WTD纬图设计：这是城市中一段不必赶路的时光。在车流日夜不休的光谷三环高架桥下，紧密的高楼缝隙之间，这片公园安静的等你来。沿着百余米步道穿林，漫开的草木清香里藏着一片森林，散落林间的咖啡小店飘出浅淡香气，起伏草坡铺着软绿，老树树冠层层叠叠滤去车流嘈杂。山野的诗意浪漫与嘈杂堆叠的城市楼宇之间，竟隔着如此咫尺的距离。这是公园，又不止是公园，那个即将称之为“家”的地方，就藏在这片树影深处。
WTD: This is a moment in the city when you don’t have to rush. Beneath the Optics Valley Third Ring Elevated Highway, where traffic flows day and night, and nestled among the tightly packed high-rises, this park quietly awaits your arrival. Follow the hundred-meter-long trail through the woods; hidden within the fresh scent of blooming plants lies a forest. A faint aroma wafts from the small coffee shops scattered throughout the woods, while undulating grassy slopes are carpeted in soft green. The layered canopies of ancient trees filter out the clamor of passing traffic. The poetic romance of the mountains and wilderness and the jumbled skyscrapers of the city are, surprisingly, just a stone’s throw apart. This is a park—yet more than just a park. The place that will soon be called “home” is hidden deep within these tree-shaded groves.

边界的重塑
2026年初，设计团队第一次来到武汉光谷的这片场地，荷叶山三环高架桥旁一块附带5万方公共绿地的开发用地。所谓的公共绿地，现状更像是城市中的一块飞地，曾经有过滑板车培训的轻钢棚，菜地、水塘和一片杂木林。废弃的围墙、荒置的菜地，高架桥切割后可达却无功能的桥下剩余空间……庆幸的是场地的荒芜杂乱中，生长着一些杂木林，它们并排丛生于立交桥下，是公园与噪杂立交桥之间的绿色屏障，其中有成片的栾树和高达30多米的大杨树。它们，才是这片场地的原住民。于是，尽可能保留场地的那些原生大树，成为设计团队的工作起点。
Redefining Boundaries
In early 2026, the design team made its first visit to this site in Wuhan’s Optics Valley—a development plot adjacent to the Haiye Mountain Third Ring Road interchange, featuring 50,000 square meters of public green space. This so-called public green space currently resembles more of an urban enclave: it features a light-gauge steel shed that was once used as a training ground for electric scooters, several vegetable plots, a pond, and a mixed forest. Abandoned walls, overgrown vegetable plots, and that neglected space beneath the elevated highway—though accessible, it has lost its function because it is split in two by the elevated structure… Fortunately, amidst this desolate and chaotic site, a mixed forest thrives with vitality. Growing in clusters beneath the overpass, they form a green barrier between the park and the noisy intersection, including large stands of acacia trees and towering poplars exceeding 30 meters in height. These trees are the site’s true native inhabitants. Therefore, preserving as many of the site’s native large trees as possible became the starting point for the design team’s work.

华润的业主团队希望这个项目能够突破住宅、商业和公园的传统界面，把原本只能在红线内做的商业、配套、活动空间，“渗透”到公园里，这和纬图的想法不谋而合。如何为这些刚需改善的住户们创造一种新的“美好生活的范式”，让公园为传统的住区注入新的活力？在这个项目中我们给出的答案是，住区和公园之间无界相连，住区的商业服务设施成为公园的有机构成，而公园也因为与住区的紧密结合而获得了持久的活力。
China Resources’ property management team hoped this project would break through the traditional boundaries between residential, commercial, and park spaces, allowing commercial facilities, supporting amenities, and activity spaces—which were previously confined to the property line—to “seep” into the park. This vision aligned perfectly with Weitu’s own ideas. How can we create a new “paradigm for a better life” for these residents—who are upgrading from basic housing needs—and enable the park to infuse new vitality into the traditional residential community? In this project, our answer is to establish a seamless connection between the residential community and the park, where the community’s commercial and service facilities become an integral part of the park, and the park, in turn, gains enduring vitality through its close integration with the residential community.

