MIND STUDIO: Puyi Qujiang in Xi’an is the debut project of Jinmao’s Puyi series. Xi’an’s cultural heritage and abundant natural resources lend the city a distinctive charm. Drawing from these natural and cultural elements, the design aims to reflect an enriched living experience through the simplicity of nature, creating a refined, tranquil, and meaningful residential environment.
西安璞逸曲江，是金茂璞系产品的首发项目。深厚的文化积淀和丰富的自然资源使得西安这座城市的景观独具韵味。设计汲取了这座城市的自然与文化特质，力求通过景观的呈现以自然之拙朴映射出内心丰盈的居住体验，创造出一个精致、沉静且具有深度的居住环境。

设计之初我们便思考：看过世界的人所期许的院子是什么样的？恢弘华丽的造景或许是一种 解题方式，然而我们更希望景观于此——是带着自然的拙朴，以未经雕琢的山石、野生植物 和原生水景呈现，呈现出一种简约纯粹的美感；而在这质朴的背后，却蕴藏着极致的居住体验，细腻的空间布局与设定，带来心灵的疗愈与感官的舒适，形成一种既返璞归真又无微不至的生活状态。
From the beginning of the design process, we considered: What kind of courtyard would appeal to those with a deep understanding of the world? Grand and elaborate landscaping could be one approach, but we envisioned something more natural and understated. By using uncarved stones, wild plants, and native water features, we aimed to create a sense of simple and pure beauty. Behind this simplicity lies an exceptional living experience—meticulous spatial planning and thoughtful details provide a sense of healing and sensory comfort, fostering a lifestyle that is both authentic and attentive.
▽对比强烈而和谐，生长在自然里的精致生活
项目的示范区主体景观是一个四周环绕会所的面积不到800㎡的下沉庭院，设计师采用了一种特别的手法，把原本就不大的庭院一切为四，分成四个院子，中间用回廊串联，形成游园式沉浸体验空间。每个院落之间通过精致的回廊相互连接，既保持了各自的独立性，又在视觉和感官上形成了一个整体的空间序列。
The main landscape of the demonstration area features a sunken courtyard of less than 800 square meters, surrounded by club facilities. The designer took an unconventional approach, dividing the compact courtyard into four smaller sections, linked by corridors, providing an immersive garden-like experience. Each courtyard is connected by refined corridors, preserving their individuality while establishing a cohesive spatial sequence both visually and experientially.

通过回廊的设计，不仅提供了流畅的空间过渡，也模糊了 室内与室外的界限，营造出一种无缝连接的空间体验，充分体现了“室内外无界”的设计理念。
The corridor design not only provides a smooth spatial transition but also blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas, forming a seamless experience that embodies the concept of ‘boundary-free living’
▽回廊架空的底部，让各个院子互为一体
每个不同的会所都会赢得一个独立景观，完成从室内到室外无缝连接：入口庭院的迎宾花园、行政酒廊的雪茄花园、泳池的太太下午茶空间、茶室的溪涧茶亭。这种过渡方式让人在不同的空间之间自然游走，享受室内外景观交织的美感。
Each clubhouse unit features a unique landscaped area with a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. These areas include the welcoming garden at the entrance, the cigar garden, the afternoon tea garden, and the waterside tea pavilion. This design approach allows for effortless movement between spaces, enabling guests to fully appreciate the harmony between indoor and outdoor environments.

景观的骨架是大自然山水大盆景界面，尽管每个院子面积不大，但是体量巨大的石头，自然跌落的山间流瀑，柔软的青苔，松弛的杂木林把大自然搬到了城市，搬到了家门口，小小的面积锁不住大自然蓬勃生命力，让人震撼让人动容。
The framework of the landscape space is inspired by the forms of natural mountains and waters. Although each courtyard is not large, the massive stones, naturally cascading streams, soft moss, and relaxed groves create an atmosphere that brings scenes of nature into the urban residence. The courtyards, though compact, are imbued with the thriving vitality of nature, evoking a sense of awe and emotional resonance.

Behind this simplicity lies an exceptional living experience. The carefully planned spatial layout and detailed design elements offer a sense of tranquility and sensory comfort, shaping a lifestyle that merges natural purity with thoughtful care.

