立木设计：一个现代主义的幽灵在空中飘荡，于是我们解构了它。

L&M:  A modernism spirits floating in the air, So we deconstructed it.

 

 

 

从空中鸟瞰这片CBD区域，俨然如规划总图般严谨秩序，可能是影像图最像“现代主义”规划总图的城市之一。天府公园位于天府新区CBD中心，占地面积约1.5平方公里，空间结构清晰、设计施工精致、日常维护精心、生态环境优美。

通过爬取社交媒体数据，市民的普遍感受也印证了基于鸟瞰视角的猜测——绝大多数人都觉得环境不错，但“没啥子耍嘚”。这一片CBD区域在具有“现代主义”所有优点的同时，也具备了“现代主义”功能分区、尺度夸张等问题，于是市民也都纷纷用脚投票，绝大多数去天府公园的人也都只去大草坪区域，并且，“去就是露营的”。

A bird’s eye view of this CBD area from the air is as rigorous and orderly as a master plan, which is probably one of the most “modernist” urban planning maps in the image.Tianfu Park is located in the CBD center of Tianfu New District, covering an area of about 1.5 square kilometers. It has a clear spatial structure, exquisite design and construction, meticulous daily maintenance and beautiful ecological environment.

Through social media data, the general feeling of citizens also confirmed the guesses based on the bird’s eye view — the vast majority of people think the environment is good, but “there is nothing to play with”.While this CBD area has all the advantages of “modernism”, it also has problems such as “modernism” functional zoning and exaggerated scale. Therefore, citizens are voting with their feet. The vast majority of people who go to Tianfu Park only go to the Great Lawn area, and “to go is to camp”.

 

 

这是一个非常有趣的对比，“没啥子耍嘚”。大概是成都最残酷的评价，因为这意味着，公园与城市最迷人的部分绝缘。

成都人是最爱“耍”的，“耍”几乎是流淌在成都人血液里的东西。成都所有迷人的趣味，可能都来自于成都人爱“耍”这件事。同时，成都人可能也是最不需要“露营”这种自然平替项目的城市人，毕竟，向北走，向西走，向东走，向南走，哪里都有大好山川与河湖林海。

设计的命题是将一处已经建设完备的大型公园，提升为“蓉漂人才公园”，以表示城市鼓励创新、吸纳人才的意图。但令人无奈的是，无论是“老成都人”还是“蓉漂人才”，都不太爱往这种容易迷路又没啥子耍的公园里去。

那我们去看成都人都在“耍”啥呢？他们居然都在玩数字。吃九宫格火锅，吃串串数签签，他们打麻将也是一种排列组合的游戏，充满公式和代码。那就来蓉漂人才公园玩数字吧。我们称它为天府源代码，每个人都有自己的天府密码。

The proposition of the design is to upgrade a well-built large park to “Rong Piao Talent Park”, in order to express the intention of the city to encourage innovation and absorb talents.However, it is frustrating that both “old Chengdu people” and “Rong Piao talent” do not like to go to this kind of easy to get lost and play in the park.

That we go to see Chengdu people are “playing” what?They’re all playing with numbers.They eat nine-gonggrid hotpot, eat string and number of tabs, and they play mahjong, which is also a permutation game, full of formulas and codes.Then come to RongPiao Talent Park to play numbers.We call it Tianfu source code, everyone has their own Tianfu password.

 

 

财政兜底？？？NO Financially BOTTOM-lined??NO

第一个问题，谁来买单，谁来长久买单。

在大型城市公园中，小构筑物被废弃的现象十分常见，而他们其中很多都设计精巧、细节丰富。比如，我们每天都会路过的小驿站，在设计的时候，曾被设计师们精心地安排了厕所、阅览、休闲等多种功能，然而目前只有厕所功能开放，其他区域均门窗紧锁。

高昂的单向支出与极低的投资回报是这类小构筑物被废弃的根本原因。我们认为应当通过轻介入的方式，以较低的施工与维护成本，作为撬动“蓉漂人才公园”的支点。

很多人心目中纽约中央公园最棒的部分，可能是Delacorte Theater的莎士比亚戏剧节，在整个夏日完全免费对公众开放。这些发生在纽约中央公园的充满魅力的活动，往往是这座城市长期文化积淀的结果。如果由政府财政买单与兜底，将是一个无底洞，且也很难真正产生让公众感兴趣的内容。