共创与共情
“共创”，已经成为纬图设计团队工作方式的关键词。我们相信，设计是一种表达，更是一种媒介，面对每一个项目，政府或者开发商、运营方、建设方、使用者，都有各自的诉求和主张，因此我们的设计过程，也不仅是创意和建设，更是与各方共创，不断沟通、换位思考和建立共识的过程。
公园延续了上位规划的分区定位，服务周边社区，并拓展生态研学等内容。以中心超级视角打开一片多功能草坪，既是社区居民的社交休闲舞台，也是周末亲子露营的绝佳场所；北侧保留大片原生树林与荷叶山衔接，以及自然教育的天然课堂；东侧衔接高架桥段并充分利用桥下空间形成运动场地，篮球场、网球场、滑板场，把城市的“消极角落”变成了年轻人的聚集地；西侧与住区的归家动线无缝衔接，居民可以多种方式逛公园回家；南侧引入轻介入的商业盒子、森林儿童游乐、自然认知花园，在公园空间构成高密度的游逛体验。
Co-creation and Empathy
“Co-creation” has become a key concept in the way the WTD Team works. We believe that design is not only a form of expression but also a medium. For every project, whether it involves the government, developers, operators, contractors, or users, each party has its own needs and perspectives. Therefore, our design process is not merely about creativity and construction; it is also a process of co-creation with all stakeholders, involving continuous communication, putting ourselves in others’ shoes, and building consensus.
The park carries forward the zoning objectives outlined in the overarching master plan, serving the surrounding communities while expanding offerings such as ecological field trips and educational programs. A multifunctional lawn, designed with a panoramic view of the center, serves as both a social and recreational hub for community residents and an ideal spot for family camping on weekends; to the north, a large expanse of native woodland connects to Heye Mountain, creating a natural classroom for environmental education; On the east side, the park connects to a section of the elevated highway and makes full use of the space beneath the bridge to create sports facilities—including basketball courts, tennis courts, and a skatepark—transforming an “underutilized corner” of the city into a gathering spot for young people; on the west side, it seamlessly integrates with the residential area’s home-bound pathways, allowing residents to stroll through the park on their way home in a variety of ways; on the south side, the park incorporates low-impact commercial pods, a forest-themed children’s playground, and a nature discovery garden, creating a high-density strolling experience within the park’s space.

与自然共情，是纬图贯彻始终的价值主张。我们让现状大树成为场地最重要的叙事者，建筑体量化整为零嵌入林间。微地形与地景作为嵌入逻辑的前提，空间落位由保留林、堆坡标高、视线通廊共同决定，通过架空、下沉、嵌入三种动作的并置，形成群形态与地景的多层级编织。规划图纸上，建筑、道路、活动区一点点排布，但每一次落笔，都要先看树的点位。建筑的标高为它们抬升或降低，建筑朝向随着树扭转，几个商业小盒子都刻意“藏”进林子里，让树冠掩映体量。
Empathy with nature is the core value that Weitu has consistently upheld. We allow the existing trees to become the site’s most important narrators, with the building’s mass broken down into smaller elements and embedded within the forest. Micro-topography and the landscape serve as the foundation for this integration; the spatial layout is determined by the preserved forest, the elevation of the terraced slopes, and the sightlines. Through the juxtaposition of three design strategies—elevation, subsidence, and embedding—we create a multi-layered interweaving of the building’s form and the landscape. On the planning drawings, buildings, roads, and activity areas are arranged piece by piece, but every stroke is guided by the location of the trees. Building elevations are raised or lowered to accommodate them, orientations twist to follow the trees’ curves, and several small commercial units are deliberately “hidden” within the grove, allowing the tree canopies to frame the structures.

设计结合运营，是项目设计过程的又一个突出特点。我们和每个运营团队逐一核对动线关系和使用需求：店铺空间面积、平面布局、材料选择、视线关系、动线组织，根据每个运营团队的需求定制设计方案。比如MOUNTAIN健身房的面积，从最初只有200平米，调整至250、300，最后确定到400平米，每一次空间的“扩容”都需要重新调整建筑体量和周围场地的关系。
Integrating design with operations is another key feature of the project design process. We work closely with each operations team to review circulation patterns and usage requirements—including store floor area, floor plans, material selections, sightlines, and circulation organization—to tailor design solutions to their specific needs. For example, the floor area of the MOUNTAIN gym initially started at just 200 square meters, then was adjusted to 250, 300, and finally settled at 400 square meters. Each time the space was “expanded,” we had to readjust the building’s volume and its relationship to the surrounding site.

