DDON笛东：项目扎根南京主城，聚焦品质改善人群，坚守“不复制、只定制”的设计追求，把高端人居设计经验、对城市文脉的转译能力、对细节品质的把控标准，全部赋能到了本项目中：深挖“隐”与“澍”的核心意境，紧扣2.0产品的升级逻辑—既保留了上一代产品中的优质景观基因，如全龄友好的生活场景、自然静谧的居住氛围，又在空间层次、植物搭配、归家动线、细节质感等多个维度做了迭代升级，让景观既能适配2.0产品的高端定位，又能更好贴合南京业主的生活习惯，这也是笛东再一次扣题单盘主义的诚意之作。
DDON: Situated in the heart of Nanjing, this project caters to clients seeking an elevated lifestyle. Guided by the philosophy of “customization over replication,” it seamlessly integrates high-end residential expertise, a deep respect for urban cultural heritage, and uncompromising standards for detail and quality.
Drawing inspiration from the core concepts of “Yin” (seclusion) and “Shu” (lushness), and strictly following the “2.0 Product Series” standards, the design inherits the exceptional landscape DNA of its predecessors—including all-age living environments and a natural residential atmosphere. At the same time, it introduces comprehensive upgrades in spatial layering, planting arrangements, homecoming circulation paths, and textural details.
The resulting landscape not only reflects the project’s premium positioning but also resonates with the lifestyle of Nanjing locals. This project represents another sincere effort from DDON, reaffirming our commitment to the “Single-Project Excellence” approach in commercial residential design.
「 SYLVAN 」
“ 澍落庭前，林藏城芯 ”南京秦淮主城，老城烟火气，寻找十年未见的新生活，以澍润园，以林藏居，安放千年烟水秦淮的日常温柔。
“Water flows in front of the courtyard, trees are planted in the city center.” In the main urban area of Nanjing’s Qinhuai District, with the old city’s aroma, seeking a new life that hasn’t been seen for ten years, with Shuiren Garden and Linzang Residence, to accommodate the gentle daily life of the thousand-year-old Qinhuai River scenery.
场域重塑，空间与场景浑然一体叙事之境
项目立足秦淮老城平整地块，摒弃虚构“挖坑造景”，依托城市平缓基底，构建「外公园 + 内园林」双层自然体系，设计内核围绕「隐、润、共生」三大关键词落地。一、隐：城芯藏绿，艺术肌理，弱化建筑边界；二、润：引水造景，还原江南温润肌理；三、共生：会所架空与园林无界渗透，外部街心公园有机共生。三位一体，打造秦淮老城里的“精致生活飞地”。
Set on flat ground in old Qinhuai, the project avoids artificial sunken landscapes. It builds a dual green system of outer public park and inner private garden, guided by three core ideas: Seclusion, Moisture, Coexistence.1.Seclusion: Downtown greenery and artistic textures blur architectural boundaries. 2.Moisture: Waterscapes revive the gentle charm of Jiangnan. 3.Coexistence: Suspended clubhouse merges with gardens and the street park.The three facets combine to form an elegant urban oasis in old Qinhuai.
▽空间设计解析
「树隐」Caché sous les arbres
澍，是雨水润泽草木的温柔，让清风、树影、流水成为日常底色。十年难遇主城地块，不必奔赴远郊，在秦淮老城芯，拥有一片属于自己的林间墅邸。
“Shu” stands for gentle rain nourishing plants. Wind, tree shadows and flowing water shape daily life. A rare downtown plot unseen in a decade. No need for far suburbs — own a wooded residence in old Qinhuai’s heart.
不刻意追求与环境不融的鸿篇巨制，设计从场地出发，保留数十年历史的老香樟树，在秦淮区老城烟火气十足的永乐路上，塑造焕然一新的优雅气质。
Avoid grand, jarring designs out of touch with surroundings. Rooted in the site, the scheme preserves decades-old camphor trees, bringing refined new grace to bustling Yongle Road in old Qinhuai.
