EADG泛亚国际：中海天钻占据重庆江北嘴之上城市核心地段，周围是一堆旧的建筑楼群，如何在此环境中突围，又如何避免到访者进入艺术接待中心实现不被旧建筑干扰，是我们设计的难点所在。设计师在设计中突破城市核心区原有的场地限制、颠覆常规售楼处景观，勾勒出自然与匠艺共生的尊崇礼序。艺术接待中心以山之涧——缤纷径——隐之源——光之隙——瀑之声——镜之漪为景观节奏组织，将空间不断转化，于光影交错中感受一场静心之旅。中海天钻将浓郁的历史和现代都市的浪漫生活情调相融合，以暖色调为基础，创造具有时尚感、艺术性和装饰性的景观。
EADG：The project is located in the core area of the Jiangbei mouth in Chongqing, surrounded by a pile of old buildings. How to break through this environment and how to prevent visitors from being disturbed by the old buildings when entering the art reception center are the difficulties in this design. The designer broke through the restrictions from original site in the urban core area, subverted the conventional sales office landscape, and outlined the ritual sequence of coexistence between nature and craftsmanship. The art reception center organizes the landscape rhythm to transforms the space and experiences a meditation journey in the light and shadow crisscross. Based on warm colors, the case combines the history with the romantic atmosphere of the modern city to create a landscape with fashion, artistry and decoration.
入口广场
入口处的设计灵感来源于舞台帷幕，极具戏剧性效果，序曲端头，大幕拉开渲染了具有叙事化情节的空间情境。入口处以帷幕与市政道路详解组成入口广场，与环绕的建筑相结合，设计本身的层次感与高低不同的树木营造出丰富的视觉景观效果，整个入口广场仿佛一座“浸入式体验剧场”，即将拉开属于重庆摩登文化的序幕。
Entrance
The inspiration of the entrance design comes from the stage curtain, which has a dramatic effect. The space situation with narrative plot showed up with the curtain opening. The entrance square is composed of a curtain and municipal roads, combined with the surrounding buildings. A sense of hierarchy and trees with different heights to create a rich visual landscape effect. The whole entrance square is like a ” immersive experience theater”. The modern culture in Chongqing is coming soon.
设计通过建筑材料与城市文脉对话，厚重的立面与精心布置的起伏变化使我们面对此处空间时，联想到自然环境中的森林、山脉、溪谷、江河、云、雾、雨、雪、霜。设计所带来的通感体验，随着时间的变化又确确实实能够真实地呈现给我们。
Through the dialogue between building materials and urban context, the elevation and elaborate shapes remind us of forests, mountains, valleys, rivers, clouds, fog, rain, snow and frost in the nature when facing the space here. The experience of synaesthesia brought about by design can really be presented to us with the change of time.
黄昏逐渐降临，空气中透着灰蓝的色调，天空与地平线慢慢的渲染成玫瑰色并点亮夜幕中的第一颗星，穿过长长的帷幕甬道，家就在诗意的身后。
阿尔多·罗西在他的《城市建筑学》中说“记忆是城市的灵魂”，相信这样的记忆体验，中海天钻能让人记得重庆。
Dusk comes gradually, the air is full of grayish blue tones, the sky and horizon are slowly rendered rosy and the first star is lit up at night, and through the long curtain corridor, the home will be found in the poetry.
As Aldo Rossi said in his “Urban Architecture”: “memory is the soul of the city”. It is no doubt that to believe such a memory experience can make people remember Chongqing.

