九沐景观：“以艺术为魂，重构生活的边界”
在杭州的繁华深处，有一处居所，正以 NEWart 顶级艺术为精神蓝本，将克里姆特的金色幻梦、卢梭的纯真丛林、莫奈的浪漫花园，镌刻进社区的每一寸肌理。它不只是一处住宅，更是一座可居住的美术馆，一场永不落幕的光影艺术盛宴。

Deep within the bustling heart of Hangzhou, there exists a residence that is based on the spirit of NEWart’s top-notch art. It incorporates Klimt’s golden dreams, Rousseau’s pure forest scenes, and Monet’s romantic gardens into every inch of the community’s texture. It is not merely a residence; it is also a livable art gallery and an ongoing visual art feast.
在都市快节奏中寻得一处有度假感的栖居之地。基于此，金澜轩的景观设计确立了三大设计纲领三位一体，将国际酒店的度假经验与海派文艺的精致基因，注入社区每一个角落。在空间策略上，设计以「初见—沉浸—永恒」为叙事线索，串联五大奢艺场景，形成一条完整的艺术策展式归家轴。材质上强调时间的厚度，空间上营造戏剧性的张力，功能上实现复合化的可能，让艺术不止于视觉观赏，更成为可参与、可触摸的生活日常。
In the midst of the fast-paced urban life, find a place with a resort-like atmosphere for your residence. Based on this, the landscape design of Jinlanxuan has established a triad of three design principles, integrating the resort experience of international hotels with the refined genes of Shanghai-style art, and injecting them into every corner of the community. In terms of spatial strategy, the design uses the narrative thread of “first encounter – immersion – eternity” to connect five luxurious artistic scenes, forming a complete artistic curated homecoming axis. In terms of materials, emphasis is placed on the thickness of time, in terms of space, dramatic tension is created, and in terms of function, the possibility of complexity is realized, making art not only a visual appreciation but also a participatory and touchable daily life.
初见·鎏金之门｜以金为冕，礼迎归人
每一场伟大的艺术体验，都始于一次震撼的初见。
金澜轩的入口，是一座 “鎏金之门” 。借鉴克里姆特《迷金都会》的绚烂笔触，以超豪华的尺度与显性的金色符号，打造顶级酒店式的尊奢门厅。
First Encounter · Gilded Door | With gold as a crown, welcoming the returning guests
Every great artistic experience begins with a stunning first encounter.
The entrance of Jinlanxuan is a “Gilded Door”. Drawing inspiration from Klimt’s “The Golden City”, it is designed with a luxurious scale and explicit golden symbols to create a top-class hotel-style grand entrance hall.
超尺度门廊以金属格栅与温润石材虚实相映，形成第一重视觉焦点。入口轴线两侧对称布置阵列式花钵与灯柱，强化归家仪式感。门厅顶部嵌入暖金色线性灯带，模拟克里姆特画作中的鎏光质感，光影随昼夜流转。
The oversized porch is complemented by metal grilles and warm stone, creating the first visual focal point. On both sides of the entrance axis, symmetrical arrangements of arrayed flower pots and lamp posts enhance the sense of returning home. Linear warm golden light strips are embedded in the ceiling of the foyer, simulating the lustrous texture seen in Klimt’s paintings, and the light and shadow change with the passage of day and night.
光影流转间，金箔般温暖的色泽在墙面上流淌，仿佛穿越到十九世纪末的维也纳，那位金色大师的画布之上。每一次归家，都是一次盛大的生命序章。
As the light and shadow shift, the warm golden hue flows across the wall, as if transported to the late 19th century Vienna, on the canvas of that golden master. Every return home is a grand chapter of life.
盛邀·阿黛尔之邀|镜水倒映，掐丝鎏金
定制化接待水厅以“镜面水景+跌水幕墙”构成核心对景。水面采用薄层静水工艺，反射天光与建筑轮廓，延伸视觉进深；景墙嵌入掐丝金饰与鎏金艺术板，通过手工做旧肌理，还原古铜岁月质感。花钵种植时令花卉与常绿灌木，形成四季更迭的迎宾表情。
Invitation · Adele’s Invitation | The mirror water reflects, filigree and gold plating
The customized reception water hall is composed of a core backdrop featuring “mirror-like water feature + cascading curtain wall”. The water surface is treated with a thin layer of still water technique, reflecting the sunlight and the architectural outline, extending the visual depth. The scene wall is embedded with filigree gold decorations and gilded artistic panels, with a handmade aged texture applied to restore the texture of ancient copper years. Flower pots are planted with seasonal flowers and evergreen shrubs, creating a welcoming expression that changes with the seasons.
琉璃般的镜水空间，倒映着阿黛尔的金色身影。水波微漾间，金色的肌理在光线下折射出厚重的历史感——仿佛收到一封来自黄金时代的请柬，邀你步入一场永不散场的名仕盛宴。
The glass-like mirror-like water space reflects Adele’s golden figure. As the water waves ripple, the golden texture refracts a profound sense of history under the light – it feels as if you have received an invitation from the golden age, inviting you to step into an elegant and never-ending grand feast of the elite.