以UHPC雕刻具有艺术感的灵动造型界面，入口处融合宇宙黑金的深邃，地面采用真石材3D雕刻镶嵌老花纹，墙外是烟火生活，墙内是假日生活，南京老城里难得一见的精柔雅致。
Fluid artistic facades sculpted in UHPC. The entrance boasts deep cosmic black gold tones, with natural stone floors inlaid with vintage 3D carvings. Bustling daily life lies outside the wall, tranquil resort-style living within—rare refined grace in old Nanjing.
空间的价值不在于“被看到”，而在于“被体验”。项目地块为斜向三角形，传统的块状空间手法无法削弱边界来带的限制感，通过“一墙一场域”的思路，以无形之圆，塑有力之场域。外部以5-7米的高墙打造豪邸之界，二进院落以28根UHPC异性定制柱墙环抱形成和光礼序之境，出门入烟火，院里赏春秋。
Space values experience over visibility. The triangular site restricts conventional block layouts. Adopting the “one wall, one realm” concept, an invisible circle frames a powerful courtyard. 5–7m high outer walls define exclusive privacy. Twenty-eight custom curved UHPC columns enclose the second courtyard, forming a luminous ceremonial passage. Bustling streets lie outside; seasonal serenity awaits within.
「翠洋」 Cœur d’Océan Vert
一汪翠碧漾开温柔碧波，翠洋之心藏纳水境诗意。粼粼波光裹挟草木清润，风过涟漪轻漫岸线，栖居于此，朝夕拥揽澄澈水色，静享独一份滨水静谧。
At the Heart of Emerald Waters lies serene aquatic charm. Gentle ripples blend with fresh green foliage. Live embraced by crystal waves, indulging in exclusive waterfront tranquility all year round.
栖于翠洋之心，湖光常伴朝夕。清晨沿岸漫步沐清风，黄昏凭台远眺观霞映水面，闲暇静坐露台赏林木倒影。把滨水悠然融进四季日常，于碧波环抱之中，独享远离尘嚣的松弛慢生活。
Reside at the Heart of Emerald Waters with lake views all year. Stroll the shore at dawn, admire sunset glimmers over water at dusk, and watch tree reflections from the terrace. Embrace laid-back waterfront days shielded from urban noise.
「漾岛」Vallée Fleurie
栖落花漾岛谷，繁花漫覆溪谷岛屿。花间步道蜿蜒，溪风裹挟馥郁芬芳，推窗满目烂漫花海。偷离尘世纷扰，枕草木花香入眠，静享沉浸式烟水度假时光。
Nestled in Floral Valley Isle, blooms blanket the streamside isle. Winding paths wind through fragrant blossoms. Wake amid flourishing flowers and unwind in peaceful mountain resort seclusion away from hustle.
安隅花漾岛谷，热带花木环拥水岸汀洲。椰影摇曳映澄澈浅湾，繁花沿着水巷层层铺展。午后闲坐临水露台，听浪声轻绕花丛，在馥郁绿意里慢度假日，尽揽温润治愈的热带栖居意境。
Tucked away in Floral Valley Isle, tropical plants wrap the waterfront shoals. Swaying coconut palms mirror clear coves, with flowers lining water lanes. Unwind on waterside terraces amid blossoms, soaking in soothing tropical leisure.
「林屿」Îlot des Forêts
静居天麓林屿，奇木秀林环抱，林间浅屿藏清幽，漫步翠木叠叠生境，晨雾漫过树梢。遁入林屿秘境，伴轻风栖居，沉浸式享受静谧森氧度假时光。
Settle at Skywood Isle, surrounded by rare lush woods. Peaceful islets nestle among foliage, with morning mist drifting over treetops. Escape to this woodland retreat and breathe fresh forest air amid tranquil nature.
