麦微景观:项目位于上海宝山区杨行板块,坐拥近6万㎡的公园资源,人与自然无缝连接。示范区分为公园和实景展示两段,我们将自然提前引入生活场景——希望示范区不仅是空间的展示,更是一场未来生活的预演。
MW’ LANDSCAPE ARCHIECTURE:The project is located in Yanghang Plate, Baoshan District, Shanghai, with nearly 60,000 square meters of park resources, seamlessly connecting human and nature. The demonstration area is divided into two sections, the park and the real-life display, and we introduce nature into the living scene in advance – we hope that the demonstration area is not only a display of space, but also a preview of the future life.

社区公园,为生活赋能
公园作为通往示范区的必经路径,通过「公园即展厅」的景观赋能策略,构建「抵达式」三重景观序列——形象展示、地景营造、精神凝聚,将功能动线转化为具有场所记忆的景观叙事链,实现营销展示与公共空间的共生互融。
The park is the necessary path to the demonstration area. Through the landscape empowerment strategy of “park as showroom”, it constructs the “arrival” triple landscape sequence – image display, landscape creation, and spiritual cohesion, and transforms the functional line of motion into a landscape narrative chain with place memory, realizing the symbiosis and mutual integration of marketing display and public space.
形象展示,运用高低组合立体标识墙,在入口区构建昭示性与空间序列,完成从城市到自然的认知过渡。
地景营造,舒缓起伏的微地形模拟自然草丘,以充满探索感的形象引导人们深入了解。
精神凝聚,森域尽头,打造一处短暂停驻的场地——在草木与流云之间,筑一座精神灯塔,纯白且静默,让晚风洗去焦虑,让仰望成为回家的仪式。
Utilizing a combination of high and low three-dimensional signage walls to build a notability and spatial sequence in the entrance area, completing the cognitive transition from the city to nature.
The soothing undulating micro-topography mimics natural grassy knolls and guides one deeper with exploratory imagery.
At the end of the forest domain, create a site for a short stop – between the grass, trees and streaming clouds, build a spiritual lighthouse, pure white and silent, let the evening breeze wash away the anxiety, and let looking up become the ritual of going home.

社区庭院,以建筑思维去跨界共创
这是一场关于空间生命力的共创实验。在设计初期景观便以整体性思维介入,通过解构与重构的空间叙事手法让边界保持野性,让内部恪守理性。在不规则的下沉空间内去建立高级的几何秩序:折与圆相切,方与直相生。
利用场地高差,通过折线楼梯进行引导;结合下沉会所室内功能,通过空间渗透、路径激活,完成建筑-景观-室内一体化联动。
This is a co-creation experiment about the vitality of space. At the early stage of design, the landscape is intervened with a holistic thinking, through the deconstruction and reconstruction of spatial narrative techniques to keep the boundary wild, and let the interior abide by the rationality. In the irregular sunken space, a high-level geometric order is established: folding and rounding are tangent to each other, square and straight are born together.
Utilizing the height difference of the site, guided by the folding staircase; combined with the indoor function of the sunken clubhouse, through spatial infiltration and path activation, to complete the integrated linkage of architecture-landscape-indoor.
下沉楼梯——当流水遇见阶梯,用一道悬浮的折线重建与水的关系,打造衔接地上与地下的诗意过渡,同时消融高差。楼梯不仅是路径,更是空间转换的仪式感载体——拾级而下,渐入静谧。
平台错落设计以此降低陡峭感,提供驻足观景的喘息点,静听水吟浅境,欣赏裸露片石展现的另一种沧桑美感。玻璃栏杆上,六边形的图案是几何的独白——当步履经过,雨水与理性在透明中对话。
When the flowing water meets the stairs, the relationship with the water is rebuilt with a suspended fold line, creating a poetic transition between the ground and the underground, and at the same time dissolving the height difference. The staircase is not only a path, but also a ceremonial carrier of spatial transition-a gradual descent into silence.
The staggered design of the platform reduces the sense of steepness and provides a respite to stop and look at the scenery, listen to the water and appreciate the beauty of another vicissitude shown by the exposed rocks.On the glass railing, the hexagonal pattern is a geometric monologue – as steps pass by, rain and reason speak in transparency.
杂木林——初入下沉会所的第一幕,我们种下一片杂木林,粗粝的片石成为树木最诚实的底色,用最自由的生长逻辑,为城市保留一片「未完成的自然」。
In the first scene when we entered the sunken clubhouse, we planted a forest of mixed trees, and the coarse stones became the most honest base color of the trees, using the most free logic of growth to preserve a piece of “unfinished nature” for the city.
