广亩景观：江门市，别称五邑、四邑，是粤港澳大湾区重要节点城市，也是大湾区通向粤西和大西南的枢纽门户、“珠江西岸新增长极和沿海经济带上的江海门户”。项目交通便利，周边设施完善，满足日常生活所需；毗邻西江，环境优美，享开阔江景。

GM LANDSCAPE: Jiangmen City, also known as Wuyi or Siyi, is an important node city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as the hub gateway of the Greater Bay Area to western Guangdong and southwest China, and the “river and sea gateway of the new growth pole on the west bank of the Pearl River and the coastal economic belt”. The project has convenient transportation and perfect surrounding facilities to meet the needs of daily life; Adjacent to the Xijiang River, beautiful environment, enjoy the open river view.

我们思考当代人的生活状态，心理诉求，当地气侯，人文及生活方式，结合地块的畔江价值及产品品牌的理念，来构建一种新的生活场景。结合江门具有深厚侨乡文化的城市属性，挖掘城市的文化底蕴及气质特性，打造具有江门文化内核的海派景观。

以江岸栖居为内核，延续“江潮”的故事线。从柳岸晓风到潮闻东方，江潮起落穿越时空。与西江美好相逢，为江门带来一场江岸的诗意栖居，在绿城生活是一场诗意的相逢。

We consider contemporary people’s living conditions, psychological demands, local climate, humanities and lifestyle, combined with the value of the waterfront and the concept of product brand, to build a new life scene.Combined with the city attribute of Jiangmen with profound overseas Chinese hometown culture, excavate the cultural deposits and temperament characteristics of the city, and create Shanghai landscape with the core of Jiangmen culture.

With riverbank dwelling as the core, it continues the story line of “river tide”, and the tide rises and falls through time and space. The beautiful encounter with Xijiang River brings a poetic residence on the riverbank to Jiangmen, and living in Greentown is a poetic encounter.

围绕无界融合的景观策略，通过交融渗透的方式串联起各功能场地，让光、风、植被在立体层面进行自由共融。不同材质肌理的穿插叠合，模糊建筑与景观的界面，形成虚实相生的自然剧场，实现社交场景的自由切换，构建共融的自然人文复合型场域。

依托于绿城无界森活景观体系，打造江潮五境五大场景联动，营造全感官的景观无界系统。

Centering on the landscape strategy of boundless integration, various functional sites are connected through the way of blending and penetrating, allowing light, wind and vegetation to freely blend at the three-dimensional level. The interweaving and superimposition of different material textures blur the interface between architecture and landscape, creating a natural theater where the real and the virtual coexist. This enables the free switching of social scenes and builds an integrated natural and cultural complex field.

Relying on the natural life landscape system of Unbounded sen, it creates the linkage of river tide, five environments and five scenes, and creates a full-sensory landscape unbounded system.

潮心｜无界森活环circular corridor

直径25米的圆形连廊虚实相间，构成无界森活模块，营造以森活舞台为核心的“三室一厅”。从山里移居来的高大丛生朴树模拟江门村口大树场景，在圆形的吧台坐下，聆听家乡的声音。整石的台阶在各色大叶植物的掩映下，热带风情与本土烟火气相互交融。园路、植物、家具小品无界融合为风铃雅聚，是森活舞台的延伸，吊椅藤萝，林下芬芳，在各色花卉里漫步轻语，在柏坡黄的石皮与自然融合的苔藓里驻足发呆。层层跌水流过整块奢石的曲面，在表面镀上了最细微的纹理。驻足远眺，与全季泳池无界融合，将视线的无限延展拉长，不同的情绪氛围在此切换。

The 25-meter-diameter circular corridor, with its interplay of solid and void, forms a boundless natural living module, creating a forest-themed stage as its core. The tall and clustered cypress trees that have moved from the mountains simulate the scene of big trees at the entrance of Jiangmen Village. They sit down at the circular bar counter and listen to the sounds of their hometown.The entire stone steps, set against the backdrop of various large-leaf plants, blend the tropical charm with the local hustle and bustle. The garden paths, plants and small furniture pieces blend seamlessly into a wind chime gathering, an extension of the forest-style stage. The hanging chairs and wisteria, the fragrance under the forest, strolling and whispering among the various flowers, and relaxing in the yellow stone skin of Baipo and the moss that blends with nature.Layer upon layer of cascading water flows over the curved surface of the entire luxury stone, coating the surface with the finest texture. Standing and gazing into the distance, it blends seamlessly with the all-season swimming pool, extending and lengthening the line of sight infinitely. Different emotional atmospheres switch here.

