TLS Landscape Architecture: 从海岸到山顶，景观沿建筑向上生长。

TP-LINK 深圳留仙洞总部以“从海岸到山峰”为灵感，在有限用地上构建可攀登的生态办公环境。景观不再停留在入口广场或屋顶，而是成为贯穿建筑的连续基础设施。

在高密度城市中，一条连续的景观缎带连接三座塔楼，把地面花园、层间平台、阶梯与屋顶花园组织为可步行的生态系统。

TLS Landscape Architecture: From coast to mountain, landscape rises through the building.

Inspired by From Coast to Mountain, TP-LINK Shenzhen LXD Headquarters creates a climbable ecological workplace on a constrained urban site. Landscape extends beyond the entrance plaza and rooftop to become continuous infrastructure throughout the building.

In a dense urban setting, a continuous landscape ribbon connects three towers, linking ground gardens, elevated terraces, stairways, and rooftop gardens into a walkable ecological system.

从海岸到山峰 FROM COAST TO MOUNTAIN

空间序列从首层的海礁群岛出发，经过雨林、丛林与灌丛，最终抵达高山花园和山顶茶庭。随着高度、风、日照和土层条件的变化，种植、地形与使用方式也逐层转变。

The spatial sequence begins with Coastal Reef Islands at ground level, rises through rainforest, jungle, and shrub zones, and culminates in alpine gardens and a summit tea terrace.
Planting, topography, and use change with elevation, wind, sunlight, and soil depth.

连续的垂直景观 CONTINUOUS VERTICAL LANDSCAPE

地面花园、空中连桥、种植斜板、层间平台与屋顶花园共同形成连续的绿色路径。系统既连接办公空间，也将运动、会面、独处与户外工作嵌入日常流线。

Ground gardens, bridges, planted inclined floor plates, elevated terraces, and rooftop gardens form one continuous green route.
The system connects workplaces while integrating exercise, meetings, quiet retreat, and outdoor work into everyday circulation.

可攀登的缎带路径 A CLIMBABLE RIBBON TRAIL

约 1,500 级台阶嵌入缎带。完整步行最长约 25 分钟，使上下楼层的移动成为连续的户外体验，并增加员工在不同高度相遇、停留与交流的机会。

低处的密植与蜿蜒台地逐渐过渡为高处开敞的草坡和石阶。每一段缎带都回应所在高度的环境条件，同时保持路径连续。

Around 1,500 steps are embedded in the ribbon. The full walk takes up to about 25 minutes, turning movement between floors into a continuous outdoor experience and creating more opportunities to meet, pause, and interact at different heights.

Dense planting and winding terraces at lower levels gradually transition to open slopes and stone steps above. Each part of the ribbon responds to its elevation while maintaining a continuous route.

垂直流线与社交空间RESTORATIVE CIRCULATION AND SOCIAL SPACE

遮荫、植被与平台让流线同时承担休憩和社交功能。高处的花园、球场与办公坊将可见的人群活动带入建筑立面，并支持跨团队的非正式交流。

Shade, planting, and terraces allow circulation to support both restoration and social use.
Elevated gardens, courts, and work lounges bring visible human activity to the facade and encourage informal interaction across teams.

02 海岸入口 COASTAL ARRIVAL

首层中央广场以海礁群岛为灵感。波浪形铺装、自然原石与围合式种植共同塑造园区入口；外围地形与林木形成生态缓冲，回应办公园区的安全与私密需求。

原石、林下植物和曲折步道在塔楼之间形成安静的到达空间，也把深圳亚热带的湿润绿意带入园区日常。

The central ground-level plaza draws on Coastal Reef Islands.
Wave-like paving, natural stone, and enclosed planting define the campus entrance, while topography and woodland planting form an ecological buffer for security and privacy.

Natural stone, understory planting, and winding paths create a quiet arrival space between the towers and bring Shenzhen’s subtropical greenery into everyday campus life.

03 雨林与丘林谷 RAINFOREST AND JUNGLE HILLS

六层丘林谷以层次丰富的热带植物、起伏地形和红色种植池边界构成雨林般的工作间歇空间。公共座椅与平台嵌入种植，让休息和交流自然发生。

二至六层的迎宾缎带以高低错落的地形塑造蜿蜒路径。台地种植和峡谷般的空间层次增强了遮荫，也让登高过程更具沉浸感。

Jungle Hills at Level Six combines layered tropical planting, undulating terrain, and red planter edges to create a rainforest-like setting for work breaks.
Seating and platforms are embedded in the planting so rest and conversation can happen naturally.

The welcoming ribbon from Levels Two to Six uses varied topography to shape a winding ascent. Terraced planting and canyon-like spatial layers increase shade and make the climb more immersive.

