly shaped plot accommodates a south-facing, point-style building layout. This configuration creates a 270-degree panoramic lake view across the site.
高差条件为设计带来挑战，也提供了立体景观的基底。在上古神话中，有昆仑山、归墟、玄圃等超凡脱俗的仙界神居仙界，亦有天地造化的建木天梯、不周山等壮丽自然奇观。碧绿灵瑶，自然山水，云雾环绕，飞瀑叠落，如此立体的仙居之境与我们想要在J57半岛中表达的带着一点“神”性的雅居生活完美契合。
因此，景观以上古神话为灵感蓝本，重构当代栖居史诗，让人身居都市，心归蓬莱。通过对《山海经》神话传说具象化，以昆仑境、瑶池境、蓬莱境、白沙境四大主题场景，串联空间序列，构建起一幅 30000㎡可居可游的立体仙界 “山海卷”。首开区实景呈现包含引入段、主入口和下沉庭院及部分一层庭院空间。
The topographical variations present design challenges while simultaneously providing the foundation for a three-dimensional landscape. Ancient mythology recounts otherworldly realms such as Kunlun Mountain, Guixu, and Xuanpu, dwelling places of immortals, alongside magnificent natural wonders like the Heavenly Ladder of Jianmu and Mount Buzhou, creations of the cosmos. Emerald-green landscapes, natural mountains and waters, mist-shrouded peaks, cascading waterfalls – such a three-dimensional realm of celestial dwellings perfectly aligns with the refined, slightly “divine” residential lifestyle we sought to express within the J57 Peninsula.
Thus, the landscape draws inspiration from ancient mythology to reconstruct a contemporary epic of habitation, allowing one to dwell in the city while the heart returns to Penglai. By giving tangible form to the myths and legends of the Classic of Mountains and Seas, four thematic realms—Kunlun, Yaochi, Penglai, and Baisha—link spatial sequences to construct a 30,000-square-metre three-dimensional celestial realm, a ‘Scroll of Mountains and Seas’ where one may dwell and wander. The first phase unveils the introductory passage, main entrance, sunken courtyard, and select ground-floor garden spaces.

昆仑-主入口
主入口以《山海经》中“昆仑为万山之祖、百神居所” 为核心，通过超尺度界面与山水肌理，重塑归家礼序。门头设计横向展开近 100m ，挑高近7m的宽幅山水长卷，以荒面巴西幻影蓝天然玄石砌成粗犷墙体，模拟开山劈石的自然力量，演绎磅礴昆仑之魄。
Kunlun Mountains – Main Entrance
The main entrance, centred on the concept of Kunlun as the progenitor of all mountains and abode of a hundred deities from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, redefines the ceremonial sequence of homecoming through oversized interfaces and landscape textures. The entrance canopy unfolds horizontally across nearly 100 metres, forming a sweeping landscape scroll soaring to a height of almost 7 metres. Crafted from rough-hewn Brazilian Phantom Blue natural stone, its rugged walls evoke the primal force of carving through mountains and splitting rock, embodying the majestic spirit of Kunlun.

瑶池-下沉庭院
下沉庭院景观灵感源自《山海经・西山经》中 “玉山，是西王母所居也，彩池环绕、巨石嶙峋，祥云漂浮，云气缭绕，奇幻，唯美。庭院四边均为住宅公共功能配套，场地从下沉庭院到建筑架空层近12 米原生台地高差，为塑造立体景观提供天然骨架。
Jade Lake-Sunken Courtyard
The sunken courtyard landscape draws inspiration from the Classic of Mountains and Seas: Western Mountains, which describes ‘Jade Mountain, the abode of the Queen Mother of the West, encircled by pools of colour, rugged with towering rocks, where auspicious clouds drift and misty vapours swirl – a realm of wonder and exquisite beauty.’ The courtyard is bordered on all sides by communal residential facilities. The site features a natural terraced elevation difference of nearly 12 metres from the sunken courtyard to the building’s elevated ground level, providing a natural framework for sculpting a three-dimensional landscape.

我们以将古籍中的奇幻场景，转化为一处进退出挑，层次丰富、边界自由的沉浸式立体景观，植入“水、石、云、植” 自然元素，并通过栈道、台阶、叠水形成动线串联和分层设计。
We have transformed the fantastical scenes from ancient texts into an immersive three-dimensional landscape featuring multiple entry and exit points, rich layering, and fluid boundaries. Natural elements—water, stone, clouds, and vegetation—have been incorporated, with pathways, steps, and cascading waterfalls forming interconnected circulation routes and a tiered design.
底层水景自由扭动的弧线层叠错落，为了还原瑶池五彩池斑斓通透深邃的水色，我们在池底铺装的弧线设计和材料选择上都进行多轮推敲并实体打样。在数十种材料中最终选择亚马逊绿，其纹理或如碧波荡漾，或似翡翠交织，遇水呈现自然深邃的视觉效果，在光线折射下可呈现波光粼粼的动态美感。
The freely undulating curves of the lower-level water features cascade in layered, staggered arrangements. To recreate the vibrant, translucent and profound hues of the Five-Coloured Pools in the Fairyland, we conducted multiple rounds of meticulous deliberation and physical prototyping regarding both the curved design and material selection for the pool bed. From dozens of materials, Amazon Green was ultimately selected. Its texture evokes rippling emerald waves or interwoven jade, presenting a naturally profound visual effect when submerged. Under light refraction, it reveals a dynamic beauty of shimmering ripples.

