日清景观：和园位于南通紫琅湖畔，以仅 1.01 的容积率打造纯粹低密社区。拥有“城市新中心”与“一线临景”两大稀缺资源的加持，面向南通顶层人群。基于“好山好水”的绝佳地块，我们引用南通人李渔的思想——“主张以适中、适性为原则，以生活之乐为目的进行设计”，通过更加纯粹的设计去完成在当代的一些演绎与表达，把生活的理解寄托于山水，寄托于庭院，寄托于生活方式，不跃于城市之上，隐于湖景之中。

Lacime Architects：Heyuan is located on the banks of Zilang Lake in Nantong, creating a pure low-density community with a plot ratio of only 1.01. With the support of two scarce resources, the “New City Center” and the “Frontline Scenery”, targeting the top-level population in Nantong. Based on the excellent plot of “good mountains and good waters”, we quote the idea of Li Yu, a native of Nantong – “advocating design based on moderation and suitability, with the purpose of enjoying life”. Through more pure design, we aim to achieve contemporary interpretation and expression, placing the understanding of life in mountains and waters, courtyards, and lifestyles, not jumping above the city, but hidden in the lake scenery.

01 入口 | entrance

让现代更现代，让自然更自然。

入口景墙是和园的开场白，亦是场地的缩影，通过两种肌理的对比强调精工与质朴、现代与自然的对话，在碰撞与融合中传递对于和园的设计态度。

Make modernity more modern, make nature more natural，The entrance landscape wall is the opening statement of Heyuan and a microcosm of the site. Through the contrast of two textures, it emphasizes the dialogue between precision and simplicity, modernity and nature, and conveys the design attitude towards Heyuan through collision and integration.

02入园归家 |entrance

一条山感夹道，把人瞬间从城市中抽离，推送到安静平和的场域。

行进，两侧选用具有体量感时间感的近百年香樟护送归家，地形堆至2m，收紧视线，结合置石营造被自然包裹的情绪体验。中层植物选用山感杂木，让它们自然生长，保持最自由、最放松的状态。

途中又不乏一些穿针引线的精致点缀，把细节融入到很亲人但又不经意的节点中，让整体空间在自然松弛的基调中，依然感受得到精工的品质。

A mountain like path separates people instantly from the city and pushes them into a quiet and peaceful area。Moving forward, select nearly century old camphor trees with a sense of volume and time on both sides to escort home. The terrain is piled up to 2 meters, tighten the line of sight, and combine stone placement to create an emotional experience enveloped by nature. Middle level plants are selected from mountainous mixed wood, allowing them to grow naturally and maintain the most free and relaxed state.

Along the way, there are also some exquisite embellishments that incorporate details into intimate yet unintentional nodes, allowing the overall space to still feel the quality of craftsmanship in a natural and relaxed tone.

03 场域的平和感 | The sense of stability in the field

一种抵达的安定，在雨棚下优雅落客，业主从容归家。

转入到前场空间，豁然开朗，公园的景观引入场地，厚重的石墙形成画面厚重且有力量的基底关系，借用高差，屏蔽外部的视线同时保证内部的景观视野，让树梢成为画面的背景板。

A sense of stability upon arrival, elegantly dropping off guests under the canopy, and homeowners returning home calmly.

Turning into the front space, the scenery of the park suddenly opens up, and the thick stone walls form a strong and powerful foundation for the image. By using the height difference, the external view is blocked while ensuring the internal landscape view, making the treetops the background board of the image.

门海放置三口古法铸造的铜罐代表“天时，地利，人和”。

三口铜铸古缸，用的是最传统的铸铜工艺，可以追溯到商周时期。从泥坯塑形到熔铜浇铸，每一步都是匠心制作。它们不仅是一件艺术品，更像是一件值得珍藏匠心的老物件，承载时间的厚重感。

Three copper casting ancient jars, using the most traditional copper casting process, can be traced back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties. From shaping clay to casting molten copper, every step is meticulously crafted. They are not just works of art, but more like old objects worth cherishing with ingenuity, carrying the weight of time.

04 意趣闲庭 |Fun Leisure Court

利用灰空间将室内行为自由的蔓延到室外，形成与自然的对话，通过厚重匍匐的檐口与堆叠山感的地形，形成挤压、穿插的空间状态，只为营造绿意的扑面而来。

Using grey space to spread indoor behavior freely to the outside, forming a dialogue with nature. Through the thick and crawling eaves and stacked mountain like terrain, a squeezed and interwoven spatial state is formed, just to create a lush greenery.

对于低密产品，铺装成了空间里的主线。当手工感、时间感的肌理充斥空间，就会给人带来时间放缓的平和与宁静。

For low-density products, paving has become the main line in the space. When the texture of craftsmanship and time fills the space, it brings a sense of peace and tranquility with the slowing down of time.

和园的设计初衷去展示性、装饰化、去浮华、强调中正平和、强调自然原生、强调时间感、强调质朴、强调厚重、强调工艺。

自然之上，中正平和“自然”意指不刻意不留痕迹的原生感，“之上”则是现代、纯粹、精致，以及更当代的生活方式，与“中正”的人们建立情感的链接，从而收获那份属于你的“平和”感。

The original intention of Heyuan’s design is to showcase, decorate, remove extravagance, emphasize harmony, emphasize natural origin, emphasize a sense of time, emphasize simplicity, emphasize heaviness, and emphasize craftsmanship.

Above nature, Zhongzheng Pinghe “means a natural feeling without deliberate traces, while” above “refers to a modern, pure, exquisite, and more contemporary way of life, establishing emotional connections with” Zhongzheng “people and gaining that sense of” peace “that belongs to you.
