纵观现代都市的快速发展，城市、公园与人的边界已被重新定义，都市绿洲已然成为现代人居的生活理想。中海·荔府坐拥约50万方双公园自然资源，以得天独厚的倚山伴榕之姿构建起自然对话生活的人居标杆，展现出一座生长于公园之中的酒店式社区的卓越格局与无穷潜力。
Throughout the rapid development of modern cities, the boundary between cities, parks and people has been redefined, and urban oasis has become the ideal life of modern human settlements. ONE CENTER has about 500,000 square of natural resources of double parks, with the unique posture of the mountain and the banyan tree to build a natural dialogue life benchmark, showing the excellent pattern and endless potential of a hospitality quality community growing in the park.

Based on the natural advantages of the project, integrated into the local culture, to build an extraordinary hospitality quality oasis experience for residents, and create the ultimate luxury community hidden in the city for locals. Here, the body and spirit are refreshed and refocused on the essence of life.

根据建筑前期的规划布局，设计之时我们利用场地复杂的高差变化，打造错落有致的立体景观空间及丰富多变的竖向体验。
According to the planning and layout of the building in the early stage, we made use of the complex changes in the height difference of the site to create a staggered three-dimensional landscape space and a rich and varied vertical experience.

结合场地的气质调性，我们将艺术与自然融入不同的主题花园，让居者如度假般放缓脚步，慢慢感受花园里的每个小空间，营造舒适高奢的度假氛围。
Combining with the temperament of the site, we integrate art and nature into different theme gardens, so that residents can slow down their pace and slowly feel each small space in the garden, creating a comfortable and luxurious holiday atmosphere.

01 私语廊架 The gallery frame
私语廊架从视线及功能上考虑更加私密化的设计，给居者营造相对独立的感受体验，精心搭配的植物绿篱将多个花园式的小空间烘托的静谧且诗意。
The gallery frame is more private from the view and function, creating a relatively independent feeling for the residents. The plants add tranquility and poetry to the small spaces of multiple gardens.

阳光透过树影在水面洒下金黄，水流从精致的池壁汩汩跌落，作为电梯厅的氛围对景安置于私语廊架一侧。
Through the shadow of the trees, the sun shines on the water surface, and the water gurgles and falls, which is placed on the side of the gallery frame as the opposite view of the elevator hall.

廊下吊椅的设计迎合松弛的空间情绪，居者在休憩聊天时被林荫葱茏所包裹，沉浸在绿意盎然的自然中，构建属于自己的私密小天地。
The hanging chair caters to the relaxed space, and the residents are wrapped in green plants when they relax and chat, immersed in nature, and build their own private small world.

廊架，植物，台阶将核心花园分隔成一个个丰富有趣的小花园，视线在空间中互相穿透，互为框景，漫步其中皆是惊喜，体验步移景异的多层次感受。
Gallery frame, plants and steps divide the core garden into a rich and interesting small garden. The sight penetrates each other in the space and frames each other. It is a surprise to walk among them and experience the multi-level feeling of different scenery.
户外休憩座椅提供自在惬意的停留空间，拾级而上的台阶将小空间串联起来，带来丰富多样的空间层次及使用体验。
The outdoor seating provides a free stay space, and the steps connect the small space in series, bringing a rich variety of space levels and use experience.

02 聚会CLUB
我们在核心花园构建一个酒店式休闲CLUB，觥筹交错随光起舞，为松弛慵懒的场景增添了一份情调。往上便通往无边泳池，居者可以在社区进行私人派对，也可以联动泳池举行聚会社交活动。
We built a hospitality quality CLUB in the core garden to add flavor to the space. Up to the infinity pool, residents can have private parties in the community, but also poolside parties for social events.

03 无边泳池 Infinity pool
利用高差，将多功能无边泳池嵌入屋顶花园，无边际综合泳池配套了深水区，浅水区及泡池区。我们选用新疆灰白带纹理的大理石，现场加工成小料来呈现Tiffany蓝的泳池效果，体现浓浓度假风情。
Using the height difference, the multi-functional infinity pool is embedded into the roof garden, and the pool is equipped with the deep water area, the shallow water area and the pool area. We chose gray and white marble with texture to present the pool effect of Tiffany blue to show the holiday style.

04 下沉庭院 Sunken courtyard
作为会所共享景观，下沉庭院建立空间竖向共融对话的同时，实现视线的内外渗透，呈现品质延伸的不凡格调。
As a shared landscape of the club, the courtyard makes a spatial dialogue and connection, and showing high-end quality.

