JTL Studio：In our landscape planning, we aim to craft a multifaceted experience that seamlessly blends the vibrant energy of a modern urban environment with the relaxed ambiance of vacation-style living. By carefully graduating spaces and interweaving diverse functions, the project delivers a dynamic and interactive spatial experience, anchored by a clear sense of order and fluidity.
本项目位于湖南长沙滨江新城，东临湖南金融中心，眺望湘江，将城市独特的历史、人文与自然风貌融于设计之中。从烟火气息浓郁的老街到不重样的热辣美食，长沙的深厚底蕴与鲜活气质成为设计的灵感源泉。我们以景观语言转译城市的浓烈与松弛，将浓妆的奢华感与淡抹的松弛感融入空间营造之中，打造出一个既承载都市国际品质，又充满人文温度的高端居住体验。
This project is located in Riverside New Town, Changsha, Hunan, east of the Hunan Financial Center, with stunning views overlooking the Xiang River. The design seamlessly integrates the city’s unique history, culture, and natural landscape. Inspired by Changsha’s vibrant old streets, diverse and spicy local cuisine, and profound cultural heritage, the landscape design reflects the city’s dynamic spirit and rich character. By reinterpreting Changsha’s energy and serenity, the design blends opulent luxury with a sense of tranquillity, creating a high-end living experience that combines international urban sophistication with the warmth of local culture.

A step outward reveals a vibrant modern urban district, while a step inward invites a tranquil, relaxed lifestyle of refined luxury.

商业景观不仅承担了社区生活的精致表达，更成为城市社交与文化交流的重要载体。通过微地形差异与边界设计，分割并整合了外摆区与休闲平台，形成了丰富的空间层次。同时，口袋花园与庭院空间交错嵌入商业配套建筑，塑造出景观与建筑相互渗透的空间体验。
The commercial landscape serves not only as an elegant expression of community life but also as a vital platform for urban social interaction and cultural exchange. Through subtle topographic variations and thoughtful boundary design, the outdoor areas and leisure platforms are both divided and integrated, creating a rich spatial layering. Additionally, pocket gardens and courtyard spaces are seamlessly woven into the commercial buildings, fostering an experience where landscape and architecture merge harmoniously and enhance each other.

景观与建筑的界面设计在多维度上强调空间的虚实与层次感，结合下沉庭院与建筑错层退台在竖向上的空间转换，口袋公园在城市建筑边界的虚实交织和绿化的掩映中，提供了丰富的体验趣味。
The interface design between landscape and architecture highlights the dynamic interplay between virtual and tangible elements, fostering a multidimensional sense of depth and layering. By integrating sunken courtyards with the staggered setbacks of the buildings, the vertical spatial transitions are seamlessly articulated. Nestled at the intersection of the urban building boundary and the surrounding greenery, the pocket park weaves a rich tapestry of virtual and physical elements, creating a diverse and immersive experience.

规划层面上楼栋错落布置，路径曲折萦回，空间收放有序，形成形态各异的零碎空间，消解传统住区大花园、大轴线等单调空间取向，营造“小中见大”传统园林意味的空间形态。穿过烟火街区，流入静谧花园，形成独特归家体验。
At the planning level, the buildings are arranged in a staggered layout, complemented by winding paths and a rhythmic flow of space, creating a series of diverse, fragmented areas. This design approach breaks away from the monotony of traditional residential layouts, such as expansive gardens or grand axes, and instead captures the spatial essence of traditional gardens, where “small reveals the grandeur.” The experience transitions seamlessly from a bustling, lively street to a serene garden, offering a unique and contemplative journey home.

Following the island-style drop-off, the expansive facade of the Felicity Entrance redefines the urban interface of the financial center with its refined and sophisticated design language.

入口处约8米悬挑雨篷提升了门庭前场的气势，展现了高门大户的尊贵气度。雨篷下，双曲线金属叶片与定制灯具的光晕交织，营造出温暖而轻盈的归家氛围。
The approximately 8-meter cantilevered canopy at the entrance amplifies the grandeur of the entryway, embodying the stately presence of a distinguished residence. Beneath the canopy, the interplay of curved metal leaf panels and bespoke lighting fixtures creates a warm, light-filled ambiance, evoking a welcoming sense of homecoming.

