天地源云和锦上，以东方美学为笔，以自然肌理为墨，匠造西安首个云锦峡谷疗愈景观，将秦岭山水意境浓缩于社区一隅，让每一次归家，都是一场奔赴诗意的漫游。
MEDG Current Engineering Design : We do not merely imitate nature, but stage an elegant breakthrough amid urban constraints.
Tiandi Yuan Yunhe Jingshang adopts oriental aesthetics as its brush and natural textures as its ink to craft Xi’an’s first Yunjin Canyon healing landscape. It condenses the artistic conception of the Qinling Mountains and rivers into a corner of the community, turning every homecoming into a poetic wandering journey.
城市步履匆匆，我们始终渴望一方自然栖居地 既能拥抱城芯繁华，亦能静赏山水悠然。
Life in the city moves at a frantic pace. We have always yearned for a natural dwelling place, where we can embrace the bustle of the city center while quietly admiring serene mountains and streams.
天地源云和锦上摒弃传统园林平铺直叙的单调造景，依托 2.3 超低密容积率打破空间桎梏，创新打造立体垂直峡谷景观，构筑「两轴一核十境」的沉浸式景观体系，约 9000㎡沉浸式森境园林，在寸土寸金的高新芯，上演一场难得的自然与建筑共生盛宴。

Breaking away from the monotonous flat landscaping of traditional gardens, Tiandi Yuan Yunhe Jingshang shatters spatial shackles with an ultra-low plot ratio of 2.3. It innovatively builds a three-dimensional vertical canyon landscape and forms an immersive landscape system of “Two Axes, One Core and Ten Scenes”. Boasting an immersive forest garden of approximately 9,000 square meters, it presents a rare feast of coexistence between nature and architecture in the high-value core of High-tech Zone.
云上桃源・锦绣繁花
作为西安少有的第五代高端住宅社区，云和锦上以 “高奢气度、立体生态、繁花相伴、云和定制” 为四大准则，重新定义高阶圈层的松弛隐奢生活。
不同于普通社区的平面景观，项目将 “城市生活 + 垂直森林” 理念深度融合，以 “漫系生活与云谷共生” 为设计灵魂，打造 “云上桃源・锦绣繁花” 主题景观，深度提取自然山水精髓，打破城市居住的空间局限，为高知人群营造 “栖居峡谷森林” 的居住场景，实现 “都市桃花源” 的精神向往，满足其对自然本真生活的深层需求。
A Peachland Above Clouds · Blossoming Splendor Elegant and luxurious in the East A grand realm of abode
As one of Xi’an’s rare fifth-generation high-end residential communities, Yunhe Jingshang redefines the laid-back understated luxury life for high-end social circles guided by four core principles: Distinguished Luxury Bearing, Three-dimensional Ecology, Blooming Floral Scenery, and Customized Yunhe Craftsmanship.
Unlike flat landscapes in ordinary communities, the project deeply integrates the philosophy of “Urban Life + Vertical Forest” with the design soul of “Leisure Lifestyle Coexisting with Cloud Valley”. It creates the themed landscape “A Peachland Above Clouds · Blossoming Splendor”, drawing profound essence from natural mountains and rivers. Breaking the spatial limits of urban residence, it builds a living scene of “dwelling in canyon forests” for high-educated elites, fulfills their spiritual longing for an “urban peach blossom land”, and satisfies their profound pursuit of authentic natural life.
「山」揽胜境，可停可观
循山而建的归家山路，是自然与生活的衔接之道。为最大程度还原自然野趣，山体表面通体覆盖自然石皮，葱翠绿植于山间挑台肆意生长。
俯瞰清潭，飞瀑落玉，引得踩汀步跨溪涧的行人，纷纷驻足仰首，沉醉于这山水之美。
The Heavenly Peach Blossom Land Splendid Blooming Flowers
The Mountain: A Magnificent View for Strolling and Admiring
The mountain-hugging homecoming path serves as a connection between nature and daily life. To restore the wild charm of nature to the fullest, the mountain surface is fully covered with natural stone veneers, with lush green plants growing freely on mountain terraces.
Overlooking clear pools and cascading waterfalls, pedestrians crossing the stream via stepping stones will stop to gaze up, immersed in the beauty of mountains and waters.
为复刻原生山水的温润质感，项目倾注满满匠心打磨每一处景观细节。甄选 277.6 吨天然黄锈石堆叠造景，肌理自然厚重，完美复刻山谷层叠错落的原生形态。
蜿蜒园径之上，新西兰灰花岗岩与黄锈石皮交错铺就，一步一景皆雅致；漂浮绿岛之中，河桦悄然更迭色彩，从葱郁到金黄，镌刻时光的轨迹。
Every landscape detail is refined with exquisite craftsmanship to reproduce the gentle texture of primitive mountains and rivers. A total of 277.6 tons of natural yellow rust stone are selected for stacked landscaping, featuring natural and profound textures that perfectly replicate the layered and staggered primitive form of valleys.
