三益中国：此次三益携手龙湖集团南京公司，在南京环紫金山板块，规划“黄金两公里磁场”社区，打造一个兼容居住、商业、服务为一体的社区综合体“紫金原著”。龙湖不仅将自身产品系顶级标杆代表“原著系”首献南京，更通过相辅相成的社区商业生态圈，建立更理想的城市居住综合社区，塑造南京环紫金山板块的顶级住宅典范。

SUNYAT：Sunyat together with Longhu Nanjing Group, plans to build a “Golden 2KM magnetic field” community in the Zijin Mountain Area of Nanjing, creating a community which is compatible with residence, commerce and service named as “Zijin original”. Longhu not only presents its products to Nanjing as the top benchmark, representing the “Zijin original”, but also establishes an ideal urban residential comprehensive community through the complementary community business ecosystem, shaping the top residential model of Nanjing’s Zijin Mountain rim.

项目基地位于南京市玄武区钟山风景名胜区东南脚下，紧邻钟山风景名胜区（明孝陵景区、中山陵风景区等），周边学校、医院等配套服务设施齐全，距离孝陵卫地铁站仅400米，交通便利。

The project is located at the southeast foot of Zhongshan scenic spot in Xuanwu District, Nanjing, close to Zhongshan scenic spot (including Ming Xiaoling scenic spot, Zhongshan Mausoleum scenic spot, etc.), surrounded by schools, hospitals and other supporting service facilities, and only 400 meters away from Xiaolingwei subway station. The transportation is very convenient.

▽区位分析 Location analysis

基地周边以老旧小区为主，且场地南北向存在约4米高差，在外部大资源优质，小资源存在局限性的情况下，设计以品质为突破口，通过内部创造产品独一无二的稀缺性。

设计以宜居“黄金两公里磁场”社区为定位，将距离地铁站及城市主干路最近，交通便利的北面大地块，划分为商业、办公以及城市相关设施为一身的综合体。将次干路环绕的相对安静、景观较佳的南面地块用于住宅和社区服务中心，提供宜居的生活活动区。

Around the site, there are mainly old residential areas. What’s more, there is a height difference of about 4 meters from north to south. Under the condition of high quality of external large resources and limitations of small resources, the design takes quality as a breakthrough and creates unique scarcity of products through the interior.

The design takes the livable “Golden 2KM magnetic field” community as the positioning, and divides the large northern plot, which is closest to the subway station and the urban trunk road and has convenient transportation, into a complex of Commerce, office and urban related facilities. The relatively quiet and scenic southern plot surrounded by the secondary trunk road will be used for residential and community service centers to provide a livable living and activity area.

其中住区设计首先以最大化面宽及最大化楼间距的宜居条件为原则，沿南北向布置三排住宅，形成景观双庭院。并在斜边独立布置开放式的社区服务中心，利用折线的处理手法，增大商业的沿街展示面，形成三角形广场，引进人流。同时利用地势高差，将社区中心打造为多首层体验空间，增加城市公共空间和商业界面。住区内部则以景观庭院为突破口，妙用地势高差打造立体花园式的庭院空间，营造沉浸式森系生活体验。

精益求精，对于品质的追求成就了龙湖紫金原著雄踞环紫金山板块五年一见的新供宅地之上，尊荣演绎世家名门理想墅质生活。

The residential area design first takes the principle of maximizing the livable conditions of the face width and the building spacing as the principle, and arranges three rows of houses along the north-south direction to form a landscape double courtyard. An open community service center is independently arranged on the slope, and the broken line processing method is used to increase the display surface of the business along the street, form a triangular square, and introduce people. At the same time, by using the terrain height difference, the community center will be built into a multi first floor experience space to increase the urban public space and business interface. The interior of the residential area takes the landscape courtyard as a breakthrough, making good use of the terrain height difference to create a three-dimensional garden like courtyard space and create an immersive forest life experience.

To pursuit the excellence and quality, The Longhu Zijin’s original work has stand on the new homestead seen in five years around Zijin Mountain, honoring the ideal villa life of aristocratic families.

#01 园林式的归家体验 Landscape

丰富而又细腻的归家礼序设计，奠定了紫金原著的尊贵感。我们在归家动线沿路布置了多样的景观节点，营造丰富的体验感。

The rich and delicate design of the ceremony sequence for returning home has laid the dignity of Zijin’s original work. We have arranged various landscape nodes along the homecoming line to create a rich sense of experience.

归家通道以艺术橱窗入口、礼仪水院，至南北两线归家，庭院分别布置廊架、林下休憩空间、下沉卡座、儿童活动节点、口袋花园节点等，营造出沉浸式园林归家体验。

The home passage takes the entrance of the art window, the ritual water courtyard, and the north-south line to return home. The courtyard is respectively equipped with porches, resting space under the forest, sinking seats, children’s activity nodes, pocket garden nodes, etc., creating an immersive garden home experience.

#02 立体花园式的庭院空间 Garden

整个立体花园式庭院空间设置了三大模块：水岛花园、台地花园及口袋花园。

水岛花园：临水而居，在静怡的水景中注入生活空间，通过定制卡座、林下休憩平台，营造聚会空间，利用二层生活功能用房，拓展室内活动空间，形成交往、休闲、度假场所，享受高品质生活。

The whole three-dimensional garden style courtyard space is set up with three modules: water island garden, terrace garden and pocket garden.

