泽碧克建筑事务所：2025年4月15日，珠海格力海岛与ZNA联袂打造的凯悦中国首座海岛阿丽拉，落成于珠海东澳岛悬崖绝壁、天海之间。不同于在城市中的建造，阿丽拉更像是嵌入山麓的画面一角，面向自然敞开怀抱。酒店选址于悬崖与海潮交汇处，森林覆盖率82%，与“人与自然共生”理念高度契合。在这里，景观营造不再局限于边界范围内的自我表达，而是通过与山野的交融，探索在自然之中营造的可能性。

ZNA: April 15, 2025: Hyatt’s first Chinese island Alila, created by Gree Zhuhai Island and ZNA, opens on Dong’ao Island’s cliff between sky and sea. Rather than an urban build, it is a corner of landscape slipped into the mountain, open to nature. Sited where cliff meets tide amid 82 % forest, it embodies coexistence. Landscape here dissolves boundaries, exploring how to build within nature by merging with the wild.

「场地营造与布局思考」

我们并未选择“征服”这片悬崖，而是以谦逊姿态的渐近线布局介入，勾勒出山石裂变的动态美学。东澳岛环望沧海，白浪巨岩，拥有历史悠久的岭南渔家文化，在场地营造中，保持对东澳岛独特的气候地貌的调研与思考，在可体验、可感知的空间场景和叙事中，回归场地脉络与自然法则，构筑一处融于山海，自然生长的隐世秘境。

SITE PLANNING & RESEARCH

We did not “conquer” the cliff; a humble, asymptotic plan charts the dynamic fissures of stone. Ringed by surging sea and monoliths, Dong’ao holds timeless Lingnan fishing culture. Our intervention—rooted in study of its climate and landform—restores site logic and natural law through tangible scenes, crafting a secret realm that grows quietly within mountain and sea.

「自然叙事中的多维表达」

以海、岩、林、谷为脉络，构建”西观日落、南探海境、东栖叠岩”的沉浸式空间序列。纵向贯穿的峡谷绿廊以场地原石承载本土藤蔓，使建筑场景生长于山峦肌理，呈现恰到好处的融合，联动海风、林声、岩影，实现从幽然林谷至磅礴海洋的无界过渡，终达成建筑与自然的共生叙事。

MULTIDIMENSIONAL NARRATIVE OF NATURE

Sea, rock, forest, gorge frame the sequence: west for sunset, south to probe the sea, east to dwell amid stacked stone. A vertical canyon planted with native vines on local stone threads the architecture into the mountain’s grain, fusing wind, forest, and shadow in a seamless passage from secluded grove to boundless ocean—an inseparable narrative of built and natural.

抵达路径体验从滨海城市经轮渡登岛抵至酒店终章的逻辑叙事，入口借由多层次植被与原始岩石构筑生态界面，路径随地势起伏蜿蜒，两侧层叠的礁岩肌理与植物渗透海岛野趣；通道末端豁然开敞直抵大堂的“天空之镜”——壮阔海景如画卷般倾泻而入，完成从“渡海”到“观海”的情绪升华。

Arrival narrative: ferry from coastal city to island finale. Entry through layered flora and raw rock forms an ecological threshold; the path winds with terrain, flanked by stratified reefs and wild plants. At its end, the corridor suddenly opens to the lobby’s “Sky Mirror,” where the vast sea pours in like an unrolled scroll, completing the emotional ascent from “crossing the sea” to “witnessing the sea.”

落客庭院依托叠岩营造进入领域，以海岛原生岩石石阵构筑仪式序幕，巍峨的天然岩块放置形成错落有致的入口阵列，石材与建筑的整体布局相互呼应，唤起这片土地悠久的力量，让灵性能量于场域中自由流动，使人们在这里沉思、静观、与这片土地共鸣共生。

The drop-off courtyard stakes its realm in stacked stone: a native-island rock matrix opens the ceremonial prologue. Monolithic blocks rise in poised asymmetry, their rhythm echoing the architecture and summoning the land’s primordial force. Within this field, spiritual energy courses freely, inviting stillness, contemplation, and communion with the earth.

穿越粗犷的岩石叙事段落，空间豁然开朗——南部层叠错落的多标高海景剧场，以探海廊道为核心，强化人海对话的磅礴体验。

Past the rugged stone passage, space erupts: a stepped, multi-level ocean theater to the south, its prow-like pier intensifying the epic dialogue of man and sea.

泳池经营区及中餐厅外摆区延续了自然岩壁肌理，就地取用场地原石进行”无序却有序”的垒砌。毛石挡墙与切割拼接的整石踏步沿池畔错落延伸，原生石材从挡墙、踏阶到铺装全程溯源再利用，以未雕琢的野性肌理串联起”岩-水-植”共生系统，在无序堆叠中暗藏潮汐韵律。

Pool deck and Chinese-restaurant terrace extend the cliff’s raw texture: site-quarried stone is stacked “ordered yet untamed.” Rough retaining walls and cut-stone treads ripple along the water’s edge; from wall to step to paving, every block is reclaimed. The unhewn surface stitches a rock-water-plant symbiosis whose random joints quietly echo the tide.