尺度的对比：大山石的张力，带来庭院的视觉开阔性
景观设计中，我们刻意营造一些尺度上的对话–小的庭院里大尺度的山石成为核心元素之一，虽然庭院空间较为有限，但山石的布局充分发挥了它们的空间张力，赋予了庭院一种开阔的视觉感。
Contrast of scale: the tension of the mountain stone brings the visual openness of the courtyard.
In our landscape design, we created a dialogue in scale—large rocks became focal elements in the small courtyards. Despite the limited space, the arrangement of these rocks maximizes spatial tension, imparting a sense of openness to the courtyard.

原生山石被精心选择，保持其自然的粗犷与质朴，未经雕琢的表面呈现出自然的纹理与力量感，仿佛将大自然的宏大气息引入庭院之中。
The native stones were carefully selected to retain their raw, rugged character. Their unrefined surfaces highlight natural textures and strength, as if drawing the grandeur of nature into the courtyard.

石材的布局与水景相结合，水流顺势而下，带来轻柔的流水声，清澈的水面与周围宁静的环境形成和谐的对话。水流在山林溪谷中缓缓流淌，创造了一种静谧、放松的氛围，同时增强了空间的自然感与灵动性。
The rocks are complemented by water features, with streams flowing gently to create a soft, soothing sound. Clear water interacts with the tranquil surroundings, forming a harmonious relationship. Flowing through the rocky landscape, the water helps establish a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing the natural and dynamic qualities of the space.

The courtyard is intended to embody the natural scenery throughout the seasons—reflecting an evolving, native vitality that changes over time.

我们更加注重本土原生植物的自然生长。青、杂木、野草等植物随性地生长，与山石和水景相互呼应，形成了一种自然、不加雕饰的生长状态。
We focused on the natural growth of native plants. Trees, shrubs, and wild grasses grow freely, complementing the rocks and water, establishing a natural, unrefined aesthetic.

The planting arrangement avoids excessive grooming, preserving the vitality and natural characteristics of the native vegetation. This approach allows the landscape to reflect a more authentic natural appearance, with a touch of wild charm.

The boundaries between traditional indoor and outdoor spaces are blurred, and the forces of nature guide the occupants to flow freely through the space.

每个院落的景观设计并非仅是局部景观的堆砌，在精细的布局与设计后，各个空间之间相互呼应、层次分明。大尺度的山石、柔和的水流、原生植物以及流动的回廊，在有限的庭院空间中形成了一种丰富的层次感和沉浸式的空间体验。设计通过精致的自然元素与简约的空间形式相结合，使每个院落都能在有限之中提供广阔的感官体验。
The landscape of each courtyard is more than just a collection of individual features. Through careful planning, each space interacts with the others to create a cohesive and layered experience. Large rocks, gentle streams, native plants, and flowing corridors combine to form a rich, immersive environment within the compact courtyard space. By integrating refined natural elements with a simple spatial approach, each courtyard offers a broad sensory experience despite its limited scale.

这种在野之色的力量感知，除了融合了现代生活的舒适性与自然环境的和谐共生，也应打破了传统室内外空间的界限，以自然的力量和细腻的设计语言，引导居住者在空间中自由流动。以自然原生的粗犷与纯粹为底色，让山林之美散发出一种安静而深远的力量与内心的本源相互映照。居住者在自然中漫行，亦在自然中回归。
The power of this natural simplicity merges the comfort of modern living with the harmony of nature while breaking traditional boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural elements, combined with a refined design, guide residents to move freely throughout the space. The rugged and pure qualities of nature serve as the foundation, allowing the beauty of the landscape to radiate a quiet yet profound strength that resonates with one’s inner self. It encourages residents to wander through nature and find a sense of return and belonging.

The design highlights the raw and pure qualities of nature, blurring spatial boundaries to create a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors, as well as between dynamic and tranquil areas. The balance of depth and openness, wild charm and vitality, allows the beauty of the natural landscape to exude a quiet yet profound strength that resonates with one’s inner self, inviting people to wander through and offer a sense of belonging in nature.