绿城滨江· 潮闻东方将生活的无界作为脉络，以无界之姿，重构城市与自然的共生图景，让生活的场景在四季流转中自然生长。设计消弭空间与功能的边界，流动的光影、呼吸的绿意与人文的温度在这里无界交织，是自然剧场，亦是生活舞台。

The project takes the boundless nature of life as its thread, reconstructing the symbiotic picture of the city and nature with an unbounded posture, allowing the scenes of life to grow naturally as the seasons change. The design blurs the boundaries between space and function. Here, flowing light and shadow, breathing greenery and humanistic warmth interweave without boundaries. It is both a natural theater and a stage for life.

潮悦｜全季泳池 All-season swimming pool

42米长核心赛道级泳池周边设置慵懒的沙发，藤编的躺椅，以及在姿态各异的银海枣下安放的风情伞座，让人可以随时享受度假体验。下沉的卡座被水和植物所包围，畅想自然间感受自然惬意与舒适。泳池一端的落日酒吧,一盏南阳风情的吊扇，悠悠转转，仿佛躺在北纬21°的日光里。植物从多彩的绿色变为与大地交融的橄榄绿沙漠花境植物，不同岩石颗粒与肉质感粗粝的沙生植物相互点缀，是热带风情的另一种诠释。置身沙漠里的度假酒店，演绎着骄阳里懒散又奢华的风情。

Around the 42-meter-long core race-level swimming pool, there are laid-back sofas, rattan lounge chairs, and a charming umbrella seat placed under the silver date palm, allowing people to enjoy the vacation experience at any time. The sunken booths are surrounded by water and plants, allowing one to imagine the comfort and ease of nature in the midst of it. At one end of the swimming pool, there is a sunset bar. A ceiling fan with the charm of Nanyang rotates leisurely, as if lying in the sunlight at 21° north latitude.he plants change from colorful green to olive green desert flower beds that blend with the earth, which is another interpretation of tropical charm. The resort hotel located in the desert exudes a laid-back yet luxurious charm under the scorching sun.

潮归｜陈皮茶馆Tea House

延续侨乡历史文化，在陈皮茶馆泡一壶新会的陈皮，茶馆质朴的摆设，成为滴在心田对家的眷恋。一盏茶灯，在临水休闲茶座，享受自然跌水的水气氤氲。此时客厅里灯光升起，演绎起夏日里曾经风靡的歌曲，随风带起记忆的回访。

Carrying forward the historical and cultural heritage of the hometown of overseas Chinese, brewing a pot of Xinhui aged tangerine peel in a tangerine peel teahouse, the simple furnishings of the teahouse become the yearning for home that lingers in the heart. A tea lamp plays out the once popular songs of summer, carrying back memories with the wind.

潮归｜植物私塾The classroom of green

高耸的舒卷的南洋杉林下是心灵物语里独属亲子的一片小小的天地。以绿城系春知学堂为蓝本，此次升级打造的植物私塾分为“趣学”与“妙用”两个部分。以蝶园为主题的“趣学”，通过蝴蝶标本和引蝶类的植物种植，带领孩子们走进昆虫世界，建立孩子对探索大自然的好奇。药园是江门本地药类的专属小花园，有艾草、花叶土人参、翠云草、迷迭香等植物，搭配小小的一方介绍，打造成植物认知与种植的互动平台。

Under the towering and undulating South Asian fir forest lies a small world exclusively for parents and children. Based on the the classroom of green of Greentown system, the newly upgraded Plant Private school is divided into two parts: “Fun Learning” and “Ingenious Application”.

The “Fun Learning” themed around the Butterfly Garden leads children into the insect world through the cultivation of butterfly specimens and butterfly-attracting plants, fostering their curiosity about exploring nature. The Medicine Garden is a small garden dedicated to local medicines in Jiangmen. It features plants such as mugwort, variegated ginseng, green cloud grass, and rosemary. With a small introduction, it has been transformed into an interactive platform for plant recognition and cultivation.

潮归｜墅式入户Villa-style entrance

区别于常规的入户空间，此次打造的超大空间别墅级的入户体验。小院双墙迎宾提供归家情绪价值，一侧休闲花园布置艺术家具，是时尚与生活的平衡。特选造型植物结合整面奢石景墙水景，在檐下形成超大的入户前庭。下沉式卡座结合弧形玻璃幕墙，形成开阔观景界面。通过借景的手法，使室内外交融，私密空间与自然生机平衡共生，诠释现代都市中的静谧绿洲。

Different from the conventional entrance space, the super-large space created this time offers a villa-level entrance experience. The small courtyard’s double walls welcome guests, providing emotional value for returning home. On one side, the leisure garden is furnished with artistic furniture, achieving a balance between fashion and life. The specially selected shaped plants combined with the entire luxurious stone landscape wall and water feature form a huge entrance vestibule under the eaves.

The sunken booth combined with the arc-shaped glass curtain wall forms an open viewing interface. By using the technique of borrowing scenery, the interior and exterior blend together, and the private space and the vitality of nature coexist in balance, interpreting the quiet oasis in the modern city.
