魏玛景观：以时光为壤，以繁花为澍，让自然与生活在时光里共生共长。
项目落址上海青浦，坐拥六千年崧泽文化底蕴，兼得长三角一体化门户的发展势能。面向在数字生态时代成长的青年群体，我们聚焦一个核心命题：在公园商业热潮之下，如何将本土深厚文脉，转化为年轻人可感知、可共鸣、愿参与的当代公园商业场景。
公园本身的价值契合当代消费社会的需求：让人暂时休整喘息，拥有充分的自然绿洲，以及容纳各种混合群体穿梭其中的公共性。好的公园商业，是在公园价值与商业价值之间实现动态平衡——在公园里营造商业，在商业里重新营造公共性。
Weimar Group: CHILL WILD CHILL PARK
The project is located in Qingpu, Shanghai, endowed with 6,000 years of Songze cultural heritage and positioned at the gateway of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy. Targeting the youth generation raised in the digital ecosystem era, we focus on a central proposition: amid the rising trend of park commerce, how can we transform profound local cultural heritage into contemporary park commercial scenes that young people can perceive, resonate with, and willingly participate in.
优劣势分析&设计转化
核心优势 Core advantage
1、地块紧邻淀浦河，三面被绿意环抱。无价的淀浦河河景资源与生态绿底，是项目的灵魂所在。
2、商业南侧滨河区现存香樟林带，滨河组团与场地的视线开合关系，为项目提供了优越的天然条件。
核心挑战 Core challenge
1、场地东侧紧邻青浦大道高架，高架净空仅约6.5米，对场地界面造成极大的压迫感，如何化解？
2、人流来向由北至南，商业盒子位于整个大区的最南侧，如何营造界面昭示性、有效导入人流？
3、场地南侧紧邻滨河绿带，该区域标高与场地内标高高差近2米，如何削弱高差、将滨河景观资源充分纳入？
Challenges/difficulties
The site is adjacent to the Dianpu River, embraced by greenery on three sides, with the invaluable river view resources and ecological green base forming the soul of the project. An existing camphor tree belt along the southern riverside commercial zone, combined with the natural visual interplay between the riverside cluster and the site, offers excellent inherent conditions.

基于上述思考，商业盒子以自然河带为幕布、以生活街区为剧本，规划出环环相扣的沉浸式体验序列。设计以公园为原点落笔，将公园生态与商业业态有机叠合，打造全维度公园式商业综合体。其核心亮点在于生态效益与商业价值的动态平衡体系，以及”公园+社交+美食+零售”的复合业态矩阵。
Design Resolution
Based on the above vision, the commercial complex takes the natural riverside as its backdrop and the lifestyle district as its script, orchestrating an interconnected immersive experience sequence. The design originates from the park, organically integrating park ecology with commercial functions to create a comprehensive park-oriented commercial complex. Its core highlights lie in the dynamic equilibrium system between ecological benefits and commercial value, as well as the hybrid format matrix of “Park + Social + Dining + Retail.”

“时光新澍”，意为时光如雨露，滋养万物新生。恰如项目在淀浦河畔这片土地上，以景观为媒，让传统生态、现代生活与年轻活力共生共长。我们将公园商业景观梳理为五大分区，由“街角昭示-商业街区-落客水景-滨河街区-滨河绿岸构成”，每一区都对应一段时光里的“新生”，串联起全龄段的理想生活。
Design Visualization
“Shiguang Xinshu” signifies time as nourishing rain and dew, fostering the rebirth of all things. Much like this project on the banks of the Dianpu River, it uses landscape as a medium to cultivate the symbiotic growth of traditional ecology, modern living, and youthful vitality. We have structured the park commerce landscape into five distinct zones—Street Corner Landmark, Commercial Street, Arrival Water Feature, Riverside Promenade, and Riverside Green Belt—each representing a “new birth” in the passage of time, weaving together an ideal lifestyle for all ages.
澍芽 · 城市超级符号
城市界面以”新芽破土”为灵感，”TIME PLAZA”超级符号结合灯光形成视觉焦点，营造从城市到社区的仪式感过渡。高低错落的飘板取代传统精神堡垒，构成城市公共驿站超级符号；木质连廊如枝脉向内舒展，廊顶层层挑出、叠级，动势强烈。廊下灰白铺装以水平线条延展，强化时光质感与空间引导性。
Urban Public Pavilion
The urban interface draws inspiration from “new shoots breaking through the soil.” The “TIME PLAZA” super-symbol, illuminated by integrated lighting, creates a visual focal point that orchestrates a ceremonial transition from the city into the community. Cascading floating panels replace the conventional monumental gateway, forming an urban public pavilion. Wooden corridors unfurl inward like branching veins, with canopies stepping outward in layered, dynamic gestures. Beneath the corridor, gray-white paving extends through horizontal lines, amplifying the texture of time and reinforcing spatial wayfinding.