Winding garden paths are paved with alternating New Zealand grey granite and yellow rust stone veneers, offering elegant scenery at every step. Floating green islands are dotted with river birches that shift hues from lush green to golden yellow with the seasons, recording the passage of time.
花韵山谷探索轴，穿越山谷的奢雅旅程
新西兰灰花岗岩铺就的蜿蜒步道穿梭于乌桕林间，视之有景、听之有声、触之有质，五维感官被全面唤醒，让高知人群于忙碌之余，随时邂逅山林间的松弛惬意。
The exploration axis of Huayun Valley, A luxurious journey through the valley
Winding walkways paved with New Zealand grey granite weave through Chinese tallow groves, stimulating all five senses with pleasing sights, sounds and textures. Busy high-educated residents can easily encounter laid-back serenity among mountains and forests after work.
「谷」藏万象，可居可游
负一层全景观会所，以下沉庭院为核心铺陈开来，多层级景观渗透其间，让社交、休闲、康养等多元生活场景，皆生长于森林的呼吸韵律之中。
云谷剧场，既是社区生活的表演舞台，也是自然与艺术交融的沉浸式展厅，每一场相聚都成为风景。
The Valley: A World Within, Ideal for Living and Leisure
The full-view clubhouse on the underground floor centers on sunken courtyards permeated by multi-layered landscapes, embedding diverse spaces for socializing, leisure and wellness within the breathing rhythm of forests.
The Cloud Valley Theater functions as both a stage for community life and an immersive exhibition hall blending nature and art, turning every gathering into a picturesque moment.
被风雕琢的绿岛在水景之上交错，阳光透过造型乌桕的叶隙洒下的斑驳光斑，像风随手撒落的金币绿岛之上花境绽放，溪水潺潺流淌，似大地温柔的低语。
若说静屿星光是尊崇的序章，锦绣绕溪以 “溪” 为核打造五维感知的松弛度假花园便是归家途中的 “自然缓冲带”。
Wind-carved green islands interlace above water features. Dappled sunlight filters through the leaves of styled Chinese tallow trees, like gold coins scattered casually by the wind. Blooming flower borders adorn the green islands, with gurgling streams murmuring softly like whispers of the earth.
If Starry Quiet Isle stands as the distinguished prelude, Splendid Stream Winding — a relaxing resort garden centered on streams that awakens all five senses — acts as a “natural buffer zone” on the way home.
以叠瀑飞泉、台地层叠造景，勾勒出 “山下有院” 的立体山水盛境。
通过室内功能区的巧妙布局，消融下沉空间的矩形边界，以横向切片的设计语言，交织出绿意盎然的 “山体” 意象，暗合山谷藏幽、流云漫卷的自然意趣。
Layered waterfalls and stepped terraces shape a magnificent three-dimensional landscape of “courtyards nestled beneath mountains”.
Clever layout of indoor functional areas softens the rectangular boundaries of the sunken space. Horizontal slicing design language weaves an image of lush “mountains”, echoing the natural charm of secluded valleys and drifting clouds.
为了最大限度的发挥空间优势，植物上采用空间对立的手法，纵横线条的运用，视觉的引导（建筑水平线条，由河桦纵向线条衬托），形成河桦成林，光影为幕，于都市中打造静谧森居基底。
融入花境织锦，四季更迭，用自然肌理柔化建筑边界。曲线台地，流水为脉，以流动线条重构景观叙事。林、花、台地共生，构筑一处可游、可赏、可居的现代自然景观。
To maximize spatial advantages, the landscaping adopts contrasting spatial techniques and vertical & horizontal lines for visual guidance: the horizontal architectural lines are set off by vertical river birch groves, forming a forest of river birches with light and shadow as the backdrop, laying a foundation for tranquil forest dwelling amid the city.
Interwoven seasonal flower borders soften architectural boundaries with natural textures. Curved terraces and flowing water veins reconstruct landscape narratives with fluid lines. The coexistence of forests, flowers and terraces forms a modern natural landscape suitable for touring, appreciation and dwelling.
社区主入口・高定迎宾界面
社区第一眼奢享封面，以 “光” 为笔，一体化匠心打造主入口与车库出入口，勾勒 136 米高定迎宾界面，复刻星级酒店尊崇归家仪式。
Community Main Entrance · Customized Grand Welcome Interface
The premium first impression of the community takes “light” as its brush. The main entrance and garage entrances are integrated with meticulous craftsmanship to form a 136-meter bespoke welcome facade, recreating the distinguished homecoming ritual of star hotels.
人车分流设计，主入口纯人行动线，前场不惜成本臻选新西兰灰花岗岩通铺。
两侧 40 米长幅景墙如巨幕雅屏，虚实之间，丛生元宝枫姿态飘逸，树下花境烂漫绽放，花瓣随波逐流，一幅动态 “桃源假日图景” 悠然铺展。
The design adopts separated pedestrian and vehicle flow, with a pedestrian-only main entrance. The front courtyard is fully paved with premium New Zealand grey granite at considerable cost.