柱廊——以“秩序与诗意共生”为灵感,通过现代极简柱墙重构空间韵律。柱廊不仅是结构支撑,更是空间节奏的谱写者——通过柱墙的序列感,引导视线与步伐,在这里,脚步与光影都是温柔的标点。
Inspired by the “symbiosis of order and poetry”, the rhythm of the space is reconstructed through modern minimalist column walls. The colonnade is not only a structural support, but also a composer of the rhythm of the space – through the sequence of the column wall, it guides the line of sight and the pace, where the footsteps and the light and shadow are all gentle punctuation.
核心水景——穿过柱廊,便是一方水庭——静水为镜,是倒悬的天空;绿岛作屏,是挣脱秩序的野性,杂木扶疏间与花境在此达成完美和解。远观或是路过,不妨走进去,坐下来,享受这段时光。
Through the colonnade, there is a water garden – the still water as a mirror, is the inverted sky; green islands as a screen, are to break free from the order of the wild, mixed trees and sparse flowers in this perfect reconciliation. Whether you are looking from afar or passing by, you may as well go in, sit down and enjoy the time.
后场实景展示——水是液态的社交催化剂,草坪是大地铺就的会客厅。功能模块布局,以”自然·互动·休憩”为核心理念,通过开敞草坪、戏水池与廊架的有机组合,构建功能复合、空间流动的沉浸式庭院体验。
Taking “nature-interaction-rest” as the core concept, through the organic combination of open lawn, playground and corridors, it builds an immersive courtyard experience with complex functions and spatial flow.
叠墅归家入口,以杨行纸伞为造型灵感,通过“伞-链-水”的垂直序列,强化入口的过渡与抵达体验,形成一场循环的仪式。
Inspired by Yang Hang’s paper umbrellas, the vertical sequence of “Umbrella-Chain-Water” reinforces the transition and arrival experience at the entrance, forming a circular ritual.
立面表情,材料的运用
银色金属+黄金麻——通过金属的“冷”与石材的“暖”对比,构建材质对话的张力。荔枝面与微自然面的黄金麻形成戏剧性的对比,一半野性,一半克制。
区别于冷峻的大理石,红洞石的暖红色调能为入口空间注入温润的视觉温度,多孔肌理与红褐色脉络呈现地质沉淀的原始美感;而皇家红灵感源自欧洲宫廷与古典建筑,戏剧性张力的高对比度纹理与灯光结合极具立体感。
自然面原石铺陈,用最原始的姿态相互交叠,演绎粗犷的自然美学。严谨排列,精致拼贴,在不规则的道路边界上演克制的几何韵律。是天然感与精致度的博弈。
Silver metal + golden hemp – through the contrast between the”coldness” of metal and the”warmth” of stone, it builds the tension of material dialog.Half wild, half restrained, the lychee side contrasts dramatically with the micro-natural side of golden hemp.
Different from the cold marble, the warm red tone of red travertine can inject warm visual temperature into the entrance space, porous texture and reddish-brown veins present the primitive beauty of geological precipitation; while the royal red is inspired by the European court and classical architecture, the dramatic tension of the high-contrast texture and the combination of lighting is very three-dimensional.
The natural surface of the original stone pavement, with the most primitive gesture of overlapping each other, interpretation of the rough natural aesthetics.Rigorously arranged, exquisitely collaged, restrained geometric rhythms are staged at the borders of irregular roads.
结语
在繁华之际,我们辟筑一方静谧的诗域——让公园的呼吸渗入社区的肌理,在自然与人文的边界,寻回生活本真。溯源杨行,以水为引,以伞为媒,打破感知边界;秉承柏拉图哲学艺术观,用现代设计构建理性秩序,达到形意统一,交融相洽。建筑隐入林间之际,生活浸润自然其中,身心从容得以安放。
In the midst of prosperity, we have built a quiet poetic area – letting the breath of the park penetrate into the texture of the community, and finding the true nature of life at the boundary between nature and humanity. Tracing back to Yang Xing, we use water as a guide and umbrellas as a medium to break the boundary of perception; adhering to Plato’s philosophical view of art, we use modern design to build rational order, so as to achieve the unity of form and meaning, and to integrate and harmonize with each other. While the building is hidden in the forest, life is immersed in nature, and the body and mind can be put at ease.
