MUSUN LANDSCAPE：Greentown · Cloud Villa | Golden Realm, Elegant Mansion
Embracing the purple essence and golden realm, the Cloud Villa is a sanctuary of poetic dwelling.
Guided by the spiritual core of “Shanghai Style Aesthetics,” it seamlessly integrates Eastern elegance with Western flair, creating a poetic sanctuary that combines a sense of ritual, refined taste, and cultural identity.
打造一个层层递进的立体花园。通过立体花园的层层递进、流动艺术水景的沉浸相伴，以及“巧于因借，精在体宜”的古典造园智慧，将紫气东来的尊贵传承与当代高奢生活体验细腻交织。
A multi-tiered, three-dimensional garden is crafted here. Through the progressive layering of the立体花园 (three-dimensional garden), the immersive accompaniment of flowing art waterscapes, and the classical garden-making wisdom of “borrowing and adapting with precision,” the noble heritage of “purple aura from the east” is delicately intertwined with contemporary high-end luxury living. Where trees stand guard and mountains and waters offer companionship, Eastern spirit and Western realm unite, nurturing a harmonious blend of elegance and luxury.

A perfect interpretation of the fusion between Shanghai-style light luxury and natural elegance. Every space is meticulously carved to create a complete experiential loop from the urban interface to the private courtyard.
紫宸庭
【尊崇迎宾&紫金玉韵】
开篇迎宾，2.6米金镶玉紫荆花雕塑凌波而立，两侧夹道水景与千万级大门相映生辉，雕塑线条刚柔相济，浑然天成，象征着“金玉满堂”的吉祥寓意。这既是对中华“以玉载德”文化的现代诠释，亦成为场所精神的不朽图腾–宛如君子之坚守，卓然而立。似时代之烙印，镌刻永恒。
两侧夹道水景与千万级大门相映生辉，2.6米汉白玉金镶玉紫荆花雕塑，凌波而立,置于宝格丽黑色奢石水台之上，营造“金玉满堂、家宅永安”的迎宾气场。
Zichen Court (Purple Court)
[Auspicious Welcome & Purple Gold Jade Charm]
The journey begins with a grand welcome. A 2.6-meter gold-inlaid jade bauhinia sculpture stands gracefully above the water, flanked by water features along the walkway and a multi-million-dollar main gate. The sculpture’s lines are a perfect blend of strength and softness, symbolizing the auspicious meaning of “a house filled with gold and jade.” This is a modern interpretation of the traditional Chinese culture of “jade embodying virtue,” serving as an enduring totem of the site’s spirit—standing tall like a noble gentleman, and etched as an indelible mark of the era.
紫薇庭
【下沉庭院秘境】
在这方下沉庭院中，采用数百吨中国黑原石营造自然肌理，叠瀑飞流摹写自然山川的脊梁，取”山水聚气”之势，瀑流声声似金玉落盘，暗合”财源广进”，半世纪茶梅盘根而立，既是”岁寒独秀”的君子风骨，更喻示家族基业的长青传承，水面步道如游龙穿雾，行走其间恰似”平步青云”，每一步都迈向更高人生境界。
瀑前闲坐，听石语金声。叠瀑飞流摹写山川脊梁，数百吨中国黑原石营造自然肌理，金色流淌的会客空间让下沉庭院的每一席对话，都镀上雅奢的温度，游龙穿雾，取“山水聚气”之势。
Ziwei Court
[The Sunken Courtyard Sanctuary]
In this sunken courtyard, hundreds of tons of Chinese black rough stones create a natural texture, while cascading waterfalls mimic the spine of natural mountains and rivers, embodying the momentum of “gathering qi from mountains and water.” The sound of the falling water is like gold and jade striking a plate, subtly echoing the blessing of “boundless wealth.” A half-century-old camellia stands with intertwined roots, symbolizing the noble character of “standing alone in the cold winter” and the evergreen inheritance of the family’s legacy. The water walkway winds through the mist like a swimming dragon; walking upon it is akin to “ascending step by step to higher realms of life.”
琅轩亭
【廊亭雅集】
拾级而上，象征”平步青云”的进阶之路，每一步皆向理想生活登临，廊架与大堂气韵相承，构成天地对话的礼序空间。亭上设云石挂落，透过玉石挂落疏密有致的格栅望去，其后的园林景致一-无论是苍翠的孤植乔木、氤氲的水景，还是静默的景石，皆被巧妙“取景”与“框镜”。
