蓝调国际：新度假感，让日常成为一种松弛的抵达
当城市节奏不断加速，人们对居住的期待正在发生改变。真正理想的生活，不再只是拥有更多功能、更大尺度的空间，而是在日常之中，重新找回时间的从容与身体的感知。蓝调认为，未来人居的价值，不在于制造一个短暂逃离现实的“度假场景”，而是在城市生活的半径内，创造一种可以持续发生的松弛状态。郑州电建·高新华曦府，以“新度假感”为设计回应，将度假的核心从远方的目的地，转向每一天归家的过程，让社区成为承载生活情绪、唤醒感官体验的自然场域。新度假感的本质，是“慢”，而不是“假”。它不是简单复制酒店泳池、躺椅、景观装置，而是回归人的真实需求，通过空间尺度、行走节奏与自然关系的重新组织，让生活从匆忙的经过，转变为有温度的停留。在设计中，我们尝试用“慢”重新定义社区体验。通过空间的留白与节奏的控制，减少过度填充的视觉表达，让景观不再只是被观看的背景，而成为可以参与、可以停留、可以感受的生活容器。归家的路径不再是一条单纯通行的线路，而是一段逐渐展开的生活旅程：可坐的石阶、可停留的水景、随时间变化的光影、被风吹动的植物，都让回家的每一步成为抵达生活的过程。
新度假感，也是一次从视觉景观到全感官体验的回归。景观不只是取悦镜头，更应该回应真实生活。设计关注风如何穿过林间，阳光如何落入庭院，脚步触碰不同材质时产生的细腻反馈。水景不只是远观的画面，而可以亲近、可以触摸；草坪不只是绿色铺陈，而是可以坐卧、可以共享的自然空间；休憩座椅不再面向车流，而面向季节、面向阳光、面向人与人的交流。我们希望创造的，是一种无需等待假期才能拥有的生活状态。通过对社区空间序列的重构，以“停留”为核心，让每一条路径都拥有放慢的理由，让每一个转角都蕴含新的发现。人在这里，可以散步、交流、阅读，也可以什么都不做，只是在树影与微风之间，享受片刻的安静。未来的社区，不应只是承载居住功能的容器，更应该成为滋养生活的自然系统。蓝调坚持“为未来而设计”，不断探索人与自然、空间与时间之间的新关系。在郑州电建·高新华曦府，我们以景观为媒介，将自然融入日常，将松弛植入社区，让度假不再是偶尔抵达的远方，而成为每天回家后的生活方式。这是一种新的居住想象：不必远行，也能拥有片刻悠然；不必等待，也能感受生活的美好。让每一次归家，都成为一场温柔的抵达。这就是蓝调所探索的“新度假感”。
BLUES: The dense woods fade away as one embarks on a leisurely path
As the pace of urban life accelerates, people’s expectations of living are shifting. The truly ideal life is no longer about having more functions or larger spaces, but about reclaiming a sense of ease and bodily awareness in everyday moments. At BLUES, we believe that the value of future living lies not in creating a temporary “escape” from reality, but in cultivating a lasting state of relaxation within the reach of city life.
For Zhengzhou PowerChina · Gaoxin Huaxi Residence, we respond with a design philosophy of “New Resort Sensibility.” We shift the core of the resort experience from distant destinations to the daily journey of coming home, transforming the community into a natural field that carries life’s emotions and awakens sensory experiences.
At its heart, the New Resort Sensibility is about “slowness,” not “artifice.” It does not simply replicate hotel pools, loungers, or decorative installations; instead, it returns to people’s genuine needs. By reorganizing spatial scale, walking rhythms, and the relationship with nature, we turn a hurried passage into a warm pause.
In our design, we use “slowness” to redefine community life. Through spatial breathing room and controlled pacing, we reduce visual overstimulation. The landscape is no longer just a backdrop to be viewed, but a living container where people can engage, linger, and feel. The homecoming path is no longer a mere thoroughfare but an unfolding journey: stone steps to sit on, waterscapes to pause by, changing light and shadows over time, and plants stirred by the wind—each step makes coming home a process of arriving at life itself.
The New Resort Sensibility also marks a return from purely visual landscapes to a full-spectrum sensory experience. Landscape should not merely please the camera; it should respond to real life. Our design considers how the wind moves through the trees, how sunlight falls into the courtyard, and the subtle feedback of different materials underfoot. Waterscapes are not just distant views but places to touch and approach; lawns are not just green carpets but natural spaces to sit, lie down, and share; resting seats are oriented not toward traffic but toward the seasons, the sunlight, and human connection.
We aspire to create a lifestyle that does not require waiting for a holiday to enjoy. By restructuring the community’s spatial sequence, with “dwelling” as the core, every pathway offers a reason to slow down, and every corner holds new discoveries. Here, one can stroll, converse, read, or simply do nothing—just enjoy a moment of quiet among the tree shadows and breeze.
The future community should not be merely a container for housing; it should become a natural system that nourishes life. BLUES adheres to the principle of “designing for the future,” continuously exploring new relationships between people and nature, space and time. At Zhengzhou PowerChina · Gaoxin Huaxi Residence, we use landscape as a medium to weave nature into daily life and embed relaxation into the community—so that the resort is no longer a distant place reached occasionally, but a way of life experienced every day upon returning home.
This is a new vision of living: without traveling far, one can still enjoy moments of leisure; without waiting, one can still feel the beauty of life. Every homecoming becomes a gentle arrival. That is the “New Resort Sensibility” we are exploring at BLUES.

