MEDG现工设计：项目位于立于世界级的自然与文化遗产之地云南丽江，现工设计文旅团队携手丽江地中海国际度假区：重新定义丽江的旅居体验。

MEDG Current Engineering Design : The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, a place renowned for its world-class natural and cultural heritage. The Xian Gong Design and Tourism Team has joined hands with the Lijiang Mediterranean International Resort to redefine the travel and living experience in Lijiang.

▽让商业隐于自然，让体验融于风景

项目集旅居生活、度假住宿、艺术文化、自然休闲与教育研学五大功能于一体，致力于打造雪山脚下沉浸式的一站式度假体验。

The project integrates five major functions: travel and residence, vacation accommodation, art and culture, natural leisure and educational research and study, and is committed to creating an immersive one-stop vacation experience at the foot of the snow-capped mountains.

随着度假区不断成熟，酒店集群的辐射效应日益凸显，也对配套服务提出了更高要求。我们由此面临一个关键议题：如何在此打造一个不仅服务度假区、更成为区域商业中心与旅游目的地的标志性空间——一个真正意义上的【度假型商业】新范式，以承载土地价值，呼应自然文脉，引领未来旅居生活方式。

现工文旅团队以神秘的纳西文化为基底，围绕酒店、自然和生活快乐基因的雄厚资源，再造一个度假旅游目的地。全龄体验式底层，商业是点睛之笔，全力提升区域沉浸式文娱体验。

As the resort areas continue to mature, the radiation effect of hotel clusters is becoming increasingly prominent, and higher requirements are also being put forward for supporting services. We are thus confronted with a key issue: How to create a landmark space here that not only serves the resort area but also becomes a regional commercial center and tourist destination – a new model of “resort-oriented commerce” in the true sense, to carry the value of the land, echo the natural cultural context, and lead the future lifestyle of travel and residence.

The MEDG Culture and Tourism team, based on the mysterious Naxi culture, recreates a vacation and tourism destination by leveraging the abundant resources of hotels, nature and the genes of happiness in life. The all-age experiential ground floor, with commercial facilities as the finishing touch, is fully dedicated to enhancing the immersive cultural and entertainment experience in the region.

我们现工文旅团队所致力营造的，早已超越传统商业街或酒店配套的范畴。这是一处可以真正“走进去”的风景，一个践行“前店后乐园”理念的国际生活欢聚场。

当晨昏的金色光芒穿透粉黛与蒲苇的缝隙，温柔洒落在质朴温暖的纳西风格建筑上；当你悠然漫步于蜿蜒花径，每一次不经意的抬头，都能与圣洁的雪山、流淌的云海撞个满怀……

我们正是要创造这样的地方——让商业隐于自然，让体验融于风景，让每一刻日常都成为值得珍藏的旅途记忆。

What our current cultural tourism team is committed to creating has long transcended the scope of traditional commercial streets or hotel facilities. This is a place where one can truly “step into”, an international gathering place for life that embodies the concept of “store in front and paradise at the back”.

It is precisely such a place that we aim to create – where business is hidden in nature, experiences blend into the scenery, and every moment of daily life becomes a cherished travel memory.

▽让每一刻日常都成为值得珍藏的旅途记忆

商业街流线呈东西贯连南北的生长状态。沿商业街消防车道设置商业街主要通行步道，打通北侧店铺与度假屋住宅的界限壁垒。

The circulation of the commercial street grows in a pattern that runs from east to west and connects north to south. Set up the main pedestrian walkway along the fire lane of the commercial street and break down the boundary barrier between the shops on the north side and the vacation houses.

▽自然悠活的商业街

人在景中，“抬头见山”的体验。我们希望每一位到访者，都能在这片风景中，找到一种被自然全然拥抱的、松弛而自由的呼吸感。

The experience of “looking up and seeing the mountains” when one is in the scenery. We hope that every visitor can find a sense of breathing that is fully embraced by nature, relaxed and free, in this landscape.

在丽江的旷野草坪上，一个纳西象形文字“月”悄然浮现。纳西族被誉为“披星戴月”的民族，“月”字承载着他们最真挚的祝福。

On the vast grassland of Lijiang, a Naxi pictographic character for “moon” quietly emerges. The Naxi people are known as the “people who work under the stars and the moon”, and the character “moon” carries their most sincere blessings.

