Sanitas Studio ：设计团队借鉴了Baan San Kraam的设计理念，该销售中心可以说是对整个景观设计理念的完整诠释，设计风格与海滨景观设计理念相吻合。该项目景观的设计完全以抽象波浪类型设计学的理念为参照，从海滩的设计到项目入口的设计都透出波浪类型设计学的痕迹。从该项目的主要设计思想来看，该景观意在利用海浪波形的形式，并在尺寸上，使之尽量与景观设计形式三相和谐。雕刻的座位区从海岸线开始延展，座位的高度和形态多种多样。随着座位区与景观建筑间的距离越来越近，雕刻座位区的外形轮廓也渐渐变得柔缓。该雕刻而成的景观可以用来举行各种活动仪式，同时也在销售画廊和海岸线，人造景观和自然景观之间创建了一种连接关系。场地内有几棵大树，枝叶繁茂，可供人们在此乘凉，与此同时，树叶的影子投射到人身上，响应了时下“人与自然合二为一”的倡导理念。
Sanitas Studio ：Drawing from the main concept of Baan San Kraam, the sales gallery would be the illustration of overall landscape concept and render the right atmosphere of the nautical concept.The landscape design was in a repetition of the abstract wave typology, which were continued from the beach to the entrance. From the main concept, we study the form of sea wave and develop it in the landscape form three dimensionally. The sculptural seatings were continued from the beach line, which varied in height and form. The profile of the sculptural seatings were gradually calmer and gentle nearer to the building.The sculptural landscape would be used as event space and a connection between the Sales gallery and the water front, between the man made and the nature. And the site are grateful with the shade provided by mature existing trees, which cast the silhouette of nature on the man – interpretation of nature.
从主要概念出发，研究了海浪的形态，并将其发展为三维的景观形态。雕塑式的坐垫继续从海滩线，这在高度和形式上是不同的。雕塑座椅的轮廓在靠近建筑物的地方渐渐平静下来。
Starting from the main concepts, the morphology of ocean waves was studied and developed into a three-dimensional landscape form. Sculptural cushions continue to follow the beach line, which is different in height and form. The outline of the sculptured seat gradually calmed down near the building.