奢雅门庭前场、嵌套层次空间社区大堂，整体质感是浓郁的，沉郁的色调与流畅的纹理相结合，层次感突出，创造了空间的丰富表现。石材与古铜色等材质结合，形成了一些有时间沉淀与历史感并存的独特韵味。
The grand entrance and the nested, layered design of the community lobby exude an air of richness and sophistication. The interplay of deep, subdued tones and flowing textures enhances the sense of depth, adding richness to the spatial expression. The thoughtful use of stone and materials like antique bronze evokes a distinctive charm, where a sense of time and historical depth harmoniously coexist.

社区大堂的室内接待空间以景观水幕为视觉背景，水流的动态与空间氛围相得益彰，增添了整体的艺术感与宁静感。室内外与景观的有机一体化设计有效模糊了空间的边界，形成了无缝连接的环境体验。
The interior reception area of the community lobby features a landscape water curtain as its visual centerpiece, with the dynamic flow of water enriching the spatial atmosphere. This design enhances the overall artistic expression and serenity of the space, creating a tranquil and immersive environment.

背后，上层后场中心水院的乔木绿化与水景相映成趣，通过植物的层次感与绿意的渗透，进一步丰富了空间的景观质感，并在视觉上营造出一种流动与静谧交织的环境体验。
Behind it, the tall tree plantings and water features of the upper courtyard’s central water garden form a harmonious interplay. The layered vegetation and abundant greenery enhance the landscape’s quality, seamlessly blending the flowing water with a sense of serene tranquillity. This creates an environment where movement and stillness coexist in perfect balance.

水面作为核心媒介，不仅扩展了景观的视觉范围，还促成了景观元素之间的相互渗透与交融，使空间在形式与感知上更加流畅和连贯，从而增强了整体空间的延续性与统一性。
The seamless integration of interior, exterior, and landscape design blurs spatial boundaries, creating a cohesive environmental experience. Water, as the central medium, extends the visual depth of the landscape while facilitating the interplay and fusion of its elements. This approach enhances the spatial flow and continuity, both in form and perception, reinforcing a strong sense of coherence and unity throughout.

泛泳池（浅水池，以泳池的概念出现）作为社区的核心区域，位于空间的中心位置，我们设计了一座高端户外酒廊（Whiskey Bar），为业主提供了一个雅致且富有社交氛围的场所。不仅突出了社区的社交属性，还通过精致的景观布局和功能划分，提升了居住体验的整体品质。
酒廊旁边设有餐吧、水吧、花园洽谈区以及滨水休闲区域，构成了多功能的社交与休闲空间。
The infinity pool, as the centerpiece of the community, is centrally positioned within the space. Adjacent to it, we have designed an upscale outdoor whiskey bar, providing residents with an elegant and social atmosphere. This feature not only emphasizes the community’s social character but also elevates the overall living experience through thoughtful landscape design and functional zoning.
Adjacent to the whiskey bar are a dining bar, water bar, garden discussion area, and waterfront leisure zone, together creating a multifunctional space for socializing and relaxation.

The serene, reflective waters of the pool establish a resort-like foundation, enhanced by the rich, atmospheric metal framework and elegant interior décor. This design achieves a harmonious balance between tranquillity and sophistication.

泛泳池周围环绕着翠绿植被，与泳池周边的SPA躺椅相得益彰，共同营造出一种和谐宜人的氛围。业主可在此享受多样化的休闲方式，既能放松身心，也能社交交流。
Lush green vegetation surrounds the infinity pool, complementing the SPA loungers to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. This space offers residents a variety of leisure activities, providing opportunities for both relaxation and social interaction.

独栋的室内架空层与景观相互延续，室内外空间得以无缝连接，景观在视觉与感官上得到延展，进一步丰富了空间的层次感与动态感，营造出一个既具有私密性又充满开放感的居住氛围。
The interior elevated floor of the detached unit seamlessly transitions into the surrounding landscape, creating a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. This design visually and sensorially extends the landscape, adding depth and dynamic qualities to the space. It fosters a living environment that is both private and open, offering a harmonious balance between intimacy and expansiveness.

结语-本次设计强调了浓妆的奢华感与淡抹的松弛感之间的对立与融合，通过浓郁、厚重色彩的美学表达与轻盈、蓬松的景观元素相结合，在视觉与情感上实现了奢华与宁静的和谐共生，共同塑造出具有都市感的高级人居环境。
This design emphasizes the contrast and fusion between the opulence of rich, bold luxury and the ease of light, understated relaxation. By combining the aesthetic expression of deep, saturated colors with light and airy landscape elements, it achieves a harmonious coexistence of luxury and tranquillity, both visually and emotionally. Together, these elements create a sophisticated urban living environment.