云石挂落如月华轻悬，单椅闲坐，廊下奢和，光影在石纹间流淌，既藏东方围合之礼，又纳西方社交之雅，形成“众星拱月”的待客之境。
Langxuan Pavilion
[Elegant Gathering in the Corridor]
Ascending the steps symbolizes the path of “rising to prominence,” with each step bringing you closer to an ideal life. The corridor echoes the grandeur of the main lobby, forming a ritual space for dialogue between heaven and earth. Cloud-stone pendants are set on the pavilion; looking through the dense and sparse grilles of the jade pendants, the garden scenery behind—whether the lush solitary trees, the misty waterscapes, or the silent landscape stones—is cleverly “framed” and “captured.”
庐影轩
【社交会客厅】
一方下沉式卡座静卧水央，取”聚宝盆”之势，水面灯影璀璨，象征财富与机遇在此流转汇聚，如璞玉沉浮于镜泊。环绕的水景以柔波为界，水面缀以星芒般的水景灯，以动态光影演绎”上善若水”的智慧，让每一次小憩都成为与自然的对话。
下沉式卡座静卧水央，取“聚宝盆”之势，环绕水景以柔波为界，演绎“上善若水”的东方智慧。
Luying Xuan (Mansion Shadow Studio)
[Social Lounge]
A sunken booth rests quietly in the center of the water, taking the shape of a “treasure bowl.” The shimmering lights on the water symbolize the flow and gathering of wealth and opportunities, like unpolished jade floating on a mirror-like lake.
The surrounding waterscape is bounded by gentle ripples, dotted with star-like water lights that dynamically interpret the Eastern wisdom of “the highest excellence is like water,” making every moment of rest a dialogue with nature.
枕霞廊
【流光溢彩的过渡空间】
连廊格栅以项目精神符号为灵感，幻化为云纹双层垂帘，轻盈垂落间，光影流转如烟霞穿廊，寓意“祥云纳福”，承载东方美学的灵动与诗意。侧畔三尊水钵静置，造型油橄榄苍劲挺拔，象征“三生万物”，以自然之姿演绎生生不息的永恒意境。
云纹垂帘写意吉祥，水钵绿植隐喻丰饶，立柱采用弧形贝金米黄石材镶嵌维多利亚绿，赋予空间“行走的艺术盛宴”之体验。
Zhenxia Corridor
[A Radiant Transitional Space]
Inspired by the project’s spiritual symbols, the lattice of the corridor transforms into double-layered cloud-patterned curtains. As they hang gracefully, light and shadow flow through like rosy clouds, symbolizing “auspicious clouds bringing blessings,” carrying the agility and poetry of Eastern aesthetics.
Beside it sit three water basins, accompanied by robust olive trees symbolizing “the generation of all things from three,” interpreting the eternal realm of endless vitality through their natural posture.
宸游里
【法式浪漫水巷】
漫步于绿篱夹道的水巷和仪式树阵之间，聆听叠水潺潺，感受浪漫与东方意境的完美融合，当斜阳透过叶隙，在水面洒下碎金，每一步都仿佛踏在东西文明交汇的琴键上。此间非止景观，更是一场”东意西境”的生活仪式。
光影洒金，水声潺潺，每一步皆如踏在东西文明交汇的琴键之上，诠释“东意西境”的生活仪式。
Chanyou Lane
[French Romantic Water Alley]
Stroll through the water alley flanked by green hedges and ceremonial tree arrays, listening to the murmuring of cascading water and feeling the perfect blend of romance and Eastern artistic conception. As the slanting sun casts golden fragments on the water through the leaves, every step feels like playing the keys of a piano where Eastern and Western civilizations meet.
This is more than just a landscape; it is a ritual of life that embodies the “Eastern Spirit, Western Realm.”

景墙弧形曲线像一道温柔的手势，在笔直的庭院中画下一个柔软的停顿，把天光与树影都收进它的怀抱。坐下的时候，水声变轻了，水声穿过石头，鲤鱼游进红果的倒影里。

[Modern Chic & Natural Oriental]
The curved lines of the landscape wall are like a gentle gesture, drawing a soft pause in the straight courtyard, embracing both the skylight and the tree shadows. As you sit down, the sound of water softens; it flows through the stones, and the koi fish swim into the reflection of the red fruits.