Water Island Garden: live near the water, inject living space into the quiet and pleasant waterscape, create a gathering space by customizing the card seat and the rest platform under the forest, expand the indoor activity space by using the two-story living function room, form a place for communication, leisure and vacation, and enjoy high-quality life.

台地花园：理性明快的线条，与场地咬合的台地花园，让归家成为一种精致欢快地游走体验。植入覆盖全龄的廊架、休闲吧台、龙小湖主题儿童乐园，营造精致化、多层次的生活空间，享受更多生活情趣。

Terrace Garden: the rational and lively lines and the terrace garden biting with the site make returning home a delicate and happy experience. The gallery, leisure bar and longxiaohu theme children’s park covering the whole age are implanted to create an exquisite and multi-level living space and enjoy more life interests.

口袋花园：修剪整齐的灌木球营造的口袋花园，为日常休息、阅读、会友提供了场所。花境围绕、绿意盎然，既体现了我们对自然的向往，也满足了对高品质生活的需求。

Pocket Garden: the pocket garden built by neatly pruned shrub balls provides a place for daily rest, reading and meeting friends. Surrounded by flowers and full of green, it not only reflects our longing for nature, but also meets the demand for high-quality life.

#03 艺术人文的入口空间 Entrance

在整个项目极致尊享的体验当中，超长尺度的艺术人文入口空间设计也是一个很大的亮点。艺术橱窗内展示艺术雕塑——“山间”，抽象提取了山的元素，通过灵动的水晶线条勾勒出紫金山的造型，也是全园的元素符号。

Among the ultimate experience of the whole project, the super long-scale art and humanities entrance space design is also a great highlight. The art sculpture – “Shanjian” is displayed in the art window, which abstracts the elements of the mountain and outlines the shape of Zijin Mountain through smart crystal lines, which is also the element symbol of the whole park.

沿着建筑曲线线条进入首层入口空间，向内无明确建筑边界延长纵深视觉，两侧使用大理石和玻璃，屋面线性排列镂空玻璃砖和钢结构砖框，三个不同界面的围合使建筑空间更加开放和神秘。

Enter the entrance space on the first floor along the building curve line. There is no clear building boundary inward to extend the depth vision. Marble and glass are used on both sides. The roof is lined with hollow glass bricks and steel structure brick frames. The enclosure of three different interfaces makes the building space more open and mysterious.

建筑沿街呈曲线形态，舒展的线条与道路相连接，与城市空间相互渗透。数条曲线线条滑动，延展建筑体量。采用参数化设计模拟幻彩穿孔铝板肌理，为外部带来形象提升，为内部空间带来光影变化。到夜晚，动态灯光可以营造出浩瀚星空的氛围。

The building is in a curved shape along the street, and the stretched lines are connected with the road, which permeates with the urban space. Several curve lines slide to extend the building volume. Parametric design is adopted to simulate the texture of magic perforated aluminum plate, which brings image improvement to the outside and light and shadow changes to the internal space. At night, dynamic lighting can create an atmosphere of vast starry sky.

#04 尊贵时尚的立面风格 Facade

原著系作为龙湖住宅产品系列中的顶级标杆系列，立面设计在遵循时尚美学基调的同时也将灵动的细节质感表达得淋漓尽致。

The original work is the top Benchmark Series in the Longhu residential product series. The facade design not only follows the fashionable aesthetic tone, but also expresses the flexible details and textures incisively and vividly.

立面通过高级材质的运用体现业主归家的专属感、仪式感、定制感。柔美的横向线条犹如紫金云层/山体岩层般，创造凹凸变化的空间关系。典雅的立面比例，结合中式景观庭院的打造，满足人们回归传统、回归理想家园的需求。

The facade reflects the sense of exclusivity, ceremony and customization of the owner’s return home through the use of advanced materials. The soft horizontal lines are like purple clouds / mountain rocks, creating a concave convex spatial relationship. The elegant facade proportion, combined with the construction of Chinese landscape courtyard, meets the needs of people to return to tradition and ideal home.

设计以现代构成为基调，承袭殿之轴线，三段式、水平向、挑檐、删繁就简，从而减少外立面对室内功能空间的阻碍和遮挡，提升舒适度。大体块的虚实对比，简洁明快而不失典雅，顶部造型简洁柔美。材料运用方面，横向线脚运用铝板材质，立面整体挺拔高级，品质感彰显得淋漓尽致。

The design takes the modern composition as the keynote, inherits the axis of the hall, and is three-stage, horizontal, cornice, simplified, so as to reduce the obstruction and shielding of the external surface to the indoor functional space and improve the comfort. The virtual and real contrast of the general block is simple and lively without losing elegance, and the top shape is simple and soft.

入户大堂门头则选用了金属挑板和墙面艺术透光玻璃的组合，入口处景观的定制级灯饰、高档石材、以及金属材质，体现一流的品质感。

The combination of metal pick-up plate and wall art transparent glass is used at the entrance of the lobby, and the customized lighting, high-grade stone and metal materials at the entrance landscape reflect the first-class sense of quality.