儿童活动区原本在健身房旁边，运营方认为“太近会互相干扰”，于是整体西移50米。两个盒子原本重叠布置，从主视点看过去体量过大，便改为一字排开，让原生林自然遮断，让建筑成为场地原生大树的尺度友好的“新邻居”。肯德基要求增加车行取餐通道，于是设计团队在场地东侧专门规划了落客区，与步行游线互不干扰。尽管这个过程困难重重，琐碎繁复，但却是步步扎实的成事正道，切实保障了项目建成后的运营成效。
The children’s play area was originally located next to the gym, but the operator felt that “being too close would cause mutual disruption,” so it was moved 50 meters to the west. The two structures were originally arranged one on top of the other, but this appeared too massive from the main vantage point. They were therefore rearranged in a single row, allowing the native forest to naturally screen them, making the buildings “new neighbors” that harmonize with the scale of the site’s existing large trees. KFC requested the addition of a drive-thru lane, so the design team specifically planned a drop-off zone on the east side of the site, ensuring it would not interfere with the pedestrian circulation routes. Although this process was fraught with difficulties and involved numerous intricate details, it represented a methodical and solid approach to getting the job done, effectively ensuring the project’s operational success upon completion.
树林中的咖啡馆和健身房
传统的社区商业，往往以效率至上的底商，沿着街道一字排开。在润璟公园，1400 平米的商业被全部打散成一个个“小盒子 ”，散落在公园南侧的起伏地形中，三三两两的小房子像从森林里生长出来，与景观相融演变为丰富的公园商业场景。考虑到项目覆盖人群多为光谷新区工作的年轻客群，商业盒子引入的是MANNER咖啡、MOUNTAIN健身房、露营租赁等更加开放、有活力，能带动生活方式升级的新型业态。在每一个商业盒子外围，设计都做预留了大量和自然场景融为一体的灰空间和外摆区，为居民提供了便利的休憩场所，这正是我们想要为使用者营造的，介于家庭与工作场所之外”第三空间”。
Traditional community retail often consists of ground-floor stores prioritizing efficiency, lined up in a row along the street. At Runjing Park, the 1,400-square-meter retail space has been completely broken up into individual “little boxes,” scattered across the undulating terrain on the south side of the park. These small structures, clustered in groups of two or three, appear to have sprung from the forest, blending seamlessly with the landscape to create a rich array of park-based retail experiences. Given that the project’s target demographic consists primarily of young professionals working in the Optics Valley New District, the retail boxes feature new business formats—such as MANNER Coffee, MOUNTAIN Gym, and camping equipment rentals—that are more open and vibrant, capable of driving lifestyle upgrades. Around the perimeter of each commercial box, the design incorporates ample “gray spaces” and outdoor seating areas that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing residents with convenient places to relax. This is precisely the “third space”—a place beyond the home and workplace—that we aim to create for users.

建筑以小体量、弱边界的状态，围绕中心草坪展开，以非对称非轴线的方式松散聚集，或退让、或嵌入、或围绕，与绿地和大树“躲猫猫”，这些多变的界面关系形成了丰富的社区活动场所。绿地、树林、园路、建筑、人的行走路径和视线关系，这些场地因素的叠加，在公园里构建起一种类似自然聚落的混杂密度与尺度关系。
The buildings, characterized by their compact scale and soft boundaries, are arranged around a central lawn. They are loosely clustered in an asymmetrical, non-axial pattern—sometimes stepping back, sometimes embedded, and sometimes encircling the space—as if playing “hide-and-seek” with the greenery and large trees. These varied interface relationships create a rich array of spaces for community activities. The interplay of green spaces, groves, garden paths, buildings, pedestrian routes, and sightlines—the layering of these site elements—creates a mix of densities and scales within the park that resembles a natural settlement.

景观以看似轻松其实紧凑的铺排形成了高密度的场景切换：散落的商业盒子，活泼的灰空间，步移景异的小园路，令人心情舒畅的大草坪，斑驳光影下能够闻到草木清芬的林间空地，从每扇窗、每个外摆座椅看出来的丰富画面。它们是非正式的、轻松的、平等的，开放的，人们在这里相遇，闲聊，共同享受 “无负担的公共生活”， 放慢生活的脚步，欣赏与自然相处的轻松愉悦。
The landscape features a seemingly casual yet tightly orchestrated layout that creates a high-density sequence of scenes: scattered retail pods, lively gray spaces, winding garden paths where the view changes with every step, a vast lawn that lifts the spirits, and forest clearings where the fresh scent of plants wafts through the dappled light—all offering rich vistas from every window and every outdoor seat. These spaces are informal, relaxed, inclusive, and open—places where people meet, chat casually, and share in “carefree public life,” slowing down the pace of life to savor the simple joy of being at one with nature.

