广亩景观：昆明是一片怎样的土地？是“滇池浩渺处”的悠然之境，是“山水画卷里”的理想美宅，是“灿若星河文脉”的古韵风华，一座城市一个星曜，一处独属于昆明的星曜美学居所。
GM LANDSCAPE: What kind of land is Kunming? It is a serene realm in the vast expanse of Dianchi Lake. It is an ideal and beautiful residence in a “landscape painting”. It is the ancient charm and grace of “the cultural vein as brilliant as the starry river”. One city, one Starlight, a unique starlight aesthetic residence that belongs only to Kunming.
山水映城
大华星曜位于昆明市西山区春雨路西侧，西岸城市度假区的核心区域，交通便利，是昆明西部进入城中心的必经之地。基地自然资源丰富，背靠棋盘山森林公园，面向滇池。
项目以重塑场地形象为起点，通过有机串联城市绿轴，彻底激活公共空间活力，最终塑造出引领区域魅力的崭新城市地标。
The mountains and waters reflect the city.
The project is located on the west side of Chunyu Road in Xishan District, Kunming City, in the core area of the West Coast City Resort. It enjoys convenient transportation and is a must-pass place for entering the city center from the west of Kunming. The base is rich in natural resources, backed by Qipanshan Forest Park and facing Dianchi Lake.
The project starts with reshaping the site’s image. By organically connecting the urban green axis, it thoroughly activates the vitality of public Spaces and ultimately shapes a brand-new urban landmark that leads the regional charm.
山海相逢· 星曜春城
以“星”为引，串联山、海、城、林，将宏大的自然意境收纳入日常的咫尺之间，将昆明的自然禀赋与浩瀚星空编织成一场无界的艺术相逢。我们将苍翠的西山、潋滟的滇池画卷融入方寸之间，让居者在星空下典藏山水，于日常中尽享如度假般的静谧与安逸。
设计以自然元素演绎美学之境，重绘现代生活的美学范式。每一处景致，都演绎着“星曜美学”的意境，让奢华感退隐，让位于空间的舒展与心灵的宁静，在闹市之中，辟出一方大雅致简、回归本真的隐逸之所，让山、海、星、城于此和谐共鸣，成就一座献给昆明、也献给向往自然与宁静之人的理想之城。
在大华星曜的景观设计中，我们以五大核心策略，将星曜美学理念逐层铺展，编织一段从城市到家园的沉浸之旅。五大策略环环相扣，共同构建了一个集城市形象、度假体验、艺术美学与社群温度于一体的诗意生活。
Mountain and Sea Meet · Stars Shine in Spring City
Taking “stars” as the lead, it connects mountains, seas, cities and forests, incorporating the grand natural conception into the daily life within reach, and weaving the natural endowment of Kunming with the vast starry sky into an boundless artistic encounter. We have integrated the verdant Xishan Mountain and the rippling Dianchi Lake into a small space, allowing residents to collect the mountains and waters under the starry sky and enjoy the tranquility and comfort of a vacation in their daily lives.
Design interprets the realm of aesthetics with natural elements and redraws the aesthetic paradigm of modern life. Every scene here interprets the artistic conception of “Starlight aesthetics”, allowing the sense of luxury to recede and give way to the relaxation of space and the tranquility of the soul. In the bustling city, a grand, elegant and simple retreat that returns to the essence is carved out. Here, mountains, seas, stars and the city resonate in harmony, creating an ideal city dedicated to Kunming and to those who yearn for nature and tranquility.
In the landscape design of Dahua Starlight, we have adopted five core strategies to gradually unfold the Starlight aesthetic concept layer by layer, weaving an immersive journey from the city to the home. The five strategies are interlinked, jointly building a poetic life that integrates the city’s image, vacation experience, artistic aesthetics and community warmth.
星云街区
星云街区以 “昭示与融合” 重塑城市与社区的对话界面，致力于营造一座富有艺术感与人文温度的开放街区。艺术景墙与树木光影勾勒出简洁现代的城市展示面；舒适的林下星云舞台与街区花池休憩座椅邀请人们驻足、互动。这里既是社区活力的延伸，也是献给城市的友好风景，让内部生活的丰盈与外部城市的脉动在此和谐共鸣，自然融合。
Xingyun District
community with “revelation and integration”, and is committed to creating an open district full of artistic sense and humanistic warmth. The artistic landscape wall and the interplay of tree shadows outline a simple and modern urban display surface. The comfortable Nebula stage under the forest and the rest seats in the street flower beds invite people to stop and interact. This place is not only an extension of the community’s vitality but also a friendly landscape dedicated to the city, allowing the richness of internal life and the pulse of the external city to resonate harmoniously and blend naturally here.

