魏玛景观：郑州的根，在管城。三千六百年前，商代王城在此奠基，开启这座城市绵延至今的文明序章。招商臻境所在的金二环，正是这片厚土的核心腹地——脚下是层层叠压的文明年轮，眼前是车水马龙的当代繁华。

我们试图在设计的起点回应这片土地的馈赠。以约110米超长界面作为社区与城市的边界——不过分张扬，却足够笃定；以水的流动、石的质感、树的姿态，在都市密度中辟出一方可以呼吸的院落。老上海花园的精致松弛，被置入郑州的城市肌理，不是对传统的复刻，而是做出属于这个时代的回答。

Weimar Group: Stretching approximately 110 meters as the boundary between community and city—neither ostentatious nor timid, but quietly assured. Through flowing water, textured stone, and the poised presence of trees, a breathing courtyard is carved from urban density. The refined nonchalance of old Shanghai gardens is transplanted into Zhengzhou’s urban fabric—not as replication of tradition, but as an answer distinctly of our time.

PART 1·摩登界面

入口空间整体界面恢弘而克制，以海派特有的精致内敛铺展社区的尊崇气质，更以海派摩登美学为笔，将老上海的精致格调凝练成归家的第一重礼遇。

项目约 110 米超长界面宛如一座现代艺术馆，铺展成恢弘的归家序章。安哥拉黑的沉稳、老虎玉奢石的温润与月光米黄大理石的细腻在此对话，将海派“精致内敛”的审美语言转化为可触可感的高级质感。环岛落客区复刻老洋房式的优雅停驻，让人们在此完成从城市喧嚣到家园静谧的情绪转换。

MODERN INTERFACE

The overall interface is grand yet restrained, unfolding the community’s dignified temperament with the refined understatedness unique to the Shanghai style. With the brush of Haipai modern aesthetics, the exquisite sophistication of old Shanghai is distilled into the first gesture of homecoming.

The project’s approximately 110 meter long interface unfolds like a modern art gallery, composing a grand overture of homecoming. The circular drop off area recreates the elegant pause of old lane house porte cochères, allowing residents to complete the emotional transition from the clamor of the city to the tranquility of home.

中心水景以双层嵌套的流线型轮廓勾勒水畔，米白色石材压顶如优雅裙边，呼应着建筑柱廊的古典线条。转角景墙特色弧形石材卷边如丝绸褶皱，化作温润舒展的临街立面，搭配绿篱球序列，为硬朗的城市界面注入自然呼吸感。

The distinctive curved stone roll edge of the corner feature wall undulates like silk folds, transforming into a warm and graceful street-facing façade. Paired with a rhythmic sequence of boxwood spheres, it breathes natural softness into the rigid urban interface.

PART 2·泊光廊庭

依托“水为镜、林为框、庭为心”的海派造园逻辑，构建了从入口到社区内部的递进式景观叙事。

LIGHT MOORING COURT

Drawing upon the Haipai garden-making logic of “water as mirror, forest as frame, courtyard as heart,” a progressive landscape narrative is constructed from the entrance deep into the community interior.

疏为穹，叠水为幕，当阳光穿过枝叶，在水面与地面漾开斑驳光影，便晕染出 “林下听水” 的松弛意境。

Sparse canopies form the vault, layered waters become the curtain. When sunlight filters through the branches and leaves, scattering mottled light and shadow across the water and ground, it diffuses into the relaxed, unhurried mood of “listening to water beneath the trees.”

水院以无边界镜面水庭为基底，将亭廊的优雅弧度与疏林树阵的自然轮廓完整倒映，复刻老上海洋房“水中观园”的意境。三面连接的围合式连廊形成天然画框，强化空间仪式感与领域感。

The water courtyard takes the boundless mirrored water terrace as its foundation, reflecting in full the elegant arcs of the pavilions and corridors, and the natural silhouettes of the sparse tree array, recreating the mood of “viewing the garden from within the water” found in old Shanghai villas. The three-sided, enclosed connecting corridor forms a natural picture frame, intensifying the spatial sense of ceremony and territoriality.

PART 3·无界水殿

中央会客厅以花瓣元素演绎，顶部如花瓣褶皱般轻盈舒展。亭廊内部透光石顶与温润石材打造轻社交场景，让景观从“可观赏”升级为“可停留、可对话”的全体验空间。

THE BOUNDLESS WATER PAVILION

The central clubhouse is conceived through the motif of petals, its canopy unfolding with the lightness of a blossom’s folds. Inside the pavilion corridor, translucent stone ceilings and warm-toned surfaces craft an intimate setting for light social encounters, elevating the landscape from mere visual spectacle to a fully experiential space where one may linger and converse.

在建筑围合的静谧天地里，一方森境水庭隐于都会核心。环形的柱廊围合出半开放的亭阁，米白色的石材在光影中温润如玉。无界水殿，将建筑的优雅弧度与疏林树影完整收纳，模糊了天与地、内与外的边界。这里，是喧嚣都市中一处可以停驻、可以呼吸的绿屿。

Within the serene realm enclosed by architecture, a forested water courtyard lies hidden at the heart of the metropolis. A ring of colonnades frames a semi-open pavilion, its cream-white stone glowing with jade-like warmth in the shifting light.

PART 4·森系绿洲

造型乔木自水岸舒展枝桠，织就一片天然森系林冠。层叠的圆润灌木沿水际错落铺陈，低饱和花境与置石、沙砾相融，晕染出野而不乱的流动绿毯。

下沉式的庭台隐于林下，两张躺椅对坐，水面如镜，倒映着枝叶的婆娑与建筑的温厚。光影在此间静静流淌，复刻出老上海洋房花园里那份从容的松弛。

A FOREST OASIS

Sculptural trees stretch their branches from the water’s edge, weaving a natural canopy that fragments sunlight into scattered patches across the terrace.

Layered, rounded shrubs cascade along the shoreline in measured rhythm, while muted-toned flower beds merge with placed stones and gravel into a flowing green tapestry, wild yet composed. The sunken terrace nestles beneath the trees, two lounge chairs facing each other across water still as a mirror, reflecting the sway of branches and the warmth of architecture.

多层级台地沿下沉庭院徐徐展开，定制化的弧形花池如大地褶皱般嵌套，以柔和的曲线消解了空间的硬朗边界。跌水沿石阶潺韵而下，水声在围合的庭院中低回，柔化了建筑的冷峻轮廓，为这方沉于地下的绿屿注入流动的呼吸与时间的韵律。

Cascading water murmurs down the stone steps, its sound lingering within the enclosed courtyard, tempering the architecture’s austere silhouette and infusing this subterranean green isle with a flowing breath and the cadence of time.

花瓣穹顶下，光影流转；镜面水庭中，天地交融。

当跌水潺潺漫过弧形石阶，当林冠的碎影洒落庭台，一方可以呼吸、可以停驻、可以对话的森境水庭，便在都市的喧嚣中悄然生长。这里是都会的静谧之心，也是归家的森境栖居。海派臻境，序章已启。

As cascading water murmurs over curved stone steps, and dappled light filters through the canopy onto the terrace, a forested water courtyard where one may breathe, linger, and converse quietly takes root amid the city’s clamor. Here lies the serene heart of the metropolis, and the sylvan dwelling of homecoming. Shanghai elegance. The prologue begins.
