当代与传统的共融，是以现代的表达方式重塑传统生活意趣，是将老北京的悠闲生活追求，融入景观空间。项目以姚家花园为蓝本，重现《京华烟云》王府园林，再现北平文化的细节与华贵。
The integration of contemporary spirit and tradition lies in reshaping the charm of traditional lifestyles through modern design language. It infuses the leisurely living ethos of old Beijing into the landscape spaces.
Taking Yaojia Garden as its prototype, the project recreates the princely gardens depicted in Moment in Peking, reviving the delicate details and magnificence of Peiping culture.
京华门 Jinghua Gate
门启佳境，望览京华。内收园韵，外揽城峰。
The gate opens onto an exquisite realm, commanding a view of the capital grandeur. Within lies the grace of gardens; beyond lies the skyline of the metropolis.
萃取林语堂故居的红砖元素，塑造京华风韵门庭，承载百年书香底蕴。
Drawing inspiration from the red-brick elements of Lin Yutang’s former residence, it crafts a gateway imbued with old Peking’s charm, carrying forward a century-old scholarly legacy.
红砖承韵，门钹立新，沉淀项目专属的在地设计语汇。
Red bricks inherit timeless charm; door knockers reinterpret tradition for a new era. The design crystallizes a site-specific design vocabulary exclusive to the project.
承袭王府回廊形制，层层递进的空间礼序，沉淀出厚重的时光质感。
Adopting the corridor layout of princely mansions, the space unfolds in successive layers with a ceremonial sequence, evoking a profound texture of time.
定制镂空金属垂帘，让光影描摹项目符号，静态廊道演绎动态美学。
Custom hollowed-out metal hanging curtains cast light and shadow to define the project’s signature motif. The static corridors interpret dynamic aesthetics.
茶语闲庭 Tea Chat Courtyard
一庭清韵，茶观自然。年光柳色，池泛云华。
A courtyard imbued with serene grace; sip tea and behold nature’s tranquil beauty. Time drifts amid willow hues; cloud-glow ripples on the pond.
传承竹编非遗技艺，打造荷叶异形艺术廊架。
翠荷浮于碧水，舒卷之间，掀开清和自然的生活雅境。
Drawing on the intangible-heritage craftsmanship of bamboo weaving, the design creates an irregular lotus-leaf-shaped artistic pergola.
Green lotus pads rest upon emerald waters; unfurling and curling, they unveil an elegant dwelling embraced by gentle nature.
下沉卡座与圆形水景相融共生，流水潺潺、绿意环绕，人被自然温柔地环抱。
Sunken seating nooks blend harmoniously with the circular water feature. Gurgling running water and lush greenery surround the space, enveloping visitors in nature’s gentle embrace.
坐望秋林 Sitting & Gazing in the Autumn Grove
茶叙幽庭，静纳清欢。闲坐以观林，凭望纳秋意。
Share tea in the secluded courtyard, and quietly savour simple bliss. Sit leisurely to gaze upon the woods and lean back and embrace the breath of autumn.
打造跌水空间，将自然山水之趣收纳园中；
柏坡黄饰面景观桥跨水而建，感受林下漫步、山水相伴的悠然诗意。
Tiered water features are created to capture the charm of natural mountains and streams within the garden.
The landscape bridge clad in Baipo Yellow stone spans across the water, offering serene poetic delights of wandering beneath trees amid mountains and waters.
树语童心 Tree Whispers & Childlike Joy
林叙清响，木润童心。树影低语，稚趣自生。
The woods murmur with gentle sounds; green trees nurture childlike innocence. Shadows whisper among the boughs, and pure joy arises of its own accord.
立足菁英成长需求，融合大地艺术的自然教育理念，以林木、光影、清风为媒介，为孩童预留纯粹的自然探索天地。
Catering to the developmental needs of young talents, the design embraces the philosophy of nature education rooted in land art. Taking woods, light and shadow, and gentle breeze as its media, it reserves a pristine natural playground for children to explore freely.
循东方造园雅韵，融京华人文底蕴。项目践行林语堂生活理念，重构兼具风雅质感与松弛温度的当代府园生活。让闲适重归于生活，于此宅院方寸之间，尽数归藏于当代人居的日常烟火。
Following the elegant aesthetics of classical Oriental garden-making and embracing the profound humanistic heritage of the capital, the project upholds Lin Yutang’s philosophy of life, rebuilding a contemporary manor lifestyle that combines refined grace with relaxed warmth. It restores leisurely ease to daily life. Within every inch of this courtyard residence, the charm of modern dwelling blends perfectly with everyday earthly joys.
书香门第，不在声喧，而在石能语，树有魂园纳古今，宅承清芬。愿君驻足栖此院，静阅岁月绵长芳华。
