ROXin容心设计：贵州的山与坡地，托起了我们的日常与远方。在这里，安家的脚步踏实而轻盈，推窗是绵延的翠意，回头是温暖的灯火，上坡，下坡——人生半坡，正好停靠。

ROXin Design：Guizhou’s mountains and slopes sustain both our daily life and our distant views. Here, settling down feels grounded yet light—push open a window and you’re met with rolling greenery, turn around and warm lights welcome you home. Up the slope, down the slope—life’s halfway point, a perfect place to rest.

在城市规划中，我们时常面临一种二元对立：商业街区的喧嚣活力与公园绿地的静谧孤独，是否只能被一片厚重的绿化隔绝？我们尝试在本项目给出一个不同的答案。

In urban planning, we often face a binary opposition: can the bustling vitality of a commercial street and the tranquil solitude of a park’s green spaces only be separated by a thick green buffer? With this project, we try to offer a different answer.

01项目概述 PROJECT OVERVIEW

项目位于贵阳市花溪区核心地段，场地原为坡向山体切面，与周边城市道路和待开发商业界面形成生硬割裂。我们将其定义为“城市中心可参与式坡地公园+开放式街区”的复合场域，以单向开放的大草坡为媒介，打破传统城市规划中商业与公园被绿化带或围墙生硬分隔的局面，实现商业活力与自然静谧的视觉贯通、动线交织、功能互补。

The project is located in the core area of Huaxi District, Guiyang. The site was originally a sloped hillside cut, sharply separated from surrounding urban roads and planned commercial frontages. We define it as a composite field: a “participatory slope park in the city centre + an open block.” Using a large one-directional grass slope as the medium, we break through the conventional planning practice that separates commerce from parks with green belts or walls, achieving visual continuity, interwoven circulation, and functional complementarity between commercial energy and natural serenity.

02设计策略 DESIGN STRATEGY

从“隔离”到“共生”

项目设计范围是长约180米，宽约40~50米的狭长场地，其中10米宽为红线外，公园实际用地宽度仅30~40米。在这样的狭长空间里，商业外摆、归家道路、公园绿地相互交织，打造家门口的商街公园。通过绿地模糊公园与坡地的界限，成片单向草坡成为公园的绿色背景，将场地狭长、高差大的不利因素转变为公园特色景观。

红线外原有的坡向山体，设计团队对坡度与土质进行反复优化，确保安全性与参与性。主坡面坡度比控制在1:3 ~ 1:4之间，适合行走、坐卧、轻度翻滚，同时避免高速滑草带来的安全隐患。土壤改良后覆盖耐踩踏草种（百慕大草+黑麦草混播），年维护修剪6-8次，在自然野趣与精细化养护之间取得平衡。

From “Isolation” to “Symbiosis”

The design site is a narrow strip about 180 metres long and 40–50 metres wide, of which 10 metres are outside the red line; the actual park width is only 30–40 metres. In such a constrained linear space, commercial outdoor seating, access roads for residents, and park greenery interweave to create a “street park at the doorstep.” By using the green space to blur the boundary between the park and the slope, the continuous one-directional grass slope becomes the park’s green backdrop, turning the site’s narrowness and significant height differences into a distinctive landscape feature.

For the original hillside slope outside the red line, the design team repeatedly optimised the gradient and soil conditions to ensure safety and usability. The main slope gradient is controlled between 1:3 and 1:4, suitable for walking, sitting, lying, and gentle rolling, while avoiding the risks of high-speed grass sliding. After soil improvement, a wear-tolerant turf mix (Bermuda grass + ryegrass) is planted, maintained with 6–8 mowings per year, striking a balance between natural wildness and refined upkeep.

项目不追求夸张的造型或昂贵的材料，而是回归朴素的设计动作：拆除物理阻隔。这一动作同时解决了三个问题：商业空间缺乏自然体验、公园空间缺乏人气、城市居民缺乏日常可达的“松弛场域”。

The project does not pursue exaggerated forms or expensive materials; instead, it returns to simple design actions: removing physical barriers. This single action simultaneously addresses three issues: commercial spaces lacking natural experience, parks lacking vibrancy, and urban residents lacking an easily accessible “relaxation space” in daily life.

商业街道与草坡之间形成无遮挡视线通廊，无高灌木、无围墙、无广告牌。草坡面向街道商业界面完全敞开，从街面即可直视坡顶天际线与活动人群。不仅创造了视觉上的通透感，也建立了心理安全感——商铺自然成为公园的“24小时守护眼”，夜间及独行时段视线覆盖完整，大幅提升空间的使用时长与人群包容度。

There is an unobstructed visual corridor between the commercial street and the grass slope—no tall shrubs, no fences, no billboards. The slope faces the street frontage completely openly, allowing direct views from the street up to the skyline at the slope’s crest and the active crowds. This not only creates visual transparency but also establishes psychological safety—the shops naturally become the park’s “24-hour watchful eyes,” providing full sightlines during nighttime and late hours when few people are around, significantly extending the usable hours and inclusivity of the space.

