日清景观:上海,向前眺望是全球卓越城市的典范,回望历史,是百年海派文明的屋檐。石库门是它的见证者,再次触碰历史的余温我们希望当猎奇感褪去,最终回到底色后,依然为它的经典而感动。
Lacime Architects:Shanghai, looking ahead, is a model of outstanding cities in the world. Looking back at history, it is the roof of a century old Shanghai style civilization. Shikumen is its witness, once again touching the warmth of history. We hope that when the sense of curiosity fades away and eventually returns to its original color, we will still be moved by its classics.

Part I.梧桐树下,摩登依旧
Under wutong tree, modern still
石库门建筑的立面铸就了上海独有的城市气质。
The fa ç ade of Shikumen architecture has created Shanghai’s unique urban temperament.

建筑与场地原有的梧桐树已然成为封面的主角,景观将进深不大的前场空间处理成不争不抢且有内容,有质感的存在,利用同一款石材的不同面层构成几何化的梧桐叶,当阳光扑上去,被定格的梧桐树影会被呈现出来,这是精致的上海,这是浪漫的上海。
The original wutong tree of the building and the site has become the main character of the cover. The landscape will deal with the front space that is not deep enough and has content and texture. Different surface layers of the same stone will be used to form geometric wutong leaves. When the sun hits, the frozen wutong tree will be presented. This is exquisite Shanghai, this is romantic Shanghai.

Part2.时代之门,海派精工
The Gate of the Times, Haipai Precision
门既是繁华时代的链接,亦是一道屏风,门外是世界,是喧嚣,门内是生活。推开一扇门,从纷繁的世界回到安宁的精神场所。
The door is not only a link to the prosperous era, but also a screen. Outside the door is the world, the hustle and bustle,Inside the door is life. Pushing open a door, returning from the chaotic world to a peaceful spiritual place.
约5.4 米高的铜门,坚持采用古法工序,经由匠人之手的无数次锤击,这是需要堆砌时间才能呈现出的自然的肌理,用时间去置换岁月感,这是冰冷的工业化无法取代的空间情绪。
The copper door, which is about 5.4 meters high, adheres to ancient craftsmanship and has undergone countless hammering by craftsmen. This is a natural texture that requires stacking time to present, using time to replace the sense of time. This is a spatial emotion that cannot be replaced by cold industrialization.
Part 3.书卷成序,树宅相守
Preface to the book, trees and houses guarding each other
翻卷的红墙构成一进空间的礼序感,挑选与建筑红砖同色的红洞石做拉槽处理,在亲人的尺度上赋予更精致的红色肌理。
The rolled red wall creates a sense of ritual in the space, and red cave stones in the same color as the building’s red bricks are selected for groove treatment, giving a more exquisite red texture on the scale of relatives.

树宅相守是刻在中国人骨子里的东方人居哲学,寻找一棵融合海派优雅又能记录时光的古树,精致的背景与古树儒雅的姿态,共同勾勒出一种“都会美学与自然诗意”的平衡。
The coexistence of trees and houses is an oriental human settlement philosophy engraved in the bones of Chinese people,Looking for an ancient tree that combines the elegance of the Shanghai style with the ability to record time, with a delicate background and the elegant posture of the ancient tree,Jointly outline a balance between urban aesthetics and natural poetry.

Part 4.藏在书卷里的风貌岁月
The Style and Years Hidden in Books
把石材像翻过的书页一样雕刻,变得更加具备立体感,从而感受光的运行,每一天时间的流逝与自然的生命力在空间里的表达,哪怕时间流转,石材斑驳,但光不会,他会刻画这个社区里面的人,每一天的心情与生命的历程。
Carving the stone like a flipped book page, it becomes more three-dimensional, allowing one to feel the movement of light, the passage of time every day, and the expression of natural vitality in space. Even if time passes and the stone is mottled, light will not. It will depict the people in this community, their emotions and life processes every day.
Part 5.繁花里弄 海上旧梦
Playing with Old Dreams on the Sea in the Flowers
花房立面模拟手风琴风箱的伸缩感,水景雕塑造型提取复古留声机语言,共奏海派乐章。动态的水法如同正在运转的留声机,溯回海派时光的旋律,重返旧日浪漫。
The fa ç ade of the flower room simulates the elasticity of an accordion bellows, and the water sculpture shape extracts the language of a vintage phonograph, playing a Shanghai style movement together.The dynamic water method is like a running phonograph, tracing back the melody of the Haipai era and returning to the old romance.
“头顶有梧桐,脚下有花园”的静谧意境,就是独属上海的浪漫。
在有限的巷道空间内,通过精致细腻的花卉种植,带来归家的愉悦与舒适,从而构建巷弄与繁花的诗意画境,呈现“巷弄,繁花里”。
The tranquil artistic conception of “wutong on the head and gardens at the foot” is the romance of Shanghai alone.
In the limited space of the alleyway, exquisite and delicate flower planting brings the joy and comfort of returning home,Thus, a poetic painting of alleys and blooming flowers is constructed, presenting the scene of ‘alleys and blooming flowers’.
Part 6.对话摩登的腔调生活,里弄庭院
Time lingers, classic resonance
午后阳光下,仿若置身于“太太的客厅”,再现老上海花园洋房的优雅与宁静。
In the afternoon sunshine, it feels like being in the “wife’s living room”, reproducing the elegance and tranquility of the old Shanghai garden villa.
设计的最终目的并不是真的要回到过去,而是试图找到老里弄与当代性之间的联系,既能有感怀的老调调,又能有新风情。
The ultimate goal of design is not really to go back to the past, but to try to find the connection between old alleyways and modernity, which can have both nostalgic old tunes and new styles.
无论是匠人执锤的手工雕琢铜门还是弧形沟槽的鳞卷景墙或是其他不经意间的细节工艺,都保留了上海的那股“作”劲,在分秒必争的工业化的当代,依然坚持融入手工的雕琢与打磨,在小空间中让材料附着情感与时间的印记。
我们试图在不安与萧条的环境中将自己与那个繁荣,充满魅力的时代重新联系在一起,同时带着理性和节制的思考,坚定的走向未来。
Whether it’s the handmade carving of copper doors by craftsmen holding hammers, the scale rolled landscape walls with curved grooves, or other unintentional details, they all retain the “craftsmanship” spirit of Shanghai. In the modern era of industrialization where every second counts, they still insist on integrating manual carving and polishing, allowing materials to attach emotional and temporal imprints in small spaces.
We try to reconnect ourselves with that prosperous and charming era in an environment of anxiety and depression, while steadfastly moving towards the future with rational and restrained thinking.
