SED新西林：深圳湾的海风，吹来了艺术与商业的碰撞；城市地标的肌理里，藏着自然与生活的共鸣。深圳 K11 ECOAST 的每一处景观，都是我们景观设计团队对 “商业与自然共生” 的用心诠释。深耕行业多年，我们以设计为媒介，以生态为底色，助力这座滨海商业地标，成为大湾区商业景观的标杆。
SED: The sea breeze of Shenzhen Bay brings a fusion of art and commerce; within the fabric of this urban landmark lies a resonance between nature and daily life. Every landscape detail at Shenzhen K11 ECOAST embodies our landscape design team’s thoughtful interpretation of “the symbiosis of commerce and nature”. With years of industry expertise, we take design as our medium and ecology as our foundation, helping this coastal commercial landmark become a benchmark for commercial landscapes in the Greater Bay Area.
▽ 一座以自然生态为基底的海滨商业空间
和传统商业综合体只做简单景观点缀不同，深圳 K11 ECOAST 的景观设计，始终围绕 “海洋叙事” 这一核心，把自然气息、艺术美感和商业需求紧密结合，让每一处空间兼具颜值与体验感。我们打破封闭的设计模式，以开放式布局打通商业与自然的壁垒，让海风自由穿梭于建筑与绿植之间，市民在逛街休闲时，便可随时感受滨海生态的治愈与惬意。
Unlike traditional commercial complexes that only incorporate simple decorative landscaping, the landscape design of Shenzhen K11 ECOAST revolves around the core concept of “ocean narrative,” seamlessly integrating natural ambiance, artistic beauty, and commercial needs to create spaces that are both visually appealing and experiential. By breaking away from enclosed design models, we adopt an open layout that bridges the gap between commerce and nature, allowing sea breezes to flow freely through the architecture and greenery. As a result, visitors can enjoy the healing and soothing experience of the coastal ecosystem while strolling, shopping, or relaxing.
▽设计打破封闭的设计模式，以开放式布局打通商业与自然的壁垒，让市民在逛街休闲时，便可随时感受滨海生态的治愈与惬意
屋顶花园是整个项目立体绿化的核心亮点，更是我们打造 “艺术 + 生态” 场景的点睛之笔。我们以 “空中滨海绿洲” 为定位，摒弃冗余设计，专注营造可漫步、可观赏、可休憩的高空生态空间。漫步于屋顶花园，抬头可览蔚蓝海景，低头可见艺术雕塑，于移步之间感受自然与空间的和谐共生，这里也自然而然成为了 K11 ECOAST 最具记忆点的高空打卡地标。
The rooftop garden stands as the highlight of the project’s three-dimensional greening and the crowning touch of our “art + ecology” concept. Positioned as a “sky coastal oasis”, we avoid redundant designs and focus on creating an elevated ecological space for strolling, viewing and relaxation. Walking through the rooftop garden, visitors can gaze at the expansive blue sea above and admire artistic sculptures below, experiencing the harmonious coexistence of nature and space with every step. Naturally, this has become the most memorable aerial landmark of K11 ECOAST.
▽打造 “艺术 + 生态”的屋顶花园
在我们看来，优秀的商业景观从来不止是空间的装饰，更是生活场景的延伸，亦是文化价值的载体。在深圳 K11 ECOAST，我们将艺术元素细腻融入每一处景观细节：光影连廊的流动光影、滨海长廊的生态艺术节点，均与场内国际艺术展览及多元文化活动彼此呼应。这里的景观不再是静止的风景，而是可供参与、互动、留存记忆的体验空间，真正实现了 “艺术 + 商业 + 生态” 的融合共生。
In our view, an outstanding commercial landscape is never merely decorative, but an extension of living scenarios and a carrier of cultural values. At Shenzhen K11 ECOAST, we delicately integrate artistic elements into every landscape detail. The flowing light and shadow in the light corridors, and the eco-art nodes along the coastal promenade, all echo the international art exhibitions and diverse cultural events held within the mall. The landscapes here are no longer static scenery, but interactive and experiential spaces that inspire participation and create memories, truly realizing the integrated symbiosis of “art + commerce + ecology”.

The sea breeze rustles through the greenery, while light and shadow illuminate commerce and art. Every design embodies our reflection on the symbiosis between city and nature. Moving forward, we will continue to use landscapes as a bridge connecting commerce and ecology, art and life. We strive to create warm, memorable and high-quality urban spaces, so that every city landmark can become the most beautiful scenery in people’s daily lives.