Two 40-meter landscape walls stand like grand elegant screens. Amid alternating voids and solids, graceful clusters of Chinese maple trees are paired with blooming undergrowth flower borders. Petals drift along flowing water, unfolding a dynamic “peach blossom holiday scene”.
水景映灯光，宛若流动星河。 流光溢彩间，每一步皆踏满仪式感，每一眼尽藏高定美学。
Water features reflect lights, resembling flowing star rivers. Every step brims with a sense of ceremony, and every glance reveals bespoke aesthetics.
林廊共生
乌桕成林： 枝干婆娑，四季色相分明（春绿秋红），赋予场地鲜活生命力。 回廊穿引： 利落的现代廊架串联动线，既是休憩容器，也是视线引导。 花境柔边： 精致花镜填补林下空隙，圆弧坐凳与水景咬合，柔化硬质边界。
这不是对自然的简单模仿，而是在城市限制下的优雅突围。用杂木林打破沉闷，让建筑退后，生活向前。
Coexistence of Forests and Corridors
Chinese Tallow Groves: Graceful branches with distinct seasonal hues (green in spring, crimson in autumn), infusing the site with vivid vitality. Interweaving Corridors: Sleek modern pergolas connect circulation routes, serving both as rest spaces and visual guides. Soft Floral Edges: Exquisite flower borders fill gaps under trees, with curved seating benches interlocking with water features to soften hard boundaries.
This is no superficial imitation of nature, but an elegant breakthrough confined by urban construction limits. Dense mixed woods dispel monotony, letting buildings step back and life move forward.
以「轻」制胜
面对场地覆土不足的限制，我们摒弃传统大乔木，转而采用杂木林模式。选用根系较浅、适应性强的乌桕作为骨架，以疏朗姿态替代厚重树冠，在有限荷载下构建出极具呼吸感的空间轮廓。
Triumph Through Lightweight Design
Faced with limited soil covering load on the site, traditional large arbors are replaced with mixed wood groves. Chinese tallow trees with shallow roots and strong adaptability serve as the structural framework. Their sparse silhouettes replace heavy dense canopies, creating highly breathable spatial contours under limited load capacity.
▽自然与艺术交融的沉浸
【施工解密】当 “大块黄锈石” 遇上 “多维峡谷”，一场漂浮的极致建造
从 “重型叠拼” 到 “空中悬浮”，我们在自然最粗犷的表面，还原了山的轻盈。
以锈石造峡谷，于厚重中造漂浮。设计概念：多维峡谷・轻舞漂浮。项目打破石材厚重质感，完成从重型叠拼到空中悬浮的形态转换，以大块自然面黄锈石为载体，于都市复刻山谷肌理，依托悬挑结构，打造石材凌空漂浮的景观意境。
为还原峡谷原生野性，项目舍弃标准化石材贴面，选用大块自然面黄锈石。原石肌理独一无二，但石料尺寸、凹凸度全无统一标准，无法标准化铺贴，施工难度大幅提升。
施工中，是自然肌理与精工工艺的双向平衡。异形石材需现场逐块试拼微调，消除拼接断层。兼顾自重荷载与结构安全，隐蔽悬挑基座，最大化保留悬浮感，精细排版整合原石肌理，塑造连贯流畅的峡谷褶皱形态。
从施工现场粗粝巨石，到落成空灵峡谷梯台，是设计与施工的双向磨合。以厚重原石，造轻盈峡谷，这便是景观落地的价值：将设计构想，化作可触碰、可沉浸式感受的实景山野。
我们想打造一处 穿越山谷的奢雅旅程
Construction Insight: Giant Yellow Rust Stones Meet Multi-dimensional Valleys — An Ultimate Floating Landscape Creation
We transform heavy stacked stonework into suspended aerial scenery, restoring the lightness of mountains upon nature’s rugged surface.
Valleys carved from rust stones embody lightness within mass. Design Concept: Multi-dimensional Valleys · Graceful Floating. The project breaks the heavy texture of stonework, shifting from bulky stacked structures to suspended aerial forms. Giant natural-faced yellow rust stones replicate valley textures in the city, relying on cantilever structures to create the artistic conception of stones floating mid-air.
To restore the primitive wildness of valleys, standardized stone veneers are discarded in favor of large natural-faced yellow rust stones. Each raw stone bears unique textures, yet lacks uniform specifications for size and unevenness, making standardized paving impossible and greatly raising construction difficulty.
Construction balances natural textures and refined craftsmanship. Irregular stones are trial-assembled and fine-tuned on-site to eliminate disjointed seams. Structural safety and stone self-weight are fully considered, with concealed cantilever bases reserved to maximize the floating visual effect. Raw stone textures are arranged meticulously to shape continuous, smooth folded valley contours.
From rough boulders on construction sites to ethereal layered valley terraces upon completion, the design undergoes constant coordination with construction teams. Crafting lightweight valleys from massive raw stones embodies the value of landscape implementation: translating design concepts into tangible, immersive natural scenery.