办公坊与花园房间 WORK LOUNGES AND GARDEN ROOMS

六个办公坊分布在塔楼不同楼层，分为私密、半私密和开放类型。组合桌椅、种植池座椅与高桌支持户外协作、专注工作和小型聚会。

Six work lounges are distributed across the towers in private, semi-private, and open configurations. Modular seating, planter benches, and bar-height tables support outdoor collaboration, focused work, and small gatherings.

04 运动与共享 RECREATION AND SHARED USE

运动空间被嵌入垂直路径。六层林湖球场以林木形成安静的绿色边界，没有赛事时也可用于公司活动；更高处的半场球场则把运动带入城市天际线。

Recreation is embedded in the vertical route. At Level Six, trees form a calm green edge around the Lakeshore Basketball Court, which can also host company events. Higher above, a half-court brings play into the skyline.

可见的日常活力 VISIBLE EVERYDAY ACTIVITY

景观系统包含入口花园、生态阶梯、协作平台、静谧屋顶空间与球场。它们共同构成垂直社交基础设施，支持步行、运动、会面和非正式交流。

当景观成为可停留、可工作的连续路径，办公楼内部便获得了更多与自然接触的日常场景。

The landscape system includes arrival gardens, ecological stairways, collaboration terraces, quiet rooftop spaces, and courts. Together they form vertical social infrastructure for walking, exercise, meetings, and informal exchange.

When landscape becomes a continuous route for pausing and working, the office gains more everyday opportunities for contact with nature.

05 灌丛与高山花园 SHRUB AND ALPINE GARDENS

随着高度增加，乔木层逐渐减少，种植转向观赏性热带植物、灌木、草本与低矮地被。更通透的视线、石阶和草坡营造接近山顶的开敞感。

高处的石阶嵌入草坪与低矮花境，曲折路径连接安静的屋顶庭院。植物高度和空间开合随攀登逐步变化。

As elevation increases, the tree layer gradually gives way to ornamental tropical plants, shrubs, grasses, and low groundcovers. Open views, stone steps, and planted slopes create the spacious character of a mountain summit.

At higher levels, stone steps are set within lawns and low planting, while winding paths connect quiet rooftop courtyards. Plant height and spatial openness change gradually through the ascent.

清风茶堂与岩顶溪 BREEZE TEA TERRACE AND RIBBON STONE SUMMIT

三十层的清风茶堂以冷色调五感花园、耐旱植物和自然景石营造安静的山顶目的地。路径尽端的岩顶溪为使用者提供短暂停留和沉思的空间。

At Level Thirty, the Breeze Tea Terrace uses a cool-toned sensory garden, drought-tolerant planting, and natural stone to create a quiet summit destination. At the end of the route, Ribbon Stone Summit offers a place to pause and reflect.

06 可持续性与微气候舒适性 SUSTAINABILITY & MICROCLIMATIC COMFORT

项目的可持续性不仅体现在环境性能上，也深度嵌入空间体验之中。多层次种植、树冠遮荫、结构性防风和地形变化共同减少热量吸收并过滤强烈日照。塔楼开口与多层平台形成垂直风廊，雾喷、浅水与植物蒸腾进一步改善深圳湿热气候下的户外舒适度。

Sustainability is embedded in both spatial experience and environmental performance. Layered planting, canopy shade, structural wind protection, and topographic variation reduce heat gain and filter strong sunlight. Openings between the towers and multi-level terraces support vertical airflow, while mist, shallow water, and plant transpiration improve outdoor comfort in Shenzhen’s hot, humid climate.

透水铺装、海绵种植区和屋面排水协同管理雨水。高处树木采用根球锚固与结构拉结；土层深度、景石尺寸和轻质填充也根据结构荷载进行协调。

Permeable paving, sponge planting zones, and coordinated roof drainage manage stormwater. Elevated trees use root-ball anchoring and structural restraint, while soil depth, rock dimensions, and lightweight fill are coordinated with structural loads.

面向土地稀缺城市的可复制办公原型 A REPLICABLE WORKPLACE FOR LAND-SCARCE CITIES

TP-LINK 深圳留仙洞总部的意义超越了单一总部项目本身。它为土地资源紧张的城市提供了一种可复制的空间模型：景观同时作为连接性基础设施、环境智慧系统与企业文化身份的载体。
作为未来办公场所的原型，本项目重新定义了垂直城市中自然、建筑与企业生活之间的关系。

Beyond a single headquarter, TP-LINK Shenzhen establishes a replicable model for land-scarce cities: one in which landscape functions simultaneously as connective infrastructure, environmental intelligence, and cultural identity.
As a prototype for the future workplace, it redefines the relationship between nature, architecture, and corporate life in the vertical city.
