WTD纬图设计：润府作为华润高端住宅“润系”产品，其启动之初，建筑、景观、室内三专业便达成共识，以共同的线索为脉络展开。建筑以永嘉山水的笔触为灵感，意图挖掘独属于温州的山水诗意。景观延续建筑此线索，以永嘉山水最具代表性的山、水、岩、瀑为灵感，开启人与山水自然和谐共融的寻景之旅。
WTD: As CR’lan’s high-end residential ‘Run Series’ products, the three professions of architecture, landscape and interior have reached a consensus at the beginning of its launch, with a common thread as the vein to unfold. The architecture is inspired by Yongjia’s landscapes, with the intention of tapping into the poetic meaning of landscapes that are unique to Wenzhou. The landscape continues this clue of architecture, taking the most representative mountains, water, rocks and waterfalls of Yongjia’s landscape as the inspiration, and opening the journey of searching for the harmonious integration of human and landscape nature.
核心空间是一个26*34m的负一层下沉庭院，围绕它的分别是社区大堂吧、健身空间、恒温泳池、私宴厅等功能空间的四个建筑立面。东南西北每个角度，都是落地大玻璃窗，室内与庭院之间的视线交互渗透。
The core space is a 26*34m sunken courtyard on the negative floor, around which are four architectural elevations of community lobby bar, fitness space, heated swimming pool, private banquet hall and other functional spaces respectively. From every angle of southeast, northwest and north, there are large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and the sight lines between the interior and the courtyard interact and penetrate.

建筑内院空间搭建起线条丰富的错动关系，在体块穿插中满足每个看面的多样视线需求，同一个场景在不同角度的构图，都要有暗合画理。北侧私宴厅外侧是被植物紧紧包裹的户外平台，满足客人在茶余饭后室外社交或休憩需求，植被的包裹也让空间兼具私密和观赏性。
The inner courtyard space of the building builds up a staggered relationship with rich lines to meet the diversified visual needs of each viewing surface in the interspersed blocks, and the composition of the same scene from different angles should have a dark harmony with the painting theory. Outside the private banquet hall on the north side is an outdoor terrace wrapped tightly by plants to meet the guests’ needs for outdoor socialising or resting after meals, and the wrapping of vegetation also makes the space both private and ornamental.
东侧洽谈区户外，我们将平台延伸至水边，平台一侧是作为洽谈补充的户外下沉包厢，另一侧稍作抬高作为观景小露台，每一个空间都不是单一的限定功能。靠近入口侧的负一层是恒温泳池，我们反复调整室内和室外水面高度，让人在室内泳池向外观景时，室内外水面为一体，庭院水面如同泳池的延伸。
Outdoor of the east negotiation area, we extend the platform to the water’s edge, on one side of the platform is the outdoor sunken box as a supplement to the negotiation, and on the other side is slightly elevated as a small terrace for viewing, so that every space is not a single limited function. The negative floor near the entrance is a constant temperature swimming pool, we repeatedly adjust the height of the indoor and outdoor water surface, so that when people look out from the indoor pool, the indoor and outdoor water surfaces are one, and the courtyard water surface is like an extension of the swimming pool.

以薄水面打底，11棵树龄超过40+形态各异的乌桕，撑起下沉庭院骨架。
乌桕摇曳的风韵可以消解庭院方正格局的呆板，遇水环绕则尤为灵动。庭院中心处，我们植入了一座不规则生态绿岛，一棵妖娆的乌桕点缀其中，让四个看面的景观有了相互的视线屏障。人倚靠在水岸旁，既可观景，也成为景的一部分。
With the thin water surface as the backdrop, 11 trees of more than 40 years old with different shapes and forms of Sapium sebiferum support the skeleton of the sunken courtyard.
The swaying rhythm of Sapium sebiferum can dissolve the dullness of the square layout of the courtyard, and it is especially dynamic when surrounded by water. In the centre of the courtyard, we have implanted an irregular ecological green island with an enchanting Sapium sebiferum tree, which provides a visual barrier between the four viewpoints. By leaning against the waterfront, one can view the landscape and become a part of it.

一些温州典型自然山水元素被植入。池底铺装材料蓝翡翠岩板，色彩灵感源于温州浅海滩成群的蓝色海藻，这类藻的颜色镶嵌着蓝与黑，色彩饱和度高，水体通透无瑕。池底铺装按6-8层叠层弧线，波纹状往下，每一层都由整片岩石异形切割之后再拼贴出自然流畅的弧线，这对施工工艺是巨大挑战。
Some typical natural landscape elements of Wenzhou are implanted. Pool bottom paving material blue emerald rock plate, colour inspiration from Wenzhou shallow beach flocks of blue seaweed, the colour of such algae inlaid with blue and black, high colour saturation, the water body is transparent and flawless. The bottom of the pool pavement according to 6-8 layers of stacked layer arc, corrugated down, each layer of the whole piece of rock by the shaped cut and then collage out of the natural smooth arc, which is a huge challenge to the construction process.

海边的黑色礁石元素也被运用到空间，我们把黑色如礁石质地的巨石散落置放在拐角或花镜丛中，增加自然的肌理和粗旷野放的气质。尤其是在下雨天，石头被雨水沁透，雨水从石缝间滴滴答答跌落到植物缝隙，清透又赋予生命力。
The black reef element of the seashore is also used in the space, we put the black boulders with the texture of the reef scattered in the corner or in the flower mirror bush to increase the natural texture and the rough and wild temperament. Especially on rainy days, the stones are permeated by rainwater, which drips from the cracks of the stones to the cracks of the plants, which is clear and gives life to the space.

植物地被层以饱满蓬松的迷迭香、佩兰铺底，大吴风草等大叶植物可突出叶面质感的对比，银灰色的水果蓝可以增加色彩层次变化，富贵蕨等蕨类植物去体现空间的野趣。中层骨架采用菲油果、龟甲冬青球、圆锥绣球丰富灌木层次。在乌桕的掩映下，呈现立体的植物画。一幅水、屿、森、石的构图，迤逦展开。
The plant ground cover layer is paved with full and fluffy rosemary and peperomia, large-leaved plants such as big Wu Feng grass can highlight the contrast of foliage texture, silver-grey fruit blue can increase the colour level change, and ferns such as rich ferns go to embody the wild interest of the space. The middle skeleton adopts phlox, tortoise shell holly ball, cone hydrangea to enrich the shrub level. Under the cover of Sapium sebiferum, a three-dimensional plant painting is presented. A composition of water, island, forest and stone unfolds meanderingly.
入口水景是以黑石材打底，一棵颇有自然意境的罗汉松孤景大树屹立其中。石材边缘折叠卷边，形同自然山峦的多维立面。平立面石材交汇的弧面，需工人沿边缘手工凿平，最小化水平误差，方才使得水流平整贴合石壁而下。它高低错落，像起伏延绵的山峦，随着跌水和泉涌荡漾涟漪，有了灵动的韵致。
The entrance water feature is made of black stone, with a large lone Lohan Pine tree standing in a natural setting. The edges of the stone are folded and rolled to resemble the multi-dimensional facade of natural mountains. The curved surfaces of the flat elevation where the stone materials meet need to be chiseled by hand along the edges to minimise the horizontal error, which makes the water flow smoothly against the stone wall. Its height is staggered, like rolling hills, with the falling water and spring ripples, with a dynamic rhythm.