05 像素森林 Pixel forest
考虑到不同年龄段的儿童使用及游玩方式，我们设计了跷跷板、摇摇马及深受小朋友喜爱的秋千，秋千的一侧是树屋乐园。整个儿童设施面积不大，但在空间利用及使用方式上做了多次探索，满足丰富有趣的功能需求。在色彩搭配上，抛弃传统的高饱和度色板，我们用灰调的绿和粉，培养小朋友对美的理解。
To cater to children of different ages, we designed seesaws, rocking horses and swings, with a treehouse park on one side of the swing. The whole area of the children’s site is not large, but the space and use mode have been explored many times to meet the rich and interesting functional needs. In terms of color matching, we use gray green and pink instead of traditional high-saturation colors to cultivate children’s understanding of beauty.

儿童活动区的后方是成人看护区，保证儿童活动场景在视线范围以内。长条木坐凳结合健身器械让他们可以在这里看护的同时聊天社交。
The rear of the children’s activity area is the care area to ensure that the children’s activity scene is within the field of vision. Wooden benches and exercise machines allow them to socialize and chat while watching.

06 露台观影 Terrace viewing
露台观影区提供居者多种生活方式的可能，考虑到观影的舒适性，我们在这里设计了台地坐凳，选用温暖的木材，或坐或躺给人温暖舒适的触觉质感，星空为伴，邻里好友聚集于此，来一场浪漫的露天电影。
The terrace viewing area offers a variety of lifestyle possibilities. We have set up wooden benches for comfort, giving a warm and comfortable feeling. With the starry night, neighbors and friends gather here for a romantic open-air movie.

聚会花园 Party garden
我们希望每个空间都具备独有的特质，聚会花园利用泳池平台下的空间打造廊架会客厅，结合观赏草坪和静谧水景，将视廊上下拉通建立空间上的对话。
The party garden uses the space under the pool platform to create the social space, combining the viewing lawn and quiet water features, to draw the view up and down and make connection between spces.

周边的翠色全部浓缩于极简条形水景中，一侧设置多组景观座椅，置身其中，回归自然，感受日夜之间的松弛与慵懒。
One side of the strip water feature is set up with a number of landscape seats, where you can return to nature and feel the relaxation and laziness between day and night.
漫步林间，放眼望去，廊架会客厅掩映在一片生机勃勃之中，四周茂密成荫的树木将空间氛围烘托的宁静清新。
Walking in the forest, the social space will be hidden in a full of vitality, and the dense trees around the space atmosphere will be quiet and fresh.
轻氧花园 Light oxygen garden
绿意在空间中相互蔓延渗透，置身轻氧花园可以听到一墙之隔的瀑布流水声， 向居者描绘出一副名为榕林溪谷的都市山水画卷。
Green spread in the space, in the light oxygen garden can hear the sound of the waterfall across the wall, depicting a pair of urban landscape called Ronglin Valley.

上层凤凰木形成树林茂密的遮蔽感，搭配下层丰富的热带植物，打造丰富的氧气森林，感受绿意盎然的自然之美。
The upper layer of phoenix wood forms the shade of the dense forest, and the lower layer is rich with tropical plants to create an oxygen forest and feel the beauty of nature.
相较于其他花园空间，轻氧花园更为自然纯粹，打造沉浸式的公园社交氛围，提高场景体验感。
Compared with other garden spaces, the light oxygen garden is more natural and pure, creating an immersive social atmosphere in the park and improving the sense of scene experience.
花瓣状的水磨石弧形坐凳，模拟叶子掉落的效果，营造具有热带魅力的花园氛围。
Petal-shaped terrazzo curved seating simulates the effect of falling leaves, creating a garden atmosphere with tropical charm.
▽自然惬意的花园氛围 Natural and cozy garden atmosphere
光影花园 Light garden
礼仪入户空间被绿植包裹，艺术景墙结合葱茏绿植形成入户对景，希望能给居者惬意轻松的感受氛围，消除一天工作后的疲惫，回归舒适惬意的家园。
The entrance space is wrapped with green plants, and the art landscape wall combines with green plants to form the entrance to the scene to give the residents a comfortable and relaxed feeling. Get rid of the fatigue after a day’s work and return to the comfort of home.
架空层空间 Overhead space
大尺度的挑高将植物尽可能的纳入到架空层，模糊建筑与室外的边界，生活场景自由转换，热带植物的融入打造酒店式的架空层感受，营造沉浸式圈层体验。
The large-scale elevation will incorporate plants into the elevated floor as much as possible, blurring the boundary between the building and the outdoor, transforming the living scene freely, and integrating tropical plants to create a hotel-like elevated floor experience and create an immersive circle experience.
疏林草地 Open forest and grass
社区西侧背靠荔枝文化公园，借靠绵延山景打造赏景过渡空间，将山景与公园引入社区。开阔简约的疏林草地仿佛置身自然公园，为社区提供了休闲露营的场地。
The west side of the community is backed by Lychee Cultural Park, which creates a transition space for enjoying the scenery by relying on the rolling mountain view, introducing the mountain view and the park to the community. The open and simple lawn provides the community with a place for leisure camping like a natural park.

ONE CENTER hopes to provide a comfortable living environment for residents through landscape construction.
