Tierra Design (S) Pte Ltd：The landscape design for Livia depicts a series of distinct yet connected spaces which gradually unfolds across the site.
由游泳池、运动池和儿童池组成的大型中央游乐区，将场地与相邻的景观花园和主题种植花园分隔成两个互补的部分，其软景在增强亭子和小屋现代形式感的同时，建立了通向位于公园路径网络旁的儿童游乐区。小小的雨水花园可帮助收集地表径流水，经过一系列的自然过滤后，释放到邻近的防洪排水系统。
A large central recreation area of swimming pools, exercise pools and children’s pools, separate the site into two complementary halves with its adjacent landscaped floral courtyards and themed planting gardens. The softscape enhances the contemporary forms of the pavilions and cabanas while leading to a children’s play area located next to a Park Connector network. A small rain-garden captures runoff water, undergoing a series of natural filtrations before being released into an adjacent flood-control drainage system.