03三大系统设计 THREE SYSTEM DESIGNS

1）看得见的松弛 / 视觉开放系统Visible Relaxation / Visual Openness System

通过无遮挡设计，减少高杆灯、装置及标识等对于草坡界面的视觉干扰，保持坡面的纯粹与通透。绿地不再只是地图上的色块，从平面到立面，从封闭的绿色基础设施转变为开放的风景，行走于商街便能看见、感知绿色风景。将自然引入城市商业，让松弛触手可及。

Through unobstructed design, visual interference on the grass slope—such as high-mast lamps, installations, and signage—is minimised, preserving the purity and openness of the slope. Green space is no longer just a colour block on a map; from plan to elevation, it transforms from flat, enclosed green infrastructure into an open landscape visible and perceptible as you walk along the street. Nature is brought into the urban commercial environment, making relaxation tangible.

2）走得近的生活 / 动线交织系统 Accessible Life / Circulation Interweaving System

商街动线与公园路径多次交汇、穿插，提高可达性。打破功能分区思维，让行为流线自然交织，提升商业转化率与公园使用频率。

The commercial street circulation and park paths intersect and interlace multiple times, improving accessibility. By breaking away from functional zoning, we allow behavioural flows to naturally intertwine, enhancing both commercial conversion rates and park usage frequency.

公园绿地成为商街外摆区的延伸，由此形成一条自然的“消费-休闲-再消费”流线：买杯咖啡 > 公园外摆区社交/沿小径上坡躺平 > 下坡进入餐饮店 > 闲逛离开。全程减少动线折返，无边界切换，消费者在商业与自然两种状态之间的自由转换。

The park green space becomes an extension of the street’s outdoor seating area, creating a natural “consume-leisure-re-consume” flow: buy a coffee → socialise in the park’s outdoor seating / walk up the slope and lie down → go downhill into a restaurant → wander off to leave. Throughout, there is minimal backtracking and seamless boundary-free transitions, allowing consumers to freely switch between commercial and natural states.

3）无预设的包容 / 功能承载系统Unprescribed Inclusivity / Functional Capacity System

草坡不预设具体功能。单一、连续、起伏的坡面形态本身即支持多种活动类型。以最小设计干预承载最多可能性，避免因功能固化导致空间快速老化。

– 个人：日光浴、阅读、放空、午睡
– 亲子：翻滚、爬坡、放风筝
– 社交：小型野餐、露天观影、社区聚会

The grass slope has no pre-assigned specific functions. Its single, continuous, undulating form inherently supports a wide variety of activities. We apply minimal design intervention to accommodate the greatest range of possibilities, avoiding the rapid obsolescence that often results from rigid functional definitions.

我们将这块坡面定义为 “绿色画布”——画什么内容，由使用者决定。这种“弱功能预设”策略在近年公共空间设计中逐渐被重视，因为它最大程度保留了空间的灵活性与长生命周期。

We define this slope as a “green canvas”—what is painted on it is left to the users. This “minimal functional programming” strategy has gained increasing attention in recent public space design, as it preserves maximum flexibility and a long life cycle for the space.

On the way home from work or during a quick grocery run, you can “lie flat” for 15 minutes anytime, without needing to go to a suburban park.

The entire grass slope is within the sightlines of the shops; parents can supervise from a café seat indoors.

A 15-minute community life circle is established, meeting residents’ needs for dining, leisure, and taking children out—the park itself serves as the street’s outdoor seating area.

Naturally encourages chance encounters, shared seating, and casual chats, fostering connections more easily than enclosed residential gardens.

05结语 CONCLUSION

面对这么一狭长的线性公园，如何把纵深和延展面都做足，把绿色和商业完美的无缝缝合，过程中通过与甲方多次的共创与探索，最终呈现了预期的目标，将商业，售楼，未来社区及公园，完美融合在一起。贵阳万科未来溪地的本质，不是造了一片坡地，而是设计了一种关系：商业与自然、喧嚣与宁静、个体与邻里之间的关系。

Faced with such a long, narrow linear park, how to fully utilise both its depth and breadth, and how to seamlessly stitch green space and commerce together—through numerous co-creation sessions and explorations with the client, we ultimately achieved the anticipated result: perfectly integrating commerce, sales pavilion, future community, and park.The essence of the project is not about creating a slope; it is about designing a relationship:the relationship between commerce and nature, hustle and stillness, individual and neighbour.
