SDARCH: 每个国家都有其历史，一些国家的经历会比其他国家要曲折些，一些国家在中途跌倒，一些国家又冉冉升起。所有国家的共同之处在于国民的奋斗史，科威特有其艰难的时刻，但是依然通往了民主之路。

SDARCH: Every country has its own history. Some countries will experience more twists and turns than others. Some countries fell in the middle and some countries Ran Ran rose. What all countries have in common is the struggle history of their nationals. Kuwait has its difficult moments, but it is still on the road to democracy.

2012年，政府决定在科威特Al Shaheed公园里建造一个花园，庆祝科威特宪法颁布50周年，在公园内矗立了一座纪念碑——一块钛铜纪念碑，展示科威特的民主发展之路。

In 2012, the government agency al Amir idi wan decided to build a garden in Kuwait’s al shahe ed park to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the promulgation of the Kuwaiti constitution and to erect a monument – a titanium-copper monument – to show Kuwait’s road to democracy.

科威特是中东地区的一个国家，天气干旱，所以设计和建造公园很复杂。冬夏之间的温差很大，会达到50摄氏度，而且沙尘暴很频繁。由于高温以及太阳直射，人们无法坐下休息、散步或停留。科威特宪法花园阐述了国家关于民主之路的故事，根据穆斯林传统设计，这是天堂的缩影；一个可以停留的、让时间穿梭的地方。

Kuwait is a country in the middle east. the weather is dry, so it is very complicated to design and build parks. The temperature difference between winter and summer is very large, reaching 50 degrees celsius, and sandstorm is frequent. Due to the high temperature and direct sunlight, people cannot sit down to rest, take a walk or stay. Kuwait’s constitutional garden tells a story about the road to democracy. it is designed according to Muslim tradition and is a microcosm of heaven. A place where you can stay and travel time.

SDARCH Trivelli&Associati事务所将花园设计成两个区：“旧时代”和“新时代”。这个纪念碑标志着从旧时代（宪法颁布之前）向新时代（宪法颁布之后）迈进的道路。旧区的花园显得杂乱无章、分散且崎岖不平，该地区的植物种类较少，缺少清晰的导向和明确的道路网。

SDARCH Trivelli&Associati designed the garden into two areas: ” old era” and ” new era”. This monument marks the passage from the old era ( before the promulgation of the constitution ) to the new era ( after the promulgation of the constitution ). The garden of the old area is untidiness, scattered and rugged due to lack of a Constitution. Plants at this old area are less diverse and lack clear cut pathways which are separated by sand and bricks.

从“旧时代”到“新时代”，有越来越多的含水量充沛的植物，场地做了反渗透处理和笔直而清晰的游步道，形成了一个有183棵树生长的绿洲，公园里的日常雕塑小品和颜色、大小各异的灌木，象征着社会结构、社会阶层和文化水平的多元化。中央喷泉代表着珍贵的宝藏，镜面水景倒映着科威特清澈的天空，这是一个富有意义的花园。

Advancing from this ancient time to the new era, there are more and different plants with adequate water, coming from a reverse osmosis treatment, straight and clear cut pathways, forming a planned oasis with 183 trees, as the number of the “living articles” of the Constitution and shrubs with many colors and in various sizes, symbolizing the plurality of the society with all its components and social classes and cultural levels. The central fountain represents the treasure to be protected and the quiet surfaces of mirror fountain reflect the clear sky of Kuwait. It is garden of meanings.