A Rich and Engaging Experience Coming Home
The entire residential complex is 1.5 meters higher than the park. The community balconies are elevated to the second floor, offering the best vantage point overlooking the entire park. A continuous series of walkways follows the undulating terrain, winding through the retail spaces along the complex’s perimeter at varying heights.

高差放大了公园的优势：一方面保护了住区的隐私，另一方面又为居民提供了绝佳的从阳台上半俯瞰公园的视线关系。公园里的那些掩映在树林间的小盒子、小台地、起伏的步道，也因为高差而更显层次丰富。
The elevation changes enhance the park’s appeal: on the one hand, they protect the privacy of the residential area; on the other, they offer residents a superb, semi-bird’s-eye view of the park from their balconies. The small “boxes,” terraces, and undulating paths nestled among the trees in the park also appear more richly layered thanks to these elevation changes.

在这里，住宅的归家序列被刻意弱化了，为的是将住宅完全融入公园。我们分别规划了100m与200m两条回家路径，以满足不同需求。人们可以从市政道路上直通风雨连廊，快速便捷的进入社区大堂。更美妙的是，不赶时间的人可以从公园进入，在社区中心翻翻书，在咖啡店会会朋友，看看外面草坪上欢笑的孩子，慢慢穿过草坪与树林，让两点一线的流水般的日子变得生动温暖起来。
Here, the residential entry sequence has been deliberately downplayed to fully integrate the residences into the park. We have planned two separate entry routes—one 100 meters long and the other 200 meters long—to accommodate different needs. Residents can walk directly from the public road into the weather-protected walkway for quick and convenient access to the community lobby. Even better, those who aren’t in a hurry can enter through the park, browse through a book at the community center, meet friends at the café, watch children laughing on the lawn, and leisurely stroll through the lawn and woods—transforming the monotonous daily commute into a vibrant and heartwarming experience.

在地植物与异域风情混搭
从山林到公园再到住区，植栽设计通过各个功能分区不同的表情与叙事，来实现各个场景切换，展现了在地性和异域风情的混搭，既有家门口的亲切，也不失诗与远方的新奇。
公园入口，灰蓝色系、低饱和度、蓬松的地中海风情感植物，结合沙质地被，形成干净有质感的植物前景，朴树与油橄榄一左一右，高低参差，几株造型舒展的仙人掌支撑起灌木骨架创造视线的停留，充满松弛感的植物场景让这个公园入口颇有几分度假酒店的质感。
A Blend of Local Flora and Exotic Charm
From mountain forests to parks and residential areas, the landscape design creates transitions between different settings through the distinct character and narrative of each functional zone, showcasing a blend of local elements and exotic charm. It offers the familiarity of home while retaining the wonder of poetry and distant lands.
At the park entrance, plants in shades of gray and blue—low in saturation and with a fluffy, Mediterranean-style aesthetic—combine with sandy groundcover to create a clean, textured foreground. A Chinese hackberry and an olive tree stand on either side, their heights varying, while several gracefully shaped cacti form the framework of the shrubbery, drawing the eye to linger. This relaxed, natural plant arrangement gives the park entrance the feel of a resort hotel.

从市政道路上直通住宅的风雨连廊段，则用了蓝冰柏、蓝云杉，蓝色与黄色的冷静对撞，呼应着水杉林的挺拔。在商业盒子周围，植物设计师增加高干栾树和高干香樟，呼应现场原生高干乔木，高度与尺度与原生林穿插融合。同时，补充多干的树形稍小的朴树与乌桕，来烘托高大的原生栾树和杨树。朴树和乌桕横向大冠，可以和原生林在高度和形态上都拉开差距，在秋冬季也会有不同层次的色叶季相变化。
商业外摆区结合本地植物湖北大戟，结合美洲龙舌兰、柳叶星河、澳洲米花、丝叶泽兰、仙人掌等用灰蓝调蓬松地被增加温暖松驰又有风情感的氛围。高大的乔木与建筑体量穿插融合，构成从自然中生长而出的视觉意境，保留的原生林地为鸟类和昆虫提供了栖息地。
The covered walkway section leading directly from the municipal road to the residential area features blue arborvitae and blue spruce; the calm contrast between blue and yellow echoes the towering metasequoia grove. Around the commercial pod, the landscape designer incorporated tall-trunked goldenrain trees and tall-trunked camphor trees to complement the site’s native tall-trunked trees, with their height and scale blending seamlessly into the native forest. At the same time, multi-stemmed, slightly smaller Chinese elm and Chinese tallow trees were added to set off the towering native goldenrain trees and poplars. The broad, spreading canopies of the Chinese elm and Chinese tallow trees create a distinct contrast with the native forest in both height and form, and they also offer multi-layered seasonal color changes in the fall and winter.
The commercial outdoor seating area features the native Hubei spurge, combined with American agave, willow-leaf starflower, Australian rice flower, silky-leaf mugwort, cacti, and other plants. These create a warm, relaxed, and romantic atmosphere with a soft, gray-blue ground cover. Tall trees intertwine with the building’s mass, forming a visual scene that appears to grow organically from nature, while the preserved native woodland provides a habitat for birds and insects.

