朗道国际：金地嘉源位于上海嘉定新城胜辛路与叶城路交叉口叶城路上，现场的情况非常的“有趣”，有相当茂密的市政绿地绿化把整个售楼处都被浓密地包裹着，从常规售楼处示范区的思路来看这其实是个很大不利因素，但是设计时候我们反其道而行之充分发挥这片林子，围绕着这片保留林在建筑、景观、精装、标识一体化设计的作用下，打造更具有趣味性、标识性、风格化的非典型性售楼处。
LANDAU：Located in the intersection of Shengxin Road and Yecheng Road of Jiading New City，Shanghai, GEMDALE GALAXY has very “interesting” site situation, that is, there is quite a thick municipal green space greening to wrap up the entire sales office densely, which is actually a big adverse factor from the conventional sales office demonstration area perspective. However, we act in a diametrically opposite way in the design to give full play to the forest, and create a more interesting, identifying, and stylized atypical sales office centering around the role of this reservation forest in the integrated design of architecture, landscape, hardcover, and signage.
城市界面打造——艺术的杂木林 Create urban interface —— artistic mixed shaw
整个城市界面本身的绿量是比较多的，嘉定当地的道路绿化其实本身整体感很强，外侧一排水杉，行道一排香樟非常规整非常统一，所以设计师没有去强行打破这一列阵，而是选择了在内测的保留绿化带上面去做些有意思的尝试，在树干暴露的位置，视线通透的高度，利用标识、灯光等元素穿插加强城市界面的吸引力。不锈钢的大标识，前后有层次地摆放凭添几分灵动，同时幻彩的表面处理也在白天的阳光下格外的显眼，在一片绿林的映衬下醒目异常。落日之后华灯初上，林子里的萤火虫灯，标识logo的灯光，交相辉映闪耀一片。从人行道过来还能感受内侧被热带雨林包围的精致卡座空间所带来的热浪滚滚的度假之风。
The whole city interface itself is covered in more vegetation. The associative perception of the local road greening itself in Jading is extensive. On the external side, there is a row of metasequoia, and in the passenger side, a row of camphor is very unified. Therefore, the designers did not break the array forcefully, but chose to reserve the interior green belt and make some interesting attempts, like using signs, lights and other elements to strengthen the attraction of the urban interface in the location of the trunk exposure, and at the height of the line of sight transparent. The big logo of stainless steel is set hierarchically around, adding brightness to a certain extent, while the surface treatment of unreal color is also particularly conspicuous in the sunshine during the day under the green forest. After the sunset, when the evening lights are lit, the firefly lights in the forest and the lights from the logo shine with each other. Walking from the sidewalk, one can also feel the heat wave of the rolling vacation wind brought by the exquisite booth space surrounded by the tropical rainforest.

通过入口往里走，通往售楼处的过程并没有常规意义的标准宽度的通道进行设计，而是以一种无序的、慢行的、自由的形式往里延伸，结合粗粝墙体、精致吊顶、风情绿化等形式将空间进行切割，分离出多样化的小场景，并且通过局部的镜面不锈钢的立面处理形成视线错觉，来扩大整个空间的尺度感。同时每一个小场景像陈列的艺术品一样展示着一个个微尺度花园，让宾客在通行过程中始终沉浸在一种逛花园的氛围中，不知不觉到达售楼处，还保持着身临绿肺的心境，更好的体现项目城市绿芯这一核心理念。
Go through the entrance, the process to the sales office is not conventionally designed in a standard width of a channel, but in a form of disorder, slow and free form combined with the rough wall, delicate ceiling, amorous feeling greening and other forms to slip the space, thus separating a variety of small scenes while local mirror stainless steel facade is processed to form illusion and expand the scale of the whole space. Meanwhile, each small scene is like a display of art showing a micro-scale garden, so that guests are always immersed in the garden in walking, and imperceptibly arrived at the sales office with the mood of being in a green lung, better reflecting the core concept of the project city green core.

看完样板房来到售楼处北侧，建筑在此处用了6扇超大尺度的中心转轴落地玻璃门，整体效果非常通透，视线疏朗、开阔，全部打开后基本基本模糊了室内外的界限，再加上室外做了金属格栅吊顶覆盖全部展示区空间，使整个区域的整体感更加的强烈，室内外的场景体验连续、统一、融合，把度假的质感从内部一直贯穿到了室外洽谈区，舒适的沙发，精致的格栅、清凉的水系、风情的植物，明晰的光影，彬彬有礼的一支钢笔递上，氛围已经到这儿了，不签套房子感觉都不合适。
After watching the model house, come to the north side of the sales office. The building uses six large center axis floor glass doors, generating a overall transparent effect, clear and open in sight. After they are all opened, the indoor and outdoor boundaries are blurred. In addition, the outdoor metal grille ceiling covers all the exhibition area space, making the overall sense of the whole region even stronger. Indoor and outdoor scene experience is continuous, unified and integrated. The texture of the vacation runs through from the interior to the outdoor negotiation area, throughout the comfortable sofa, exquisite grille, cool water system, amorous plants, clear light and shadow. A polite pen is handed over, and the atmosphere has come here, making you feel improper not to sign a house.

