Ldesign landscape architectural company：所有位于现代城市中心地带的新开发项目的关键问题都是相邻建筑区域的缺乏或面积较小。在皇家塔（Royal Tower）住宅区，建筑屋顶被设计为私人绿洲和散步场所。这是乌克兰实施和建造的第一个屋顶公园。
Ldesign landscape architectural company：The crucial issue with all the new Development projects located in the central part of the modern cyties, is the absence or small size of adjacent building territories. In the Royal Tower residential complex, the building rooftop has been designated as a personal oasis and promenade. This is the first rooftop park implemented and constructed in Ukraine.
基辅市中心的这栋高层建筑的居民只需登上自家楼顶，就能直接步入城市上空的公园。这是他们的私人世界，坐落在首都的商业和文化生活之中。这个迷人的地方只对大楼住户及其客人开放。
屋顶景观设计的主要目的是创造一个舒适宁静的独特空间，既不影响周围如画的城市景观，又能使其更加突出。石材和木平台等天然材料的使用，凸显了独特的景观形式。
Residents of the high-rise building in the heart of Kyiv only need to ascend to the roof of their own building to step directly into a park that hovers above the city. It’s their private world, nestled amidst the business and cultural life of the capital. Access to this charming place is exclusively open to complex residents and their guests.
The primary objective when landscaping the roof was to create a distinct space for comfort and tranquility, without disturbing but rather accentuating the picturesque view of the surrounding city landscape. The use of natural materials, such as stone and wooden deck, underscores unique landscape patterns.
屋顶总体景观设计将自然风格元素与日式简约风格相结合，为公寓业主提供了呼吸新鲜空气，与家人一起散步的地方，此外，业主还可以在这里野餐或进行体育活动、休息、招待朋友或与合作伙伴会面。该建筑完美地融合了基辅老城的浪漫主义和欧洲大都市的活力。
The overarching landscape theme combines elements of a natural style with a touch of Japanese minimalism. Apartment owners now have a place for family strolls in the fresh air, a space for picnics or sports activities, and a lounge where they can host their friends or meetings with partners. Royal Tower seamlessly blends the romanticism of old Kyiv with the dynamism of a European metropolis.
屋顶还有一个全景平台，可将基辅市中心的壮丽景色尽收眼底。此外，花园还提供了供室外休闲的绿色通道，以及设有长凳的僻静区域，既可以与朋友和邻居进行社交活动，也可以独自看书或欣赏日落。
On the roof, there is a panoramic platform that offers a magnificent view of the central part of Kyiv. Green avenues for outdoor relaxation are also provided, as well as secluded areas with benches for socializing with friends and neighbors, or solitary moments with a book or sunset gazing.
儿童娱乐区设有一个带秋千的游乐场，四周绿树环绕，景色迷人，激发了孩子们的想象力。
For children’s recreation, there is a playground with swings, surrounded by trees, boasting a breathtaking view that captures the imagination.
在设计阶段开始设施的屋顶绿化系统，满足在屋顶放置全冠幅的大树和大量的绿植，营造出完全沉浸式的公园氛围。绿色植物在这里茁壮成长，逐渐成为繁华都市中的一片自然绿洲。
绿色屋顶作为城市中一个独立的组成部分，强化了住宅综合体的整体观感。
The implementation of a green roof system during the design phase allowed installing on the rooftop the full-sized large trees and an abundance of greenery, creating a complete immersion of the park atmosphere. The green plantings thrive here and have evolved into a natural oasis amidst the bustling city.
The green roof stands as a separate composition that enhances the overall impression of the entire complex.