水的颜色因为高差的错落，在不同角度、不同深度都呈现出均匀的蓝、绿渐变效果。阳光照射时会呈现 “波光映玉” 的效果。夜间灯光亮起时，水面如 “悬浮的五彩玉盘”，也弱化了空间边界。
The water’s hue, shaped by the undulating elevation, displays a uniform gradient of blue and green across varying angles and depths. When sunlight strikes, it creates a ‘shimmering jade-like effect’. At night, illuminated by lights, the water surface resembles a ‘floating multicoloured jade disc’, subtly blurring spatial boundaries.
▽水的深浅变化也让池底材料呈现不同的颜色
悬浮水景之上是两座浮岛包厢作为休憩观景，一座漂浮在水岛之上，可俯瞰整个庭院，另一个下沉包厢嵌入水面，可沉浸式体验山水环绕，一条蜿蜒的栈道衔接起庭院动线。高 4-5 米的自然玄石在水院之上堆叠成 “山峦”，复刻仙境群山。
Above the suspended water feature lie two floating island pavilions for relaxation and viewing. One floats atop the water island, offering a commanding view of the entire courtyard, while the other sunken pavilion is embedded within the water surface, providing an immersive experience surrounded by mountains and water. A winding boardwalk connects the courtyard pathways. Natural black granite stones, 4-5 metres tall, are stacked atop the water courtyard to form “mountain ridges”, recreating the peaks of a fairyland.

再往上，几朵从不同方向漂浮在空中的铝板祥云云朵，云朵轮廓打破庭院方正的边界，每片 “云” 的弧度、大小各异，让空间自下而上都呈现出自由流动的状态。叠瀑自云阶倾泻而下，云雾从景石群峰间升腾，婀娜大树探出枝头，洞天福地之间，梦幻如仙境。
Further up, several aluminium panels shaped like auspicious clouds float in the air from different directions. The contours of these clouds break the square boundaries of the courtyard, with each “cloud” varying in curvature and size, lending the space a sense of free-flowing movement from bottom to top. Cascading waterfalls pour down from cloud-tiered steps, mist rises from the peaks of ornamental rock formations, and graceful trees extend their branches. Within this realm of hidden paradise, the scene unfolds like a dreamlike fairyland.
云漪&浮生-一层庭院
位于瑶池上方的 “云漪庭”，在镜面水庭中，静卧一块 “琉璃如意石”，水纹涟漪暗合 “吉祥流转” 的隐喻。这里是整个场地的精神原点，寓意水流沿着石口小泉流入水庭，再向下叠落汇入灵瑶，成就一方仙山天地。林冠层以乌桕编织天然绿穹，原石斜卧于花丛，青苔从石隙探出盎然生机。主入口屋顶连廊庭院以砾石铺就星河轨迹，与斑斓花镜织就流动的莫奈画卷，是一处可触摸、可聆听、可沉浸的 “空中自然秘境”。
Cloud Ripples &Roof gardon-1F Courtyard
Above the Jade Pool lies Yunyi Pavilion, where a glazed ruyi stone rests serenely within the mirror-like water courtyard. Ripples on the water subtly echo the metaphor of “auspiciousness flowing”. This forms the spiritual origin of the entire site, symbolising water flowing from the stone’s mouth into the courtyard, cascading downwards to converge in Lingyao, thus creating a realm of celestial mountains and waters. The canopy weaves a natural green dome from Chinese tallow trees, while boulders recline among flowerbeds, moss peeking through crevices with vibrant vitality. The main entrance’s roofed corridor courtyard paves a stony path tracing the Milky Way’s trajectory, interwoven with a kaleidoscopic floral tapestry to create a flowing Monet-esque tableau. This is a tangible, audible, immersive ‘celestial natural sanctuary’.

J57半岛景观以《山海经》为源点，锚固于都市的方寸之间，将神话叙事转化为可游、可感、可栖的生命体验。从巍峨的昆仑山门开始，到瑶池仙境，再到闲庭漫步，逐渐进入到这幅立体山海卷中。至此，山海已开卷，生活亦成诗。
J57 Peninsula Landscape draws inspiration from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, anchoring itself within the confines of the city to transform mythical narratives into tangible, immersive, and habitable life experiences. Beginning at the majestic Kunlun Mountain Gate, through the ethereal realm of the Jade Pool, and into tranquil courtyard strolls, one gradually enters this three-dimensional scroll of mountains and seas. Here, the scroll unfurls, and life itself becomes verse.

J57半岛从设计到项目落地完成，纬图方案，施工图，植物，水电等各专业设计师多次驻场。从前期植物逐棵选苗、石材选石、岩板挑选打样，到施工落地过程中的细节打磨，我们与甲方共同严控每一处景观细节的呈现。各专业的齐心协力，也成就了该项目在2025年成都豪宅市场成为名副其实的“黑马”。
From design inception to project completion, the J57 Peninsula saw multiple on-site visits from designers across disciplines including master planning, construction drawings, horticulture, and MEP. From the initial selection of individual plants, stone materials, and rock slab samples, through to meticulous refinement during construction, we collaborated closely with the client to rigorously oversee every aspect of the landscape’s execution. This collaborative effort across disciplines has positioned the project as a true dark horse within Chengdu’s luxury residential market for 2025.
