MUSUN LANDSCAPE：Collector-Grade Landscape Asset, Selecting the “Collection Hall” as the experiential vehicle to imbue life with imagination and beautiful experiences, defining a new era residential masterpiece, creating a “collector-grade” quality modern luxury residence.
Drawing Inspiration from Hangzhou’s Scenery, Seeking to define urban modern haute couture living as “refined luxury,” engaging in a dialogue with Shanghai-style flair to interpret the urban modern life scene experience.
“Privately Curated Natural Garden”, Extracting spatial language from Hangzhou’s regional culture to reconstruct modern scenes, replicating Hangzhou’s classic elegant imprints, privately curating a modern metropolis to perform a modern natural garden of five scenes and ten views, exploring a Hangzhou garden residence that blends modern urbanity with a natural retreat.
01 归潮 | 「青峰汐照」
以优雅弧线勾勒生活美学归家归心，遇见生活最美的模样。
超尺度奢华入口界面，搭配挑高巨幅门头，仿山形景墙、形似潮水纹理、酒店环岛水景，像一道优雅的屏障，不仅完成身份的转换，也隔绝城市的喧嚣和疲惫感。
“奢贵&格调”，超尺度千万级高奢门厅
汲取上海前滩华尔道夫酒店设计灵感，整体以月光米黄石材为基调，弧形景墙镶嵌浮雕，立柱甄选安第斯雪景奢石，辅以透光琉璃与红色奢石点缀，在光影中交织高定质感。
01 Homecoming Tide |「Green Peaks and Evening Tide Glow」
Outlining the aesthetics of living with elegant curves, returning home and to the heart, encountering life’s most beautiful form.
Oversized Luxurious Entrance Interface, Paired with towering grand doorway, Mountain-mimicking feature walls, wave-like textures, hotel-style roundabout water feature, Like an elegant barrier, Not only facilitating a transition of status, But also isolating the city’s noise and fatigue.
“Luxury & Style”, Oversized multi-million dollar high-luxury lobby.
Drawing design inspiration from Shanghai’s Waitan Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the overall palette is Moonlight Beige stone, with curved walls inlaid with bas-reliefs, columns meticulously selected from Andes Snowscape luxury stone, complemented by translucent glass and red luxury stone accents, weaving haute couture texture amidst light and shadow.
以浅浮雕的细腻笔触勾勒出定制纹样，灵感源自对摩登经典元素的现代转译，采用优雅的弧线倒角，柔美的线条给人一种”拥抱”之感，传递归家的温度。 |
Custom patterns are outlined with the delicate brushstrokes of bas-relief, inspired by the modern translation of classic modern elements, employing elegant curved fillets. The soft lines give a sense of “embrace,” conveying the warmth of homecoming.
环岛水景采用奢石黄金丝绸整石打造，内置涟漪发生器，模拟自然涟漪。空间结合酒店式环岛落客设计，实现人车分流，营造外奢内雅的酒店式的归家体验。
“弧光为引”，以流动弧线引领归家仪式鉴赏摩登与自然共生的艺术美学。
The roundabout water feature is crafted from the luxury stone Golden Silk as monolithic slabs, with built-in ripple generators simulating natural ripples. The space combines a hotel-style roundabout drop-off design, achieving pedestrian-vehicle separation, creating an externally luxurious, internally elegant hotel-style homecoming experience.
“Guided by the Arc of Light”, Guided by flowing curves, leading the homecoming ritual to appreciate the artistic aesthetics of modern and natural symbiosis.
02 拾影 | 「洄廊春晓」
一步入廊，轻隔尘世喧嚣一边是人间烟火，一边是精神彼岸。
清风穿堂而过，树荫疏影婆娑，光影在间隙中静静流转。
02 Capturing Shadows |「Winding Corridor in Spring Dawn」
Stepping into the corridor, gently separating from worldly clamor; on one side is earthly life, on the other is the spiritual shore.
A breeze passes through the hall, Tree shadows dapple and sway, Light and shadow flow quietly in the gaps.
“柔界&过渡”，摩登流线美学的光影洄廊
半围合式曲线游廊贯穿前场水院核心区，打造空间和自然的双重无界体验。漫步其间，视野开阔，光影、自然与艺术的完美融合，轻松收藏一段惬意的松弛时光。
“Soft Boundary & Transition”,Light and Shadow Winding Corridor of Modern Streamline Aesthetics.
A semi-enclosed curved promenade runs through the core area of the front water courtyard, creating a dual boundless experience of space and nature. Strolling within, the view is open, with perfect integration of light, shadow, nature, and art, effortlessly collecting a segment of leisurely, relaxed time.
