魏玛景观：杨浦滨江，百年变迁。兴华里，缘起 1927。于此，景观设计的起点，是一场对这片土地海派记忆的追溯与转译——海派，不只是风格，更是态度。

Weimar Group: The Yangpu Riverside, a century of transformation. Xinghua Li, born in 1927. Here, the starting point of landscape design is a retracing and reinterpretation of this land’s Haipai memory—Haipai is not merely a style, but an attitude.

真正的海派，从不靠复刻来怀念。兴华里，留住老建筑的骨架，让当代生活在其间生根、生长。老上海的烟火与烙印，自此有了归处；时间在此接力，海派由此续写。

The true Shanghai style never relies on imitation to evoke nostalgia. Xinghua Lane preserves the framework of the old buildings, allowing contemporary life to take root and grow within it. The warmth and imprint of old Shanghai now have a destination; Time takes over here, and the Shanghai style thus continues to be written.

01经典与现代之间，一处海派烟火的归家巷弄

藤蔓攀过岁月斑驳的砖墙，将闹市的喧嚣温柔隔绝于高墙之外。门内树影婆娑，时光悠然放缓；一砖一瓦之间，是海派巷弄独有的静谧与体面。

Vines climb over time-weathered brick walls, gently shutting out the bustle of the city beyond. Inside the gate, tree shadows sway as time unhurriedly slows; in every brick and tile resides the serenity and dignity unique to Haipai lanes.

02 光影与秩序之间，一幅海派生活的归家序曲

天窗将自然光悄然引入，时光在屋顶之下放慢脚步；明暗更迭之间，空间便有了层次丰富的表情。现代设计的理念贯穿始终，将考究的质感、妥帖的温度与海派社交的愉悦，悄然织入归家的日常。

Skylights quietly draw natural light indoors, and time slows its pace beneath the roof. As light and shadow shift and mingle, the space takes on a rich, layered character. The philosophy of modern design runs throughout — refined textures, thoughtful warmth, and the convivial pleasure of Haipai social life, all quietly woven into the everyday ritual of coming home.

怀旧与现代相映，华美与克制相济，工艺与创新相生——于此，达成恰到好处的平衡。几何解构的形式语言，隐约呼应着 Art Deco 时代的摩登风华；金属与石材肌理彼此碰撞、交融，让经典的记忆与当代的精工，在光影里静静对谈。

Nostalgia and modernity mirror one another; splendor is tempered by restraint; craftsmanship gives rise to innovation — here, a perfectly poised balance is struck. The deconstructed geometric language subtly echoes the modern glamour of the Art Deco era; as metal and stone collide and merge in texture, the memory of the classic and the precision of the contemporary engage in a quiet dialogue amid light and shadow.

旧上海的繁华余韵，在当代空间里被温柔点亮；灯影之下，百年时光静静回响。

The lingering charm of old Shanghai has been gently illuminated in the contemporary space; beneath the light and shadow, a century’s worth of time quietly resonates.

承袭 Art Deco 标志性的几何秩序，舍却过度繁复的装饰符号。石材镌刻时光，玻璃映照未来；花境唤醒自然，材质回以温度——一旧一新，一刚一柔，皆是海派记忆在当代的转译。

Adhering to the iconic geometric order of Art Deco, while discarding overly elaborate decorative symbols. Stone carvings record time, glass reflects the future; flower beds awaken nature, and materials respond with warmth – the old and the new, the firm and the soft, all are the reinterpretation of Shanghai’s memories in the contemporary era.

结语 Conclusion

老弄堂的记忆，从不在仿古的墙面里，而在归家的每一步中——脚下铺装的纹理、门头石材的温度、转角一丛花的等候，与地库玄关里那盏默默守着的暖光。百年的从容，与今日的精致，终在兴华里的巷弄深处，悄然相遇。

The memories of the old alleys do not lie in the antique walls, but in every step of returning home – the texture of the floor tiles underfoot, the warmth of the stone at the doorhead, the waiting of a cluster of flowers at the corner, and the silent warm light in the basement entrance. The centuries-old composure, combined with today’s refinement, finally meet in the deep alleys of Xinghua Lane, quietly.