景观前院
因为空间的地势下沉，这种空间层次上的高差在重庆是非常常见的，必须通过上升空间才能到达售楼部，又正是因为高差的关系，景观体验有了更多的丰富性，设计上也相应的增加了难度。
地面铺装是颜色是深沉的，使得立面与视角差异所呈现的建筑都具有了漂浮感。前院与建筑皆不在一个视角。建筑是以一种“倾露”的方式在主动的显示信息，相应建筑成为了庭院前院景观的延伸。
Front yard
Because of the subsidence of the terrain in the space, the difference of elevation at the spatial level is very common in Chongqing, people can only reach the sales department through the ascending space. It is also because of the difference that the landscape experience has more richness and the design has correspondingly increased the difficulty.
The ground pavement with the deep color, which makes buildings presented the floating feeling under the difference between elevation and viewing angle. The front yard and the building are not in the same perspective. Architecture is in an active way to display itself, it has become an extension of the landscape of the courtyard front yard.
景观通道
中海天钻设计以现代语言寻求永恒的秩序感，景观通道上阵列的秩序，与灯光布置充满了古典精神，它是英雄主义的、精英主义的、史诗般的设计语言。
Landscape corridor
The design of the case seeks the eternal sense of order in modern language. The order of the array on the landscape corridor and the lighting arrangement are full of classical spirit. It is a heroic, elitist and epic design language.
通道天井采用的是极为现代感的设计语汇，同样这种设计手法正应了波德莱尔对现代性的评语：“现代性就是过渡、短暂、偶然，它是艺术的一半，另一半是永恒和不变……因为几乎我们全部的独创性都来自时间打在我们感情上的印记……从过渡中抽取永恒。”
Passage patio adopts the extremely modern sense of design vocabulary, this design method also responds to Baudelaire’s comment on modernity: ” Modernity is transition, brevity and chance, it is half of art, and the other half is eternal and unchanging … because almost all of our originality comes from the mark on our feelings from time … taking eternity from the transition. ”

镜水前庭
最后的行进动线是售楼部前的镜水前庭，它的设计采用了极为布景化的场景。具有仪式感阵列于漫步道两旁的精致灯具，故意压低的造型树，以及具有雕塑感古典意味的建筑，所有的空间构件皆为将要发生的事件所布置。这是设计师对于“交汇瞬间”的理解，为的是相逢的那一刻给予到访者空间情绪上的”打击”。
The sales department courtyard
The final moving line is the courtyard that is in front of the sales department, the design adopts a very scenic scene. Exquisite lamps with ritual sense arrayed on both sides of the walkway, deliberately depressed modeling trees, and buildings with sculpture sense and classical meaning. All the spatial components are arranged for the upcoming events. It is an understanding of the “moment of convergence” in order to give visitors an emotional ” beat” when they come.
平静的水面映照出建筑的华美倒影，格栅精致，光线幽冥，气息隐隐诱人。这个世界细细密密地被包藏着，高悬挑的建筑入口，越加显得让人留恋，移步之间，如惊鸿一瞥，一阵心动。
The calm water reflects the beautiful reflection of the building, the grill is delicately, the light is dim and the breath is attractive. It is packed and the entrance is becoming more and more attractive.

室外洽谈区
想象着某个黄昏，坐在水边有着雕塑感的座椅上，听着潺潺水声，耳畔是家里的虫鸣。西边仍有一丝微亮的天空中已可以看见的一颗明星，而在东边泛着紫色的天空，可以隐隐约约察觉到无数闪烁的星星。
Outdoor negotiation area
Imagine sitting on a seat with sculpture sense at the edge of the water one night, listening to the gurgling sound of the water and the chirping of insects. There is a star in the west that can be seen in a slightly bright sky, the purple sky can vaguely perceive countless twinkling stars while in the east.
如此对坐，可以想象到广袤宇宙的扩张。想着在脚边熟睡的心爱猫咪的温热身体，卷起一页手中的书。端起咖啡的瞬间，微风拂过肌肤，似乎在那一刻也感觉到了草木的絮语。在无限延伸的宏大之中，我们体验到了居于自然环境内包裹的舒适。
In this way, you can imagine the expansion of the vast universe. Thinking about the warm body of the beloved cat sleeping at you, rolled up a page of books in hand. At the moment of coffee, the breeze brushed the skin and seemed to feel the words of vegetation at that moment. In the boundless grandeur, we have experienced the comfort of living in a natural environment.

在中海天钻内行走视觉的变化十分的剧烈动荡，俯仰间杂间步步景异，忽远忽近，忽通忽阻，一会儿大片水面，一会儿独立成景的造型树，一 会儿平远疏朗，一会儿却坠入了深涧幽滩。
完全就是一场浸入式的剧场体验，溯源那个摩登年代，在现代的平行时空里邂逅一场浪漫与美好。一条通道带我们走进罗曼蒂克的瞬间，在华丽的建筑前相逢，我们或许会遇见更多的浪漫与温柔。
The visual changes of walking in the site are very violent and turbulent, with scenes changing step by step, from far to near, from passing to blocking. A large areas of water here and the independent modeling trees there, clear like plain here, deep like hole there.
It is a completely immersive theater experience, tracing back to the modern times and encountering a romantic scene in parallel space. A passage leads us into the romantic moment and meets in front of the magnificent building. We may meet more romance and gentleness.