偶有驻足停歇，或闲谈小聚，或远瞰中庭，于此间，生活回归最本真的惬意与安宁，慢下来，收藏每一刻动人的时光。
Occasionally pausing to rest, chatting in small gatherings, or gazing afar at the central courtyard, Here, life returns to its most authentic, Comfort and tranquility, Slow down, collect every moving moment.
中国雕塑大师王从义作品《潮涌花开》静立水院，以钱塘江潮涌为灵感，将自然之力凝聚为艺术语言。
在光影映照下呈现出流动的炫彩色泽，如潮水折射天光，亦如花朵在动势中灿然开放。
The work “Blooming Tide” by Chinese master sculptor Wang Congyi stands quietly in the water courtyard. Inspired by the Qiantang River tidal bore, it condenses the force of nature into artistic language.
Under the illumination of light and shadow, it presents flowing iridescent hues, like tides refracting skylight, or like flowers brilliantly blooming in motion.
远观如潮涌澎湃，近观似花开灿烂。
将行走转化为一种沉浸式的自然诗旅，游廊不再只是通道，而成为连接艺术、自然与内心的感悟之廊。
“光影为序”，感受光影流转带来的情绪变化收藏生活的惬意时光。

“Prelude of Light and Shadow”, Feel the emotional changes brought by the flow of light and shadow, collecting life’s pleasant moments.
03 望湖 |「金沙烟树」
人如浮岛，心随流水在都市收藏一片自然的呼吸
前场水院犹如悬浮于现实之上的梦境切片，既承载着身体的穿行，更邀请心灵的停留。在这里，漂浮不是静止的状态，而是一种持续的流动。
03 Gazing at the Lake |「Golden Sand and Misty Trees」
People are like floating islands, hearts follow flowing water, collecting a breath of nature within the city.
The front water courtyard is like a slice of dream suspended above reality, carrying the passage of the body and inviting the lingering of the soul. Here, floating is not a static state, but a continuous flow.
“漂浮&流动”，复刻摩登美学的漂浮度假会客厅
水面如镜亦如绸，倒映天光云影，又托起片片绿意。池底深浅交替的铺装肌理，在光的作用下形成粼粼波痕，仿佛水流始终在无声涌动。
“Floating & Flowing”, Replicating the Floating Resort Lounge of Modern Aesthetics.
The water surface is like a mirror and also like silk, reflecting sky, light, and clouds, while supporting patches of greenery. The pavement texture at the bottom of the pool alternates in depth, forming sparkling ripples under the action of light, as if the water flow is always silently surging
叠水轮廓取意潮水涌动的曲线，层层跌落的水面如江潮舒展，在有限空间里延展出”一线江潮”的气韵与节奏。
The contour of the cascading water draws inspiration from the curves of surging tides. The layered falling water surfaces unfold like river tides, extending the aura and rhythm of a “single line of river tide” within the limited space.
漫步水院中，摩登风情的下沉卡座仿佛浮岛般静泊水面，让人可临水而坐，沉浸于荡漾的涟漪之间。
Strolling through the water courtyard, the modern style sunken booth is like a floating island on the surface of the water, allowing people to sit by the water and immerse themselves in the rippling waves.
悬浮卡座的铺装纹样由杭州油纸伞骨符号转译而成，与摩登色系软装艺术融合，材料工艺上更显通透轻盈，与场景意境悄然呼应。
The paving pattern of the suspended booth is translated from the Hangzhou oil paper umbrella bone symbol, which is integrated with modern color soft decoration art. The material craftsmanship is more transparent and lightweight, quietly echoing the scene’s artistic conception.
真正的闲适，来自于能与自然静静相处的自由。
日间可独坐观水、阅读冥想，夜晚在柔和的嵌入光中，水面倒映灯火与星空，营造出私密而开放的交谈氛围。
“浮水之境”，以潮形为韵 动静皆为艺于漂浮水院中安放经典自然诗意。
True leisure comes from the freedom to quietly coexist with nature.
During the day, one can sit alone watching the water, reading, meditating; at night, under soft embedded lighting, the water surface reflects lights and starry sky, creating an intimate yet open atmosphere for conversation.
“Realm of Floating Water”，With tidal forms as the rhythm, both movement and stillness are art, placing classic natural poetry within the floating water courtyard.
04 叙澜 | 「曲经穿林」
穿行于林影交叠的曲径在这里，感受自然在脚下温柔呼吸。
04 Conversing with Ripples |「Winding Path Through the Woods」
Winding through paths where forest shadows overlap, here, feel nature breathing gently beneath your feet.
