Miriada group architect bureau：泽伦诺多尔斯克列宁娜街59号的庭院维护极为糟糕：长势不佳的树木，外观破败的庭院，缺少人行道，年代久远且已废弃的游乐设备。更值得一提的是，游乐场上很少看到孩子的身影；由于过去人们经常聚集在长椅上喝酒吵闹，所以当地居民将长凳拆除搬走，导致最后连一个长凳都没有。此外，尽管院子里有宽阔的车道，但车主们一直在庭院入口处和操场上乱停乱放。
Miriada group architect bureau：Courtyard at 59 Lenina street in Zelenodolsk was extremely poorly maintained. Trees in emergency condition, damaged surfaces, lack of sidewalks, obsolete remnants of Soviet-era playground equipment. It is noteworthy that children were very rarely seen at the playgrounds, there was not a single bench since they were removed by local residents because the benches were used by groups of people as a place to gather for drinking liquor. And despite the wide driveway in the courtyard, car owners had been parking right beside the entrances and at the playgrounds.

居民在每个设计阶段都积极参与，共举行了四次会议。重建完成后，人们举行了一个庭院庆祝活动，包括茶话会和夜间户外电影院。
The courtyard residents took active participation in each design stage. Four meetings were held in total.Upon completion of the reconstruction a courtyard celebration was held with tea party and evening outdoor cinema.