经年海风浸润的巨石自然形成主功能区域视线锥点，小块原石则以有机曲线围合私享区域边界，抑或成为转角处的惊喜一瞥。场地置石均取自项目开挖的原生崖石，就地筛选后以自然形态重组，保留原石风蚀水蚀的天然肌理，当粗粝石面与植物在生长逻辑上建立深层联结，仿佛轻轻叙说着海岛传统渔民最原始的垒石智慧。

Sea-sculpted monoliths command the view; smaller stones weave organic curves to enclose private realms or offer unexpected glimpses. Every block is quarried from the site’s own cliffs, re-placed in its raw state—each fissure and scar preserved. Where rugged stone meshes with living plants, the island’s ancestral art of dry-stacking quietly endures.

常绿植物为基底，通过叶色明度梯度与叶形对比营造丰富的绿色肌理，少量开花品种植入形成视觉锥点，通过“单色系多质感”的植物语言在人工与野生的张力间建立对话，这种“隐于自然”的设定，是希望整个场地在视觉和体验层面，不过分强调设计本身，而是让人感受到，它本就该如此。它们不强调存在感，而是在地貌与植被之间完成质感的衔接。

Evergreens form the ground, their tonal gradients and leaf contrasts weaving a rich green texture; scattered blooms act as visual anchors. A monochrome yet mult-textured plant palette mediates the tension between cultivation and wilderness. Designed to appear inevitable, the planting cedes the stage to the landscape, quietly bridging landform and vegetation.

内侧神秘的绿谷花园以低干预原则保留原生植被群落，蜿蜒流淌于建筑间，通过雨林-峡谷-海天的生态廊道营造，构建出层次分明的自然剧场。廊道立面攀附的藤蔓植物，枝叶缠绕建筑格栅投下斑驳光影，仿若岩层裂隙中透出一线海天，赋予「石缝观海」的独特生命体验。

Enigmatic inner green-valley garden: native flora retained under minimal intervention, threading between buildings as a rainforest–canyon–sea sky corridor that stages layered nature. Indigenous vines cloak the passage façade; leaves dapple volcanic paving with light, as if a seam in stone opens onto sea and sky, gifting the singular experience of “viewing the ocean through a rock fissure.”

绿园餐厅区域由丘园、与婚礼草坪构成，中心庭院引丘园氤氲微光穿透林冠，在苔覆石台上洒落婆娑影迹；内环线借原生块石垒叠为起伏草阶，蜿蜒串联宴会厅与密林，大面积采用爬藤植物自然生长，人为少量干预生长走向控制肌理。穿行原生场地时的韵律体验，也成为我们设计叙事中的一小篇章节。

Green Garden Restaurant comprises a hill garden and wedding lawn. A central court draws filtered light through canopy onto moss-clad stone tables, dappling shadow. An inner loop of native boulders forms rolling grass terraces, weaving banquet hall to thicket while vines self-climb along lightly guided lines. The rhythmic passage through this inherited terrain becomes one brief chapter in our design narrative.

西向客房侧以最大化海景价值为内核，借地形高差弱化庭院边界，既框取日落海平线又削弱相邻院落干扰。平台衔接绿植界面，使休憩视角与海天夕照无缝衔接，建筑、植被与地形的三重奏，在昼夜交替间变成了一座“私享日落剧场”。

West-facing suites prioritize maximal sea value: terrain steps dissolve courtyard edges, framing sunset horizons while muting neighbor sightlines. Terraced planters merge greenery with sightlines, seamlessly merging rest and dusk. Architecture, vegetation, and terrain perform a trio that turns each day into a private sunset theater.

「石器时代下的记录者」

设计师联动地质工程师和施工团队系统调研，回收场地原石，一石一策定制，分级制定使用策略。衔接处理上尽量保留场地周边原生植物，最小化人工干预，以海岛原生植物品种作为界面衔接，使石、土、植自然过渡，形成低维护的生态界面，借场地高差将防护栏杆藏于灌木后，外侧野草萌蘗，使人工干预隐入原始地貌中，成为随时间生长的生态注脚。

CHRONICLER BENEATH THE STONE AGE

Designers, geologists, and builders jointly audited site stone—each block catalogued, graded, and purpose-mapped. Native flora along edges was left intact; only endemic species bridge stone, soil, and planting in a low-maintenance ecotone. Guardrails tuck behind shrubs on grade shifts, while spontaneous grasses veil all traces of artifice, turning intervention into a living, time-grown footnote.

「文脉与场地精神的延续」

我们始终认为好的设计需要与土地发生关系，因每一寸泥土都有其特别的山水文脉，通过对原生场地的观察和理解，营造的景观场所与自然对话、也将与自我对话。在阿丽拉东澳岛的景观旅程中，以抱朴守拙之心，寻返璞归真之意，在光影细腻的流转间体验四季变换之美。

CONTINUITY OF CONTEXT AND SITE SPIRIT

We believe good design must commune with the land, for each inch of soil bears its own mountain-water lineage. Through observing and understanding the native site, the created landscape converses with nature—and with oneself. At Alila Dong’ao, experience moves from raw wildness to refined tactility, the turning light revealing the beauty of all four seasons.