▽微地形草坡将纳西象形文字“月”悄然浮现

如今，现工文旅团队巧妙提取“月 ”字的线条精髓，在商业街的旷野草坪上打造出“如月之恒”的月牙形草坡，将纳西族的美好祝愿化作可触可感的风景，传递着这片土地独有的温情与诗意。

Nowadays, the Xian Gong Culture and Tourism team has ingeniously extracted the essence of the lines of the character “moon” and created a crescent-shaped grass slope on the open lawn of the commercial street, which is “as constant as the moon”. They have transformed the beautiful wishes of the Naxi people into tangible scenery, conveying the unique warmth and poetry of this land.

横跨地块中心的现状溪流。来自天边的雪山之水徐徐流下，为了雪山之景能最大化的充满游人视野，溪边舍弃了之前种植但长势交差的一些乔木，直接用草坪+喜水地被植物的设计，突出质朴粗旷的原始生态风貌。

商业街与酒店之间的大面积草坪区域，地势起伏高差较大，考虑动线在草坪上设计了一座桥，桥梁两侧栽植了蒲苇，秋天高大的蒲苇花絮迎风摇曳，遮挡了草坪低洼处的桥梁。

The existing stream spanning the center of the plot. The water from the snow-capped mountains on the horizon flows down slowly. To maximize the view of the snow-capped mountains for tourists, some trees that were previously planted but grew poorly along the stream have been abandoned. Instead, a design of lawns and water-loving ground cover plants has been adopted to highlight the simple and unadorned primitive ecological style.

The large lawn area between the commercial street and the hotel has a significant elevation difference. Considering the circulation, a bridge was designed on the lawn. On both sides of the bridge, catkins of the catkins are planted. In autumn, the tall catkins of the catkins sway in the wind, blocking the bridge in the low-lying part of the lawn.

▽架起一座天空之桥，通向远处的雪山之巅

同时考虑人性化设计，在美观的同时，提供度假旅人一处放松身心、亲近自然的旷野草坪；从天空向下俯瞰，一份带着星月般美好的祝福随着道路缓缓流动，在时间和愿力的更迭中，留下一处旷野之上的大地艺术……

At the same time, humanized design is taken into consideration. While being aesthetically pleasing, it provides vacationers with a wild lawn to relax their minds and bodies and get close to nature. Looking down from the sky, a blessing as beautiful as the stars and the moon flows slowly along the road. In the alternation of time and aspiration, it leaves behind a piece of land art in the wilderness…

▽视觉与身心的双重体验

团队在设计中着重保留东巴文原始的图画性与象形性，同时凝练成简洁现代的线条、粗犷且极具在地性的原生材质，转化为商业街区与ClubMed衔接处活力度假的儿童戏水场景，让古老的审美与现代的活力奇妙碰撞。

The team focused on preserving the original pictographic and pictographic qualities of Dongba script in the design, while condensing them into simple and modern lines, rough and highly local native materials, and transforming them into a lively children’s water play scene at the junction of the commercial street and ClubMed, allowing the ancient aesthetic to collide wonderfully with modern vitality.

▽儿童活力乐园

在丽江，玉龙雪山从不吝啬它的壮丽。

而我们的设计，便是用一片随风曳的近乎“野蛮生长”的草海，来回应这份自然的史诗。当金色的阳光穿透粉黛和蒲苇的缝隙，洒在质朴温暖的纳西风格建筑上；当你漫步在花径中，每一次不经意的抬头，都能与雪山和云海撞个满怀……

In Lijiang, Yulong Snow Mountain is never stingy with its magnificence.

And our design is to respond to this epic of nature with a sea of grass that is almost “wildly growing” and swaying in the wind. When the golden sunlight pierces through the gaps between the pink muhly and the reed, and falls upon the simple and warm Naxi-style buildings; When you stroll along the flower path, every time you casually raise your head, you will be embraced by snow-capped mountains and sea of clouds…

▽设计以一片随风曳的近乎“野蛮生长”的草海，来回应这份自然的史诗

当金色的阳光穿透粉黛和蒲苇的缝隙，洒在质朴温暖的纳西风格建筑上。

When the golden sunlight pierces through the gaps between the pink muhly and the reed, and falls upon the simple and warm Naxi-style buildings.

▽沐浴自然

自然风化的石纹、木纹，当地自然状态的毛石堆砌纹理、老房子屋顶的瓦片、自然拙朴的洗米石、古城的青石板路等镌刻着丽江古老且神秘的时间纹路。

The naturally weathered stone and wood grains, the local natural state of the rough stone accumulation texture, the tiles on the roofs of old houses, the natural and simple rice-washing stones, and the bluestone roads of the ancient town all bear the ancient and mysterious time patterns of Lijiang.

▽恰到好处设计，让项目更好的融入到这片土地