澍影 · 商业线性引导
我们以”慢行漫游”为核心设计目标，强化街区的体验感与松弛感。地面以清晰条形砖缝勾勒肌理，强化线性引导，既呼应入口叶脉主题，又通过规整质感提升空间品质。两侧花境以自然式组团种植，营造野趣氛围。
同时植入带喷水设施的浅灰色条形座凳，采用低压涌泉设计，水流轻柔溢出，既为空间增添灵动气息，又能调节局部微气候，丛花灌控制在0.3-1.2米高度，形成“硬肌理+软花境”的层次对比，实现“赏景+休憩+亲水”三重功能。
Commercial Linear Guidance
With “slow strolling and leisurely wandering” as the core design objective, we enhance the experiential quality and sense of relaxation within the streetscape. The ground is articulated with crisp linear brick joints that reinforce directional guidance, echoing the leaf-vein motif at the entrance while elevating spatial refinement through its orderly texture. Flanking flower borders are composed in naturalistic groupings, cultivating an atmosphere of pastoral charm.

潮生 · 时光跳跃的活力
居于空间中央的水景环岛，以优雅的弧形线条围合出圆形水域，其边缘铺装精雕花瓣纹路，从空中俯瞰，宛若一朵完整绽放的花朵，精准点题“时光新澍”。
Vibrant Center
The water feature island located in the center of the space encloses a circular water area with elegant arc-shaped lines. Its edge is paved with elaborately carved petal patterns. When viewed from the air, it looks like a fully blooming flower, precisely highlighting the theme of “New Flow of Time”.

环岛水景匠心独运，采用分层设计。外圈以一圈低压涌泉轻柔环绕，水流温和溢出，与座凳喷泉形成灵动对话。水流继而沿着花瓣纹理铺装缓缓漫流，营造出“花映流水”的诗意氛围。
当夜色降临，灯光倒映于粼粼水面，不仅点亮了商业活力，更强化了花瓣主题的视觉记忆，延续了整体的光影叙事，由此自然过渡至“澍语栖居”的静谧场景。
The circular water feature is crafted with meticulous artistry through a layered design. The outer ring is gently encircled by a band of low-pressure bubbling springs, where water softly overflows, engaging in a lively dialogue with the fountain-integrated benches. The flow then meanders slowly along the petal-textured paving, evoking a poetic atmosphere of “flowers mirrored in flowing water.”
栖屿 · 滨河休闲区
街区内以温暖的「木质松弛」为基调，木座凳与模块化外摆构成亲人的尺度。层级错落的平台为人们提供了良好的放空场所，满足青年群体对轻松氛围与松弛感的需求。人们可以面朝河景静坐，在咖啡香气与自然白噪音中，获得繁华水岸旁难得的身心松弛。
Multifaceted Recreation
The streetscape is anchored by a warm “wooden relaxation” tone, where timber benches and modular outdoor seating establish an intimate human scale. Terraced platforms at varying levels offer ideal spaces for unwinding, catering to the youthful desire for an easygoing atmosphere and sense of release. Facing the river view, visitors can simply let go—soaking in the aroma of coffee and the natural white noise of the water, finding a rare moment of physical and mental ease along this bustling waterfront.

绿岸 · 岸线慢生活
我们充分利用场地2米竖向高差，以”层级享景、静享河风”为设计核心，将淀浦河的自然肌理引入场地，打造兼具参与感、生态感与”可躺平”松弛感的滨河体验区。
设计保留原生河岸肌理及现状林带，通过缓坡草坪与低界处理，让淀浦河的水光绿意自然漫入商业空间，形成视觉与体验的持续延伸，沿河草坪空间点缀着低矮的露营帐篷，宛如从草地生长出的休憩岛屿，将河畔风光转化为可沉浸体验的松弛场景。
Multifaceted Recreation
The design preserves the native riverbank texture and existing tree belt, introducing the shimmering water and verdant greenery of the Dianpu River into the commercial space through gently sloping lawns and low-profile interventions. This creates a continuous extension of both sightlines and experiential depth. Scattered across the riverside lawn, low-lying camping tents emerge like restful islands grown from the grass itself, transforming the riverside scenery into an immersive, laid-back experience.

CHILL WILD CHILL PARK
公园下的商业，不止于休闲，更是一处无界的趣味场域——远离内卷，拥抱松弛的原野。 当景观不再是沉默的背景，而是生长为商业的骨架与灵魂，这便是自然松弛的长期价值：让商业、环境与人，真正共生。以匠心为笔，以精工为墨，重启时光，书写一段关于生活的理想叙事。
When the landscape is no longer merely a backdrop but becomes the framework and soul of business, this is the long-term value of natural relaxation, enabling true symbiosis among business, the environment and people.