植物是这个项目很重要的点睛之笔，在设计过程中也经历的多次的纠结、优化，终于呈现出了非常不错的现场效果，对于整体风格、氛围的体现起到了异常巨大的作用。
拥有天然香樟林展示界面，充分发挥自然基调，结合展示logol搭配非修剪型植物为主；通过入口横向铺装、景石和门楼肌理，植物下木延续铺装线条分割通过大吴风草、肾蕨、水果兰、常绿鸢尾和展示时花等形成入口清新而内敛以绿色为基调自然地被群落；（备注：原散植蒲葵因视线通透因素取消）
Plants are a very important finishing touch of this project. In the design process, many struggles and optimization have finally presented a very good field effect, which has played an extremely huge role in the embodiment of the overall style and atmosphere.
With natural camphor forest display interface, give full play to the natural tone, combined with the display logol with non-pruning plants; through the entrance horizontal paving, landscape stone and gate texture, the plant wood continuous paving line segmentation through Farfugium japonicum, Nephrolepis auriculata, Teucrium Fruticans, evergreen iris and display flowers to form the entrance fresh and introverted green tone of the natural community; (note: the original scattered plant Chinese fan palms is cancelled due to the line of sight.)
售楼展示通道作为浅热带雨林主要氛围区域，在上海怎么打造热带氛围呢？
1、顶端廊架L型环绕形成小空间气候为植物增加冬季防护；2、多选用上海地区耐寒大叶子植物蒲葵、一叶兰、狭叶十大功劳和大吴风草等。上层空间结合主要视线和观赏面，特别水景墙与休息息亭搭配热带氛围植物油橄榄、菲油果、蒲葵、八角金盘等丰富上层空间，在售楼处玻璃界面两侧大叶蒲葵氛围加强，中间视线打开下木及局部花境处理。
The sales display channel as the main atmosphere area of shallow tropical rain forest, how to create a tropical atmosphere in Shanghai?
1. The L-shaped top corridor frame forms a small space climate to increase winter protection for plants; 2. Choose more cold-resistant large leaf plants, Chinese fan palms, Oncidium, Mahonia fortunei and Farfugium japonicum in Shanghai. The upper space combines the main line of sight and ornamental surface, especially the waterscape wall and rest pavilion with tropical atmosphere vegetable olive, feijoa, Chinese fan palms, Fatsia japonica and others to enrich the upper space. In the sales office, the atmosphere is strengthened by the large leaf Chinese fan palms on both sides of the glass interface, and the middle line of the sight opens the lower wood and local flower environment processing.
下木为啥规则化处理呢？
轴线水景两侧通过不锈钢板围边形成大小不一豆腐块花坛，廊架也是方块状；故植物形式以条块或者方块形式出现，以绿色为打底，用过不同高度、叶型和形态作为层次变化；品种：一叶兰、红盖翎毛蕨、狭叶十大功劳、迷迭香和肾蕨等。
Why does lower trees are processed in regularization ?
Both sides of the axis of the water scenery is surrounded with stainless steel sheet as flower bed of different shape the same as Tofu block, and the gallery frame is also in square shape. 错落式空间氛围中，我们通过朴树下面花坛作为花境点，来增加色彩花色打造。
How to reflect the highlighted color?
In the scattered space atmosphere, we use the flower bed as the flower border point to increase the color to create.
施工过程前交流，因疫情项目展示季节延后，三方沟通下来可以适当增加热带植物品种暂不考虑冬季因素，我们在原有基础上取消适当蒲葵、茶花和茶梅等冬季稳定品种，改为象耳芋、芭蕉和春羽等品种来加强热带氛围感元素。
In the communication before the construction process, due to the epidemic, the project display season is delayed. After tripartite communication, we can appropriately increase tropical plant varieties temporarily without considering winter factors. We properly cancel on the basis the Chinese fan palms, camellia and tea plum and other stable winter varieties, which are replaced by varieties like Colocasia gigantea, banana and Philodenron selloum to strengthen the tropical atmosphere feeling elements.
模糊的边界、视线的错觉、光影的变换、风情的植物，经过一系列的空间手法刻画，终于在众多的限制条件下为宾客营造出了一场充满度假质感的无序漫游体验。
The fuzzy boundary, the illusion of the line of sight, the transformation of light and shadow, the amorous plants, portrayed by a series of space techniques, finally create a disorderly roaming experience for the guests under many restrictions.