星映峦山
步入仪式前庭，高端度假酒店的设计哲学在此淋漓展现。超级展示面以立体多维的层次徐徐展开，迎宾水景如镜面般静谧，清晰倒映着现代简约的门头光影，天地在此刻交融。伴着两侧对称水景，循着层层递进的景观台阶向上，步履间皆是从容与庄重。点点灯光如星辰指引，在夜晚勾勒出温暖而精致的归家动线。光与影、水与筑，共同编织出一个超越日常的体验场景，让喧嚣止步，让宁静与归属感自然降临。
The stars reflect on the mountains
Entering the vestibule of the ceremony, the design philosophy of high-end resort hotels is vividly displayed here. The super display surface gradually unfolds in a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional layer. The welcoming water feature is as quiet as a mirror, clearly reflecting the modern and simple light and shadow of the storefront. At this moment, heaven and earth blend together. With symmetrical water features on both sides, following the progressive landscape steps upwards, every step exudes composure and solemnity. The twinkling lights, like stars guiding the way, outline a warm and exquisite route home in the night. Light and shadow, water and architecture, together weave an experience scene that transcends the mundane, making the hustle and bustle cease and allowing tranquility and a sense of belonging to naturally descend.

门头设计以艺术化的仪式感，重塑归家第一眼印象。中央若隐若现的流光艺术雕塑宛如凝固的星河流转，成为视线焦点，勾勒出灵动的视觉核心。两侧立面以半透材质与温润石材相结合，形成虚实相间的精致肌理，在光影下演绎出轻盈与厚重的对话。两侧建筑与静水面相辅相成，在静谧中延展了空间的深度与仪式感。
The storefront design recreates the first impression of returning home with an artistic sense of ceremony. The faintly visible flowing light art sculpture in the center is like a frozen starry river flowing, becoming the focus of the line of sight and outlining a dynamic visual core. The two facades on both sides combine semi-transparent materials with warm stone, creating a delicate texture that interweaves reality and illusion, and under the play of light and shadow, they present a dialogue between lightness and weightiness. The buildings on both sides and the still water surface complement each other, extending the depth and sense of ceremony of the space in the tranquility.

藏纳星河，静映天地，星曜的精神内核便凝聚于这一方静谧的星空水院。水面如镜，倒映着天光云影与流转星空，将广阔的自然意境收纳于庭院尺度。
Starry Sky Water Courtyard
The Cangna Star River, quietly reflecting the universe, condenses the spiritual core of the stars in this serene starry water courtyard. The water surface is like a mirror, reflecting the light of the sky, the shadows of the clouds and the flowing starry sky, incorporating the vast natural atmosphere within the scale of the courtyard.

以现代手法转译传统园林的游廊意境，打造风雨无阻的归家动线。
Translate the corridor atmosphere of traditional gardens with modern techniques to create a home route that is unobstructed by wind and rain.
路径蜿蜒于绿意与水景之间，步移景异，将归途变为一场充满探索意趣的舒缓漫步，让温暖的家在期待中徐徐展开。
The path winds through the greenery and water features, changing with each step. It transforms the journey home into a leisurely stroll full of the charm of exploration, allowing the warm home to gradually unfold in anticipation.
▽连廊与庭院被星光温柔点亮
绿植草木环绕下沉卡座四周，勾勒出宁静雅致的自然画卷，营造宁静致远的氛围。环绕水院的游廊与下沉卡座模糊了边界，让人可漫步、可静坐，沉浸于这份都市中难得的空灵与松弛，让居者在繁华深处，获得一片属于自己的星夜与静谧，实现大隐于市的生活理想。
Green plants and trees surround the sunken booths, outlining a serene and elegant natural picture and creating a peaceful and far-reaching atmosphere. The corridors and sunken booths surrounding the water courtyard blur the boundaries, allowing people to stroll or sit quietly, immersing themselves in this rare sense of ethereality and relaxation in the city. It enables residents to find their own starry night and tranquility deep in the hustle and bustle, fulfilling their ideal of living in seclusion in the city.