盛宴·仲夏盛宴|立体水院，叠瀑鎏金
水景不再只是平面的点缀，而是立体的艺术。
“仲夏盛宴” 是一座收藏级的名仕立体水院。灵感来自克里姆特的《初秋仲夏》，以花型艺术流水墙与花型雕塑水法，构建出多维水景叠瀑。
Feast · Summer Feast | Three-dimensional Water Courtyard, Cascading Waterfalls Engraved with Gold
Water features are no longer just flat decorations, but rather three-dimensional works of art.
“The Summer Feast” is a collector’s edition masterpiece of a three-dimensional water garden. Inspired by Klimt’s “Early Summer and Midsummer”, it uses flower-shaped artistic water walls and flower-shaped sculptural water methods to create multi-dimensional waterfalls.
利用场地微高差，打造多维叠瀑水景。上层为花型艺术流水墙，水流沿曲面墙层叠跌落；下层为静水池，池底镶嵌花型雕塑水法。水景周边采用古铜做旧不锈钢收边，与植物组团形成软硬对比。
By taking advantage of the slight elevation difference of the site, a multi-dimensional cascading water feature is created. The upper layer features a flower-shaped artistic water wall, with water flowing layer by layer down the curved wall; the lower layer is a still water pool, with flower-shaped sculptures embedded in the bottom of the pool. The edges around the water feature are finished with antique copper and stainless steel, creating a contrast between soft and hard elements with the plant groupings.
立体花园通过空中连廊与下沉步道交织游览动线，在高低错落中体验“步移景异”的空间趣味。复刻古铜做旧的肌理，自带“岁月鎏金”的沧桑与华美。水声潺潺，叠瀑层层，仿佛置身一场鎏金盛宴，名仕风华在此汇聚，仲夏夜之梦在此成真。
The three-dimensional garden interweaves the visiting routes through the aerial corridors and the sunken walkways. In the alternating heights and depths, one can experience the spatial charm of “changing scenes as one moves”. The ancient copper aged texture is replicated, carrying the sense of “gold-gilded through the ages” and the grandeur. The water sounds are flowing, and the cascading waterfalls are layered, as if one is immersed in a golden feast. The elegance of the dignitaries gathers here, and the dream of the midsummer night comes true here.
沉浸·繁华世界|度假水院，游弋幻境
当建筑挑檐与水景相融，便有了这座类泳池度假水疗泛会所——“繁华世界”。
借鉴克里姆特的《金色永恒》与卢梭的《花》，泳池式水景以马赛克艺术绘制池底画作。游弋其间，身体沉浸于清凉，精神却徜徉在世界名画的意境之中。
Immersed in the bustling world | Holiday water park, drifting through the fantasy realm
When the building’s eaves blend with the water feature, this is where the “Prosperous World” – a resort spa and wellness center – comes into being.
Drawing inspiration from Klimt’s “Eternal Gold” and Rousseau’s “Flowers”, the pool-style water feature is adorned with mosaic art on the bottom of the pool. While swimming there, one’s body is immersed in coolness, while the mind wanders in the artistic atmosphere of famous paintings.
安隅繁华之芯，鎏光水院环拥艺术之境。金色光影摇曳映澄澈浅湾，水面沿着建筑挑檐层层铺展。午后闲坐临水露台，听水声轻绕花丛，在馥郁绿意里慢度假日，尽揽温润治愈的艺术栖居意境。
Anyu’s bustling heart is surrounded by the luminous water courtyard, encircling the artistic realm. The golden light and shadow sway, reflecting in the clear shallow bay. The water spreads layer by layer along the eaves of the buildings. In the afternoon, sitting leisurely on the water-facing terrace, listening to the gentle sound of the water surrounding the flowers, enjoying the leisurely days in the lush greenery, fully embracing the gentle and healing artistic living atmosphere.
结合建筑挑檐，将消防扑救面与泳池水景进行弹性复合设计。池底采用定制马赛克拼花，以卢梭《花》为蓝本，打造艺术化池底图案。水面与建筑檐口形成 “框景”关系，檐下空间设置休憩卡座与植物花镜，营造类度假酒店的水疗氛围。水质循环系统与景观照明联动，夜间形成波光粼粼的幻彩效果。
Combining with the building eaves, an elastic composite design is carried out for the fire-fighting rescue area and the swimming pool water scenery. The bottom of the pool is decorated with custom mosaic patterns, inspired by Rousseau’s “Flowers”, to create an artistic pool bottom design. The water surface forms a “frame scene” relationship with the building eaves. The space under the eaves is equipped with rest seating and plant flower mirrors, creating a spa atmosphere similar to a resort hotel. The water quality circulation system is linked with the landscape lighting, forming a shimmering and colorful effect at night.
游弋于这片清凉世界，身体沉浸于水的拥抱，精神徜徉于卢梭的丛林幻境。度假感，不只在远方的海岛，更在归家的每一个日常。
Wandering in this cool world, the body is embraced by the water, and the spirit wanders in Rousseau’s jungle fantasy. The sense of vacation is not only found on distant islands, but also in every daily routine of returning home.
