图石设计：数学被视为上帝的语言，隐匿在世界的每一个角落，编织着宇宙的奥秘。自然界的美妙之处常常受到数学规律的引导，其中，斐波拉契螺旋线这一数列规则，蕴含着完美的比例关系，成为自然之美的代表之一。这些数学规律不仅仅是抽象的概念，它们也是人类艺术中至关重要的法则，为创造出美妙的作品提供着灵感和指引。
ToThree: Mathematics is seen as the language of God, hidden in every nook of the world, weaving the universe’s mysteries. The splendor of nature often follows mathematical rules, among which the Fibonacci spiral sequence, embodying perfect proportional relationships, stands as a testament to the beauty of nature. These mathematical principles are not merely abstract concepts; they play a crucial role in human art, offering inspiration and guidance for creating magnificent works.
在大自然里，螺旋的特性是生长与流动。我们生活在一个由能量所组成的宇宙中，能量就像河流一样，无时无刻的流动着。我们希望通过由斐波拉契螺旋线这一数列关系形成的公共艺术装置–海沧号角，在项目场地上构建起一个流动的能量场。
In nature, the essence of spirals is growth and flow. We exist in a universe composed of energy, constantly flowing like rivers. Through the public art installation, shaped by the Fibonacci spiral sequence – HaiCang Horn, we aim to establish a flowing energy field on the project site.
项目所处的厦门市海沧区以其壮丽的海岸线、清澈的海水和丰富的海洋资源而闻名。如今，这里正迎来新的城市发展，正在建设的海沧中心TOD（Transit-Oriented Development，公共交通导向发展）作为厦门城市规划的重要组成部分，旨在将城市发展与公共交通系统紧密融合，以提高交通便捷性，促进城市的可持续发展。
Located in Xiamen’s HaiCang District, renowned for its stunning coastline, clear waters, and rich marine resources, this area is currently experiencing new urban development. The HaiCang Center TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) under construction is a vital component of Xiamen’s urban planning strategy, designed to tightly integrate urban development with the public transport system to enhance accessibility and foster sustainable urban growth.

坐落于海沧中心TOD下沉庭院的”海沧号角”装置，正演奏着城市变化的乐章，它将数学、自然和艺术融合，呈现出自然美学与数学韵律的奇妙交汇。
The “HaiCang Horn” installation, positioned in the sunken courtyard of HaiCang Center TOD, orchestrates the symphony of urban transformation. It blends mathematics, nature, and art, showcasing the beautiful intersection of natural aesthetics and mathematical rhythm.
装置由位于两个象限的一系列椭圆构成，经过平滑渐变的形状过渡和方向扭转，按照斐波拉契螺旋线的规律生成竖立的海螺形状。这些构成元素之间精确的比例关系，呈现出华丽而严谨的排列，展现出优雅的几何美学。
The installation comprises a series of ellipses in two quadrants, creating a vertical conch shape through smooth shape transitions and directional twists, following the Fibonacci spiral’s pattern. The precise proportional relationships among these elements display a lavish yet strict arrangement, exhibiting elegant geometric aesthetics.

整个装置的创作借助于参数化计算，每个组件的旋转角度、高度通过数学公式精确计算得出。这种方式使得装置的制作需要更高的精度和技术要求。然而，这种复杂性也带来了更加精细和独特的艺术效果，让人们在不同的视角中欣赏到不同的形态，一只巨型海螺，一个 ∞ 符号，或者一个优美的音符……
The creation of the entire installation leverages parametric computation, with each component’s rotation angle and height calculated precisely through mathematical formulas. This method requires higher precision and technical specifications for the installation’s production. However, this complexity also delivers more intricate and unique artistic effects, allowing viewers to appreciate different shapes from various perspectives – a giant conch, an infinity symbol, or a beautiful musical note…
▽不同视角的观看形成的形体变化 Shape changes formed by viewing from different angles
装置设置于螺旋线形的景观水台端头，让匍匐地面的螺旋线获得纵向维度的延伸。暗藏在装置内部的喷嘴整点时刻喷洒出水，水柱在空中化作颗颗水珠，划出优美弧线汇入水池，空间中的这一组弧线以流动的方式相互交织，在水池中汇聚出自然的几何之美。
Positioned at the end of a spiral-shaped landscape water platform, the installation allows the ground-level spiral line to extend vertically. Hidden nozzles within the installation spray water at specific times, transforming it into droplets that draw beautiful arcs into the pool. These arcs intertwine in a flowing manner, converging into the pool’s natural geometric beauty.
“海沧号角”装置将人带入了自然与数学的神秘之旅，让人亲身感受到两者的奇妙融合。这是对数学韵律的致敬，也是对自然的赞美，同时也展示了人类创造力的无限可能性。它不仅引人注目，还激发了人们对数学、自然和美学的思考，构建出场地上流动的能量，为城市增添更多的魅力和灵感。
The “HaiCang Horn” installation invites visitors on a mystical journey through nature and mathematics, enabling a direct experience of their incredible fusion. This is a homage to the rhythms of mathematics, a celebration of nature, and a demonstration of the limitless possibilities of human creativity. It not only captures attention but also stimulates reflection on mathematics, nature, and aesthetics, creating a dynamic energy field on site and adding more allure and inspiration to the city.