临近住宅的归家动线，大片细叶芒沿着步道生长，极简、松弛。从丰富的森林感过渡到单一品种的纯粹，实现节奏转换。到了住区入口，精致不失秩序的植物组合和大堂空间配合，构成完整的入口空间序列。
Along the path leading home from the nearby residences, expanses of fine-leaved Miscanthus grow alongside the walkway, creating a minimalist, relaxed atmosphere. The transition from a rich, forest-like ambiance to the purity of a single plant species creates a shift in rhythm. At the entrance to the residential community, an exquisite yet orderly arrangement of plants complements the lobby space, forming a cohesive sequence of entrance spaces.

植栽设计的叙事在公园原有的植被基底上强化了在地的特色植物，也增加了一些时尚的植栽组合，调动起使用者对远方的鲜活想象。画面感、季相性、适生性，即便在有限的物理空间内，设计依然能创造出极具纵深的精神旷野。
The narrative of the planting design highlights the park’s native flora while incorporating contemporary plant combinations, sparking visitors’ vivid imaginations of distant landscapes. Through visual appeal, seasonal variation, and suitability to the local environment, the design creates a spiritual wilderness with profound depth—even within a limited physical space.
荷叶间的自然探索
儿童活动区植入华润标准模块，结合了荷叶山的“荷叶”元素，在1500㎡的乐园中隐藏着6 处科普互动装置嵌入场景和19种探索玩法。对于这里的年轻家庭而言，人均公共绿地面积的增长，全龄友好的公共空间，意味着公园不再是周末才去的“景点”，而是家楼下的日常。
Exploring Nature Among Lotus Leaves
The children’s play area incorporates China Resources’ standard modules, blending them with the “lotus leaf” theme of Lotus Leaf Hill. Hidden within the 1,500-square-meter playground are six science-education interactive installations integrated into the scenery and 19 different exploration activities. For the young families living here, the increase in per-capita public green space and the creation of public spaces suitable for all ages mean that the park is no longer just a “tourist attraction” for weekends, but a part of daily life right outside their front door.

傍晚再一次降临时，桥下的篮球场上传来节奏分明的拍打声，孩子们正举着放大镜寻找荷叶上的水珠，健身房的落地窗前是正在挥汗的运动者。那些从高架桥缝隙里长出来的空间，如今盛满了人们最朴实而生动的日常。润璟以一座无界共生的公园，它消解了城市开发冰冷的边界，原生林木留存时间痕迹，散落的小店承载人间烟火，桥下荒芜的边角长出运动与欢笑。草木、街巷、烟火，编织而成的温柔网络，抚平现代人独处的疏离。这是一次关于新型生活范式的探索，更是一种城市更新的可能性。
As evening fell once again, the rhythmic thud of basketballs echoed from the court beneath the bridge, while children held magnifying glasses to search for water droplets on lotus leaves, and exercisers worked up a sweat in front of the gym’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Those spaces that have sprung up from the gaps beneath the elevated highway are now brimming with people’s simplest and most vibrant daily lives. Runjing has created a boundary-less, symbiotic park that dissolves the cold boundaries of urban development; the native trees bear the traces of time, the scattered small shops embody the warmth of everyday life, and the once-desolate corners beneath the bridge now teem with exercise and laughter. A gentle web woven from vegetation, alleys, and the hustle and bustle of daily life soothes the alienation modern people feel in solitude. This is an exploration of a new lifestyle paradigm—and, even more, a possibility for urban renewal.
