BLUES: The Xiang River Flows Northward, Parting the City in Two, One half is the landscape of Yuelu Mountain; the other is a thousand years of culture. In Changsha, to see the mountain is to see Yuelu; to see the water is to see the Xiang River. This time, let us witness the “show”…
The spirit of Changsha has never been about rigid adherence to conventions but about embracing all rivers with an open mind and breaking boundaries with innovative courage. As the design partner of JIAYU · JINGXIU, Blue Tone has always believed that true refined luxury lies in tailoring a design that truly understands the spiritual essence of the city.
嘉宇 · 璟琇深植城市原生基因。我们跳出精奢同质化的窠臼，锚定 “山水洲城” 与湘绣非遗这组不可复制的内核 —— 湘江奔涌的 “动”，对话湘绣针丝的 “静”；自然天地的 “阔”，呼应非遗匠心的 “细”，形成极具张力的独特设计语言。我们设计的核心思考是 “非日常感的日常化”：打破建筑与自然的边界，让景观不再是盒子里的自然，而是“上观瀑、中漫步、下栖居”的立体生活剧场。以 “璟、绣、华、庭” 四幕动线为引，让 “五步一景、十步一秀” 成为日常，将 “高定秀场” 的仪式感，融入居住的每一刻，让精奢不再是偶尔的社交标签，而是渗透在观景/漫步/买菜/遛狗/等电梯的每一个瞬间中的日常精神享受。蓝调更坚持 “文化转译而非复刻”。我们将湘绣的蓝缎花韵、百舸争流，转化为水刀花砖、3D 流瀑等现代设计语言，让非遗走出博物馆，成为可触摸的日常场景。
湘江潮起，大泽湖开。将城市精神与文化匠心注入空间，让精奢超越物质堆砌，成为精神共鸣。于敢为人先处立设计标杆，于千年文脉中筑理想人居，让每一位居者都能在山水之间，触摸城市的灵魂，安放心中的诗意。
JIAYU · JINGXIU is deeply rooted in the city’s inherent DNA. Breaking free from the homogeneity of conventional refined luxury, we anchor the design in the unique core of “mountain, water, island, and city” along with the intangible cultural heritage of Xiang embroidery. The dynamic flow of the Xiang River converses with the delicate stillness of Xiang embroidery’s needlework; the vastness of nature echoes the meticulous craftsmanship of intangible heritage, forming a uniquely compelling design language. Our core design philosophy is the “everyday translation of the extraordinary”: dissolving the boundaries between architecture and nature, so that the landscape is no longer nature confined within a box but a three-dimensional living theater where one can “view waterfalls above, stroll through the middle, and dwell below.” Guided by the four-scene narrative of “Jing, Xiu, Hua, Ting,” we make “a view every five steps, a spectacle every ten steps” part of daily life, infusing the ceremonial sense of a “high-fashion runway” into every moment of living. Refined luxury thus becomes not an occasional social label but an everyday spiritual experience permeating activities like viewing scenery, strolling, shopping for groceries, walking the dog, or waiting for the elevator. Blue Tone also insists on “cultural translation rather than replication.” We transform the blue silk floral charm of Xiang embroidery and the imagery of a hundred boats racing into contemporary design elements such as water-jet patterned tiles and 3D flowing waterfalls, allowing intangible heritage to step out of museums and become tangible, everyday scenes.
As the tide of the Xiang River rises and Daze Lake unfolds, we infuse the city’s spirit and cultural craftsmanship into space, elevating refined luxury beyond material accumulation to a realm of spiritual resonance. Setting design benchmarks where courage leads the way and building ideal residences within a thousand-year cultural heritage, we enable every resident to touch the soul of the city amidst its mountains and waters, and to find a poetic dwelling within their hearts.

长沙把湘绣绣进了一片湖山，把生活做成了可以漫步的“高定秀场”。当轻丝绣缎融化在山水之间，诉说一段戏曲的悠远故事。

以水为绣.春色盛宴，将湖湘地理符号麓山湘水与湘绣的细腻感受，转化为可触摸的光影艺术。以水为绣，以绣绘花，花瓣顺着水帘“流”下来，绣成湖湘东方艺奢生活的长卷。
湘绣的花语，幻化成二维或三维的立体花瓣，每一步皆是独享的东方雅境。

由16片花瓣组成圆形花瓣剧场，日常可观影可举办小型节日活动。景观为幕，生活为剧，多元场景，自由定义。
A round petal theater consisting of 16 petals, where you can watch movies or hold small festivals on a daily basis. With the landscape as the and life as the play, diverse scenarios can be freely defined.
数字化电子水幕，将湖湘地理符号麓山湘水与湘绣的细腻感受。转化为可触摸的光影艺术，并且可根据业主需求和节假日打印图案或文字。
Digital electronic water curtain, which transforms the geographical symbols of Hunan, such as Lushan Xiangshui, and the delicate feelings of Xiangidery into tangible art of light and shadow, and can print patterns or texts according to the owner’s needs and festivals.

以绣似玉.花韵蓝缎，蓝缎般的水“倾泻而下”，以绣做骨玉为肌，形成”上可观瀑、中可漫步、下可栖居”的三维体验。长沙的精奢生活有了“玉”的温润，“绣”的绚烂。

后场弧形流水吧台应用的绿孔雀透光云石，是光影魔术师，灯光透过时，纹理会随光线流动显露出朦胧肌理。

步步生花.以花绘华，东方湘绣艺术瑰宝，最隆重仪式的“花开富贵”，以花绘华纹，幻化滴水成花，朵朵涟漪，步步生花，光影印花,踩一步就开一朵缔造归家行走间高定梯台画卷。

几何原野植物组合园，选用高低错落的球状，圆锥状植物，按“大小错落、色彩渐变”搭出来的“庭院萌趣组合”，像把自然里的“圆”都攒到了这儿，站在旁边，连心情都跟着变柔软。
The geometric wildflower combination garden features a mix of spherical and conical plants arranged in varying heights. The ‘playful courtyard combination’ is designed according to the principles of ‘size variation and gradual color transition,’ gathering all the ’roundness’ of nature in one place. Standing nearby, even your mood softens along with it.

百舸争流.踏水赴宴，当湘江的晨光与湘绣的金线遇上，长沙第一次把非遗高定“穿”在了归家的生活中，感受百舸争流，激荡冲浪叠瀑水景，100米宽门阔府，缓缓打开气派的高定非遗城市封面。