星空美学馆
在浩瀚星空之下，一方兼具艺术格调与社交温度的多功能双向会客厅应运而生。我们以星空为穹顶，将自然闲逸的雅趣引入室内外交融的空间。馆内精心布置的舒适沙发与茶几组合，营造出如客厅般的松弛氛围；室外则巧妙运用涌泉环绕的设计，潺潺水声与绿植交织，激活了空间的灵动气息。
Starry Sky Aesthetics Gallery
Under the vast starry sky, a multi-functional two-way living room that combines artistic charm with social warmth has emerged. We take the starry sky as the dome and bring the elegant charm of nature and leisure into the space where indoor and outdoor Spaces blend. The carefully arranged comfortable sofas and coffee tables inside the museum create a relaxed atmosphere like that of a living room. Outdoors, the design of surrounding springs is ingeniously employed. The gurgling sound of water interweaves with green plants, enlivens the dynamic atmosphere of the space.

这个多元复合的社交能量场既是邻里互动交友的温馨沙龙，也是家庭享受午后闲暇的静谧角落，或是与三五知己星空下畅谈的雅聚之所。艺术、自然与生活在此无缝链接，共同演绎出星空美学中关于共享、温暖与情感连接的核心内涵。
This diverse and complex social energy field is not only a warm salon for neighbors to interact and make friends, but also a quiet corner for families to enjoy their leisure in the afternoon, or a refined gathering place to chat freely with a few close friends under the starry sky. Art, nature and life are seamlessly linked here, jointly interpreting the core connotations of sharing, warmth and emotional connection in the starry sky aesthetics.
星光森林
我们为孩子种下一片会生长的森林，也为所有热爱生活的人，营造了一处与自然共生的活力聚场。开阔的阳光草坪如同社区的绿色心脏，为多元生活提供了无限可能：周末露营、星空音乐会、户外瑜伽，是对多样化生活方式的美好预留。林下吧台与舒适的观景平台共同构建出一个复合场域，满足从家庭聚会到高端会客的全场景需求，诠释着从容的慢生活调性。
以星际探索营地为主题的儿童乐园，让孩子们在此攀爬、滑行、探索，在自然与梦幻中茁壮成长。最好的童年，是在森林与星光下自由奔跑，让每一个孩子都能在此找到属于自己的光芒与快乐。
Starlight Forest
We have planted a growing forest for children and created a vibrant gathering place for all those who love life to coexist with nature. The expansive sunny lawn is like the green heart of the community, offering endless possibilities for a diverse life: weekend camping, starry sky concerts, and outdoor yoga, all of which are wonderful reserves for a variety of lifestyles. The bar counter under the forest and the comfortable viewing platform jointly create a multi-functional space, meeting the needs of all scenarios from family gatherings to high-end hospitality, and interpreting the leisurely and slow-paced lifestyle.
The children’s park themed around the Interstellar exploration camp allows kids to climb, slide and explore here, growing up healthily in nature and dreams. The best childhood is to run freely in the forest and under the starlight, allowing every child to find their own light and happiness here.

昆明大华星曜呈现了一个与自然共呼吸、与艺术相共生、与内心对话的完整生活场。它是一场关于春城生活理想的实践，更是一座献给生活家的未来之城，让每一位居者，都能在此找到属于自己的星辰与山海。
The project presents a complete living space that breathes in harmony with nature, coexists with art, and engages in dialogue with the inner self. It is a practice of the ideal life in the spring City, and more importantly, a future city dedicated to life enthusiasts, allowing every resident to find their own stars and mountains and seas here.
