laND30：Casa blanca 城市化景观设计项目位于马德里波苏埃洛-德阿拉尔孔，该项目与 168 个住宅单元和 5 公顷的景观户外空间共同开发，旨在为住宅区的所有居民创造一个休闲娱乐的设施和空间。
laND30: The landscape architecture project for the Casablanca Urbanisation in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid was carried out in a development of 168 homes with 5 hectares of landscaped outdoor spaces. The landscaping project seeks to create a framework and space for leisure and recreation for all the inhabitants of the development.
项目基于生态优先的理念，通过设计将来自家庭的灰水引入湖泊，而后用于灌溉，湖泊除了充当生物过滤器，还连接了景观。
景观设计项目由贯穿整个地块的大型湖泊组成。设计环绕湖泊种植了大片多年生植物和草地，并种植了产生动态变换的各种树木。
The project is based on an ecological premise, whereby the grey water from the homes is used for irrigation after being channelled to the lakes which, in addition to acting as biofilters, articulate the landscape.
The landscaping project is made up of large lakes that run throughout the plot. Around the lakes, large patches of perennials and grasses have been planted, as well as a variety of trees that generate a dynamic space.

While the design and materials unify the project area, the meandering paths that run along it provide variety and allow the garden to be enjoyed in different locations: sunny areas, shaded areas, open or more exposed areas and intimate and protected areas.