步道一侧引入带状叠水，细水如绢，倒映树影天光。汀步轻盈掠过水面，几步一折，引导行进的方向与节奏，实现”涉水穿林”的沉浸体验。
A ribbon-like cascade is introduced along one side of the path, fine water like silk, reflecting tree shadows and sky light. Stepping stones lightly skim the water surface, turning every few steps, guiding the direction and rhythm of movement, achieving an immersive “wading through water, traversing woods” experience.
“悬浮&链接”，步履于水影之间游走
缓步于水光交织之中，倒影摇曳，意境渐次铺展。浮岛水庭如流动的诗，泛起一场轻盈而细腻的共鸣。
“Suspension & Connection”, Strolling Between Water and Shadows
Wandering leisurely amidst the interplay of water and light, reflections sway gently, unfolding layers of poetic imagery. The floating island’s water courtyard resembles a flowing poem, stirring a delicate and nuanced resonance.
树池与水景采用简洁的几何形态构成，通过撞色金属与黄金丝绸石材收边，赋予场地细腻的现代质感。
The tree pools and water features are composed of simple geometric forms, enhanced with contrasting metals and golden silk stone edging to impart a refined modern texture to the site.以
层叠与悬浮的设计语言回应自然。空间依高差徐徐展开，让景观在错落之间自由生长。
“林隐之隙”，宅间行缓林下风轻拾静谧流光 归心隐绿道。
Responding to nature with the design language of layering and suspension.The space unfolds gradually according to elevation changes, allowing the landscape to grow freely amidst variation.
“Gap Hidden in the Woods”, Walking slowly between residences, breeze light under the trees, picking up quiet flowing light; the heart returns, hidden in the greenway.
05 泊岸 | 「湖滨晴屿」
这一刻时间失去了刻度看天光水色交融，分隔了现实与梦境。
这里没有繁复的装饰，也没有刻意的区隔，让人与风景始终处于对话之中。或浸于池中望天，或倚坐廊下观水，或在浅滩与家人嬉戏。
05 Mooring at the Shore「Sunny Islet by the Lake」
At this moment, time loses its measure; watching sky light and water colors blend, separating reality from dream.
Here, there is no ornate decoration, nor deliberate separation, Keeping people and scenery in constant dialogue. Or immersed in the pool gazing at the sky, Or leaning, sitting under the corridor watching the water, Or playing with family in the shallows.
“松弛&无界”，静谧与生机交织的度假剧场
廊架作为度假动线的”松弛核心”，以极简的架构重新定义休憩场景。干净的水平线条与弧形转角相融合，侧面格栅将光影分割，撞色奢石搭配摩登家具，碰撞出既松弛又精致的度假美学。
“Relaxation & Boundlessness”, A Resort Theater Interwoven with Tranquility and Vitality
As the “relaxed core” of the vacation route, the corridor redefines the resting scene with a minimalist architecture. The clean horizontal lines blend with curved corners, and the side grille divides light and shadow. The contrasting luxury stones are paired with modern furniture, creating a relaxed yet exquisite vacation aesthetic.
无边泳池区采用消隐边界的设计手法，水面与远处景观自然相接，视觉上延伸至天空与林梢，模糊了池与景、内与外的分界。
The infinity pool area employs a design technique of vanishing boundaries. The water surface naturally connects with the distant landscape, visually extending to the sky and treetops, blurring the boundaries between pool and scenery, inside and outside.
所有场景皆融于同一片天光水色之中，将家延伸为一座自由呼吸的无界度假绿洲。在这里，度假不是远行的目的地，而是归家即开启的日常仪式。
All scenes blend into the same expanse of sky light and water color, Extending home into a freely breathing, boundless resort oasis. Here, a vacation is not a distant destination, but a daily ritual that begins upon returning home.
卡座区整体低于泳池水平线，形成被微微环抱、极具安全感和私密性的”容器”空间。摩登复古色系的软装搭配古铜色金属茶几，营造出一种即刻切换至度假状态的松弛感。
The booth area is generally lower than the pool level, forming a “container” space that is slightly surrounded, highly secure, and private. The soft furnishings in modern retro colors paired with antique bronze metal coffee tables create a relaxed feeling that instantly switches to vacation mode.
当你坐在这里时，视线却获得了升起，空间边界与池水无缝衔接，将广阔的天际线与水景作为核心框景。
“浮生之闲”，盛满日光的松弛在摩登里 游弋度假时光。
When you sit here, your gaze rises, seamlessly connecting the spatial boundaries with the pool water, and using the vast skyline and water features as the core frame scenery
“Leisure in a Floating Life”, Relaxation brimming with sunlight, navigating vacation time within modernity.