编织一场永不落幕的假日。我们以安达仕古树林木，营造的秘境为引，一林即是一方天地，林木层叠构筑的生态小境，同样复刻着山野完整的自然大世界。
Conveying the Tranquil Philosophy of Coexistence with Nature
The new resort sensibility is not in distant places, but in everyday life.Guided by nature,it explores a philosophy of relaxation that coexists with time—stretching canopies, dappled sunlight, flowing shadows in the breeze, and embracing waterscapes, making every return home a slow, unhurried arrival.

which recreates the complete natural world of the wilderness.

光影穿过树冠，洒下一地碎金，与澄澈的水色交相辉映。水花溅落处泛起莹润的光泽，仿佛碎玉落入清潭。
Light filters through the canopy, sprinkling a mosaic of golden upon the ground, interweaving with the clear, lucid water below. Where the droplets fall, a soft, lustrous sheen ripples across the surface, like fragments of jade gently sinking into a crystalline pool.
一片杂木的启示…
模拟自然 ，山野林相
斑驳碎影，雾霭山石
疏林夹道，乔木错落林立，枝桠纵横交错，在步道上方交织成天然林冠。午后阳光穿透枝叶，漏下斑驳碎影，氤氲薄雾沿着石板小路缓缓漫涌，朦胧雾气柔化了空间边界。
A path flanked by sparse woods, where tall trees stand in a staggered arrangement, their branches intertwining above to form a natural canopy. In the afternoon sun, light filters through the leaves, creating dappled shadows on the ground, while a soft mist slowly flows along the stone path, softly blurring the boundaries of the space.
粗犷自然的毛石，随步道错落散置，复刻山野溪谷的原生地貌。
Rough natural stones are scattered along the paths in staggered layers, reproducing the pristine topography of mountain streams and valleys.
窗外疏木横斜，枝影婆娑，山石静立，草木丛生，林木形成天然屏障，隔绝外界纷扰。内与外彼此渗透，拥抱整片庭院绿意。
Outside the window, sparse trees lean at angles, their shadows dancing gently. Silent stones stand still, and grasses and plants thrive abundantly. The trees create a natural barrier, isolating the space from external disturbances. The inside and outside permeate each other, embracing the lush greenery of the entire courtyard.
浮水流光的空灵

层层跌水顺台地缓缓流淌，林下静水铺展成境，在下沉庭院里围合出一片隔绝尘嚣的静谧水院。
Layers of cascading water flow gently down the terraces, while the still water beneath the trees unfolds into a serene landscape. In the sunken courtyard, this tranquil water garden is enclosed, creating an oasis that isolates itself from the noise of the outside world.
在这座克制温润的摩登璞奢园林里，会客厅是邻里相遇的温暖角落，也是独处冥想的静谧之角。
Within this garden of restrained warmth and modern raw luxury, the lounge serves as a cozy retreat for gathering with neighbors, and a serene sanctuary for quiet introspection.

我们打破功能、形式与感知的边界，让景观与建筑彼此呼吸，光影与流水与人对话，营造出不被束缚的度假体验。
We break the boundaries of function, form, and perception, allowing the landscape and architecture to breathe together. Light, shadow, and flowing water engage in conversation with people, creating an unfettered vacation experience.
漫步于风景环绕的游廊间，光与影在室内外渗透，有人在水瀑边静坐听风，有人在浮梯上闲话流年，每个角落都生长着自在的惬意。
Strolling through the corridor surrounded by scenery, the interplay of light and shadow seeps between the indoors and outdoors. Some people sit quietly by the waterfall, listening to the wind, while others chat leisurely on the floating steps, reminiscing about the passing years. Every corner is filled with a sense of ease and comfort.

林荫步道循水声蜿蜒而入，苔痕石阶伴飞瀑错落相迎，将园林的温润与山野的野趣悄然相融。
A tree-lined path winds its way in, guided by the murmur of water; mossy stone steps rise and fall in rhythm with the waterfall’s cascade, greeting the visitor at every turn—blending, with subtle grace, the garden’s gentle elegance and the wild allure of the mountain woods.

从日本到宁波，宁波到河南，200多年历史的古树——羽毛枫，跨越山海，跨越国界，用专业移植技术，让它在新家延续自然之美。专人押运，全程监控，避开高温疾驰，定时喷淋润泽最大化保障枝条的完整、树体的鲜活。
From Japan to Ningbo, and then from Ningbo to Henan, the 200-year-old ancient tree — the feather maple — has crossed mountains and seas, transcending national boundaries. With professional transplantation techniques, it continues to thrive and embody the beauty of nature in its new home.

苗木栽植后及时搭设遮荫网，有效抵御高温侵蚀，全力保障苗木存活活与正常生长，成片乌桕连绵成林，构筑起伏自然的山林底色，林木交错共生，营造充满野趣的原生杂木林境。

A dense expanse of Chinese tallow trees forms a continuous forest, creating a naturally undulating backdrop of the mountainous landscape. The intertwining and symbiotic growth of the trees fosters a vibrant and wild primitive broadleaf forest environment.

极致悬浮的视觉美学
这座楼梯是结构力学 + 建筑美学的完美平衡，用纯粹两端悬挑壳体实现漂浮视觉，施工难度极高却最终呈现极简轻盈的视觉效果。
La Pyramide Inversée
This staircase represents a perfect balance of structural mechanics and architectural aesthetics. It achieves a floating visual effect through a purely cantilevered shell design. Despite the high construction difficulty, it ultimately presents a minimalist and airy visual appearance.

甄选巴西雪山银狐奢石，整个面板中夹杂透光的水晶体，细腻通透，莹润似玉；自然的馈赠与匠心雕琢与此，宛如璞玉天成。
Material sampling
Select Brazilian Snow Mountain Silver Fox luxury stone, with translucent crystal inclusions throughout the panel. It is delicate and transparent, smooth and lustrous like jade. The natural gift combined with exquisite craftsmanship creates a masterpiece that resembles a naturally formed jade.
