迈丘设计：浙江衢州龙游县，位于浙江省西部的金衢盆地中部，背靠山川、面朝灵山江。龙游滨水文化客厅项目坐落于县城老城核心区，横跨灵山江两岸。该项目地理位置优越，处于“龙江十字轴”核心地带，是龙游县未来发展的重要门户。项目占地面积约24.3万平方米，范围从纬二路延至兰亭路，西起兴龙南路，东至宝塔路。灵山江两岸的自然景观原始生态富饶，绿意盎然，沼泽湿地、蜿蜒的河流和被遗忘的田园野趣令人神往。此外，遗留下来的浙赣铁路线、筒仓以及一段滨江美景，都承载着龙游历史的记忆和情感。因此，我们的设计目标是传承这段历史、保留原有城市文脉，并通过规划赋予这一片区域新的生命力，打造出龙游全新的城市文化客厅。

Metrostudio: Longyou County, is located in the central part of the Jinqu Basin in western Zhejiang Province. The Longyou Waterfront Cultural Living Room project is situated in the heart of Longyou County’s old town, spanning across both banks of the Ling Mountain River. It is located at the core of the “Longjiang Cross-Axis” within the city’s eastward expansion strategy. The total area of the project is approximately 243,000 square meters, stretching from Wei Er Road in the north to Lanting Road in the south, from Xinglong South Road in the west to Baota Road in the east. The banks of the Ling Mountain River are rich in greenery, with picturesque riverbanks, ecologically preserved marshland, meandering rivers, and a landscape full of forgotten rural charm. In addition, the site contains an abandoned section of the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway, a dilapidated grain silo, a scenic riverside area, and a place filled with the historical memories of the local people. Our design goal is to continue the city’s historical context and preserve these memories by transforming the area into a new urban cultural living room for Longyou, while maintaining the integrity of its existing cultural fabric and environment.

01当地肌理的延续再生

本项目的设计立足于文化脉络，注重区域的历史传承与生态环境的融合，力求在功能性与艺术性之间找到平衡。我们以“文脉为核、生态为基、空间叙事为框架”的整体规划理念，力求打造一个充满活力的滨水文化客厅，成为城市文化复兴与社会互动的重要载体。通过将“主客共享、活力创新、有机融合”的理念贯穿项目设计，塑造一个面向全龄化人群的综合性文化休闲空间。

整体规划采用“一心、两轴、三业态”的结构布局，结合文化、产业、景观和休闲功能，为龙游县开辟一个新的城市地标，同时也为当地居民提供一个能够寄托文化记忆、感受自然与现代交融的公共空间。

The design of this project is rooted in cultural continuity, emphasizing the integration of the region’s historical narrative with modern urban functionality. The goal is to create a comprehensive space that caters to all age groups, supporting both work and leisure activities. This will form a vibrant waterfront cultural living room that serves as a key starting point for the city’s development axis, bringing about a revival in the area’s image, industry, and culture. The overall planning follows a core framework based on cultural heritage, ecological sustainability, and spatial storytelling. The structure is organized into one central area, two axes, three zones, and four  functions, establishing a model for cultural tourism and leisure in the city.

02铁路遗址公园部分设计 

Partial Design of Railway Ruins Park

龙游铁路遗址公园作为项目的核心组成部分，位于龙游县的核心地带，依山傍水，独特的地理环境与丰富的历史内涵赋予了这一场地独特的魅力。公园背靠民居苑鸡鸣山，西临灵山江，东侧邻接宝塔路，周围有县博物馆等文化设施，且毗邻国家重点文物保护单位民居苑。在设计过程中，我们秉承尊重历史、保护遗址的原则，力图将这片曾经废弃的铁路遗址转化为充满活力的文化空间，既保持其历史记忆，又为现代社会注入新的生命。

The Railway Ruins Park is located in the core area of Longyou County, nestled against the Chicken Ming Mountain in the west, bordering the Ling Mountain River to the east, and adjacent to Baota Road and the county museum. It is also close to the nationally protected cultural site, Minjiyuan. In the design process, we prioritized respecting the surrounding environment and preserving the site’s historical memory. The park’s design aims not only to resonate emotionally with the residents of Minjiyuan but also to set an example for future urban renewal projects in the Longyou region.

03设计策略

design strategy

我们运用“去、留、改、添”四个策略，重新构建场地的历史与现代功能的对话。

We have employed four strategies—“Remove, Retain, Modify, Add”—to reconstruct the dialogue between the site’s history and its modern functions.

01“去”：去除电子屏幕以及那些与场地精神不符、且过于现代化的元素，以让空间更加贴合自然与历史的脉络。

“Remove”: We removed the original sculptures and electronic screens at the entrance, eliminating elements that were inconsistent with the spirit of the site and overly modern, allowing the space to better align with the natural and historical context.