但是，如果“蓉漂人才公园”能够成为成都人爱“耍”的地方，长期用脚投票，也一定会吸引到有能力和有意愿做内容的团队入驻，从而慢慢沉淀出这里的精彩。

For many, the best part of New York’s Central Park may be the Shakespeare Festival at the Delacorte Theater, which is completely free to the public throughout the summer.The glamorous events that take place in Central Park are often the result of the city’s longstanding cultural heritage.If paid for and underwritten by the government, it will be a bottomless pit, and it will be difficult to really produce content that interests the public.

However, if the “Rong Piao talent park” can become Chengdu people love “play” place, long-term voting with feet, will also attract the ability and willingness to do content team settled, so as to slowly precipitate out of the wonderful here.

阅读景区导览图是很困难的，这可能是所有人的共识。如果已经在公园或者景区内部，那寻找到自己的位置，以及寻找到下一个景点或者服务点的过程都非常令人不愉快。大型户外空间中的尺度和方向辨认更加困难，拉维莱特公园的点线面体系和阵列Folie，是一个地图时代的有趣解构（如同地图上的红色小图钉）。而智能手机则把今天的人们训化成路痴，人们现在的尺度认知，主要建立在符号和超链接之上。点击一下，导航系统就会告诉你路径。

我们将经典的凯文林奇五要素和城市经典IP结合，重构了一套符合智能时代的认知系统。在蓉漂人才公园，高架道路塑造“边界”，大草坪大湖是清晰的“街区”，而麻将中的饼、万、条则用来定义原本模糊的“标识”、“节点”和“路径”。

通过超级符号，人们只需要花三秒钟就可以了解蓉漂人才公园，看到饼，就有的玩，看到万，就有配套，看到条，有方向。

在思考IP上，我们尝试了很多可能，最终选择了成都麻将，有趣的是，成都麻将只有饼万条。图案与数字的组合可以形成如同门牌号码一样的导视系统，这套历史悠久的经典编码体系，能够焕发出全新的魅力。作为公园，我们希望无论是两三岁的娃娃，还是八九十岁的老人，都能够几乎零学习成本地学会使用“蓉漂人才公园”。

It’s probably agreed by all that reading a scenic map is difficult.If you are already inside a park or scenic area, the process of finding your location and finding the next attraction or service point can be very unpleasant.It is more difficult to identify the scale and direction in a large outdoor space. We combine the classic Kevin Lynch five elements and the city classic IP to reconstruct a set of cognitive system in line with the intelligent era.In Rongpiao Talent Park, the elevated road shapes the “boundary”, the big lawn and lake are clear “blocks”, and the cake, wan and bar in mahjong are used to define the original fuzzy “signs”, “nodes” and “paths”.

Through the super symbol, people only need to spend three seconds to understand Rong Piao talent park, see the cake, some play, see ten thousand, there is supporting, see a bar, there is direction.

In thinking IP, we tried a lot of possible, finally chose Chengdu mahjong, interestingly, Chengdu mahjong only cake million.The combination of patterns and numbers can form the same as the house number guide system, this set of classical coding system with a long history, can glow with a new charm.As a park, we hope that whether it is two or three years old dolls, or 80 or 90 years old people, can learn to use the “Rong Piao talent Park” with almost zero learning cost.

第三个问题，谁来做内容。

内容是昂贵的，这可能已经成为共识，而失去内容的平台，自是无人问津。

回顾 web 1.0 时代的互联网，如果仅依靠专业网站编辑的输出，那可能内容会非常贫瘠和昂贵，也将绝大多数人拒之门外。互联网从web 1.0到web 2.0，再到现在跨越web 3.0的每一次迭代，本质上都是让更多的人成为创作者与表达者，去贡献内容，这与“蓉漂人才公园”在底层逻辑上是共通的。

“麻将”不仅是这座城市在大众心目中的经典IP，同时也是一套具有无限延展性的“编码体系”。无论是作为实体装置，作为导览系统，作为游戏体系，还是未来基于它的二次开发，都能够在未来延伸出许许多多的可能性。