景观岛屿与建筑依缓麓错落排布，通透立面消融室内外边界。观景平台轻探葱郁林屿，自然绿意顺势漫入厅堂。屋舍嵌于翠林之间，光影流转互通，人居景致相融共生，营造温润舒展的林间度假居所。
Landscaped islets and buildings scatter along gentle foothills. Transparent facades blur indoor-outdoor lines. View terraces extend into green woods, letting foliage pour indoors. Homes nestled amid trees blend light and scenery for a soothing forest retreat.
「汀洲」Rive des Sables
晴溪汀洲溪水清澈，阳光铺满水边翠玉。岸边草木长势繁茂，溪水缓缓环绕小洲。闲暇时在岸边静坐散心，伴着潺潺流水，享受清净舒服的悠闲日常。
Clear streams wind through Sunny Shoal Islet bathed in sunlight. Lush plants line the banks encircling green isles. Sit by the flowing water for quiet, laid-back leisure.
从碧波环绕的翠洋之心、繁花簇拥的花漾岛谷，到绿意环绕的天麓林屿、清溪流绕的晴溪汀洲，打造多种变化有度的自然景致。水湾花海、密林溪滩错落交织，打破建筑与风景的隔阂。在家门口便能沉浸式亲近山水花木，远离城市喧嚣，安放每一份对松弛、安逸、诗意日常的美好憧憬。
Surrounded by blue waves, Heart of Emerald Waters, bloom-filled Floral Valley Isle, green-shrouded Skywood Isle and stream-wound Sunny Shoal Islet present diverse layered natural landscapes. Interwoven coves, flower groves, dense woods and brooks erase the divide between architecture and scenery. Immerse yourself in mountains, waters and flora right at home, escaping urban bustle to embrace a relaxed, cozy and poetic ideal life.
「澍隐公园」Parc Pluie Cachée
澍影公园为项目专属打造的街角口袋公园，占地近千平方米。高大香樟搭配四季轮换的花植与低矮灌木，层次丰富。园区设置休闲坐凳、慢行步道，兼顾散步、休憩需求，同时配套友好休闲空间。身处主城闹市却绿意环绕，清幽安静，既是业主日常放松的后花园，也面向周边居民开放，共享一方治愈自然小天地。
Shuying Park is a community pocket park covering nearly 1,000 square meters.Tall camphor trees, seasonal flowers and shrubs form layered greenery. It has walkways and lounge seats for strolling and resting.Tucked in the bustling downtown with peaceful lush scenery, it serves as a relaxing backyard for residents and opens to the public as a soothing green haven.
结语 Outro
北谷隐澍立足秦淮老城文脉，秉持先园后宅理念，配套无缝街心袋公园，社区内部打造七重江南烟水艺境景观体系。入口以百米 UHPC 美学门庭、黑金奢石屏风营造归家礼序，向内延伸 21 米弧形环岛归心水院，活水溪涧搭配四季花溪、艺术连廊串联全园，选用乌桕、鸡爪槭等季相苗木，搭配太湖石、青砖曲径，实现步步皆景。社区 6-8 层低密洋房错落排布，大面积玻璃幕墙、错层露台消弭建筑与景观边界，楼栋首层全架空打造全龄泛会所。整体以 “澍”为内核，将秦淮水韵、东方礼序与现代低密人居融合，在主城闹市藏一方温润水林，兼顾景观观赏性与日常休闲功能，营造隐于城芯、伴水栖居的松弛改善场景。
Rooted in local cultural heritage, Hidden Rain Valley follows a garden-first design. It boasts a pocket park andseven-tiered Jiangnan waterscape.A grand entrance gateway leads to a winding central water courtyard connected by brooks, seasonal flower belts and covered walkways. With varied foliage, Taihu stones and brick paths, every step unfolds new views.Low-rise buildings feature glass facades and terraces blurring indoor-outdoor lines, plus ground-floor activity spaces. Inspired by nourishing rain, the project blends classic water charm, ceremonial entry and modern low-density living, creating a tranquil waterside retreat in downtown.