02“留”：保留雕塑、火车、火车轨道、主入口和人行道铺装，延续地方历史的痕迹，使这些承载记忆的遗物得以延续。

“Retain”: We preserved the train tracks, lighting, main entrance, and sidewalk paving, maintaining the traces of local history and ensuring that these relics of memory are continued.

03“改”：调整场地标高，优化空间尺度以贴近人的体验。塔楼主体结构得以保留，外立面材料经过更新迭代，带来新视觉效果。枕木铺装的钉子被去除并重新排列，历史与现代在这里巧妙融合，每一块枕木都讲述着过去的故事，同时为未来增添无限可能。

“Modify”: We adjusted the site’s elevation and optimized the spatial scale to create a more human-centered experience. The main structure of the tower remains intact, while the facade materials have been updated and refined to offer a new visual experience. The rail ties were kept, their nails removed, and the paving method reworked, blending history and modernity in a subtle way. Each rail tie now tells the story of the past while offering infinite possibilities for the future.

04“添”：新增山林剧场，为场地注入互动和活力。种植乔木、设置景观带，营造更丰富的环境层次。商业小火车的引入不仅增加了商业氛围，也为游客带来穿越历史的体验。

“Add”: A forest theater was added, injecting interactivity and vibrancy into the site. The planting of trees and the creation of landscape belts added depth to the environment. The addition of a commercial train not only enhances the commercial atmosphere but also provides visitors with a journey through time.

这些精心的设计和细节的雕琢，不仅仅是在修复一个空间，更是在为历史增添一份新的生命力，让过去与未来在这片土地上交织共生。

These carefully crafted designs and details are not just about restoring a space—they breathe new life into history, weaving together the past and the future on this land.

公园前广场与民居苑的入口相互交织，因此我们在设计时特别注重场地的融合与界面和谐。广场一侧设计上弱化公园的影响力，保持民居苑的原有面貌；而公园的标志性设计则设置在入口右侧，既突出了公园的独特性，又与周围环境和谐融合。

The main entrance of the park shares the same entrance with Minjiyuan. The design strategy here was to minimize the park’s influence near Minjiyuan, avoiding disruption to the residential area’s visual integrity. The most distinctive features of the park are placed to the right of the entrance, preserving the entrance’s coherence while highlighting the park’s unique identity.

根据场地特性，我们采用“起、承、转、合”的设计手法，巧妙地将自然与文化元素融为一体。山林剧场既能突出主体形象，又能与环境和谐共生。在这个空间里，雨水花园的设计不仅具备生态功能，还能调节小气候、增强生物多样性，体现了我们对生态可持续的关注。

Drawing on the site’s topography, the design incorporates techniques like “introduction, transition, climax, and conclusion” to create distinct visual impacts while blending the structures harmoniously with the landscape. Among the features, a newly designed rainwater garden serves not only to reduce peak runoff but also to purify rainwater, sustain groundwater, and provide a habitat for wildlife, thus promoting ecological sustainability.

印记广场采用台阶高差与历史遗迹的改造，将老旧设施和材料加以利用，既保留了历史的印记，又实现了绿色设计的目标。这种对历史遗存的再利用，既尊重场地文化，又通过可持续的设计减少了碳排放。

This area primarily focuses on dealing with the elevation differences using steps and the transformation of the bridge tower. Given the site’s historical remnants, the design integrates old materials into new functions. This not only respects the site’s history but also contributes to a greener design by reducing carbon emissions.

铁路桥改造 Railway Bridge

铁路桥是公园设计的另一亮点。我们将原有的铁路桥进行改造，搭建成一个休闲观光平台，并为桥梁增设餐厅等配套设施，既能为游客提供美丽的江景，也为业主带来收益。此外，滨水台阶的设计使得游客可以在亲水空间中停留，享受自然风光与安静氛围。

A significant part of the park is built on the old railway bridge, with additional spaces along the riverside. The original railway bridge, which once carried trains, is transformed into a recreational space, featuring a café and viewing platforms for visitors to enjoy the scenic river views. The riverside steps invite people to gather, relax, and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

龙游铁路遗址公园项目以独特的设计视角，致力于将这个历史悠久的铁路遗址转化为现代城市文化的展示平台。我们力求在尊重历史、传承文化的基础上，融入现代功能与生态设计，打造一个具有活力、开放与创意的公共空间，使其成为城市的地标性项目，并促进人与人之间的交流与互动。通过创新的设计手法，我们不仅恢复了历史遗址的生命力，也为龙游县的发展注入了新的动力，创造出一个全新的文化与生态融合的城市节点。

The design of the Longyou Railway Ruins Park reimagines a historically significant site into a modern urban cultural landmark. The project blends emotional sensitivity with rational functionality, creating a space that encourages both individual reflection and communal interaction. By integrating cultural heritage, ecological design, and historical elements, we aim to revive this once-abandoned space into an active and dynamic urban node. This park will not only serve as a cultural and recreational space but will also contribute to the revitalization of Longyou County, offering a new, sustainable, and engaging public space that celebrates both history and modernity.
