奥雅股份：苏州·中粮大悦风华苑，位于苏州高新区狮山板块核心区域，宛如一处隐逸于闹市中的精致居所。项目延续苏州园林特色，在有限的小空间内包罗万象，营造出“出则繁华，入则宁静”的意境，诠释出小中见大的东方居住智慧。
奥雅股份（股票代码：300949）的设计团队将苏州独特的院园基因融入项目，用“以小见大”的借景手法以及留白的轻简审美，提炼出空间塑造的核心语境，打造一个隐逸狮山，诗意栖居的现代苏式园居社区。
L&A GROUP: Suzhou · COFCO Joyful Elegance Residence，Located in the core area of Lion Mountain, Suzhou High-Tech Zone, this project is a tranquil haven amidst the vibrant city. Drawing inspiration from Suzhou’s classical gardens, it embraces boundless beauty within a compact space, embodying the poetic living concept of “bustling outside, peaceful inside” and reflecting the Eastern wisdom of achieving grandeur in simplicity.
L&A Design (Stock Code: 300949) has infused the project with Suzhou’s distinctive courtyard-garden DNA, employing the traditional “seeing grandeur in smallness” borrowed scenery technique and minimalist aesthetic with intentional blank space to articulate the core design philosophy, ultimately creating a contemporary Suzhou-style garden community that embodies secluded living at Lion Mountain with poetic elegance.
穿过淮海街，纷繁归家。在有限的入口空间，设计摒弃恢弘仪式，选择以幽静庭院开启生活。入口向“生活借景”，划分为前后两庭，前庭是被绿植包裹的低调院门，后庭是极简的白色水院。
Passing through Huaihai Street, one returns home through the urban bustle. Within the limited entrance space, the design eschews grandiose ceremony in favor of a serene courtyard to initiate daily living. The entrance “borrows scenery from life”, divided into front and rear courtyards – the front courtyard features a modest gate enveloped in greenery, while the rear courtyard presents a minimalist white water feature.

池底与墙面采用统一材质，营造出水院空间纯粹无杂的纯净氛围。通体的白色设计，为业主打造一处归家后可令五感得意净化的纯粹空间，此外，白色还能在视觉上起到放大空间的效果。
The pool floor and walls employ uniform materiality, creating a water courtyard space of unadulterated purity. The monolithic white design crafts a pristine environment where homeowners’ five senses undergo purification upon homecoming. Furthermore, the white palette visually amplifies the spatial perception through optical expansion.

水庭，一株造型弯杆冬青飘于水面之上，三两块置石静卧水面，寄托了一池三山的美好寓意。石头肌理与水池形成粗粝与光滑的质感对比，使空间静谧且细腻。长墙之外胡柚绿冠借入，增添绿意与生机。
The water courtyard features an elegantly curved Ilex crenata floating above the mirrored surface, accompanied by three strategically placed scholar’s rocks that embody the classical “One Pond, Three Mountains” poetic ideal. The textural dialogue between the rugged stone surfaces and polished pool lining creates a meditative contrast of rough and smooth. Beyond the elongated wall, the borrowed scenery of pomelo tree canopies introduces vibrant greenery, infusing the space with organic vitality.

项目北侧是吴前港河，设计团队将北花园的廊架空间抬高并叠加绿植的高度，使外部河景融入场地内景观，当人漫步河道之畔，也可俯瞰廊架飞檐，苏式传统园林内外相借的手法在这里完美呈现。
To the north of the project flows the Wuqiangang River. The design team elevated the pergola structure in the northern garden and enhanced its greenery height, seamlessly integrating the external river views into the site landscape. As one strolls along the riverbank, they can admire the flying eaves of the elevated corridor – a masterful contemporary interpretation of Suzhou’s traditional garden design technique of mutual scenery borrowing between interior and exterior spaces.

人可登高憩于此，沐浴阳光和微风，在自然中冥想放空，屋檐的雨链垂下，于置石处收水，树影水声，欣赏时间。
Visitors may ascend to this elevated retreat, basking in sunlight and gentle breezes while meditating amidst nature. The rain chains suspended from the eaves guide water flow onto strategically placed scholar’s rocks, creating a symphony of dappled shadows and murmuring water – a space where one becomes immersed in the poetic passage of time.

为避免抬升场地后的厚重感，会客厅在外檐单独挑出窄边。自然面花岗岩的墙体立面也为此处增添了自然的苍劲质朴。廊架西侧通过自然过渡的草阶延续到疏朗草坪空间，消化抬升的高差并与周边景观空间自然衔接。
The reception pavilion features delicately cantilevered narrow eaves to counteract any visual heaviness from the elevated terrain. Walls clad in naturally textured granite lend rustic vigor to the space. To the west, the pergola transitions seamlessly through terraced grass steps into an open lawn, gracefully absorbing the level change while maintaining fluid connectivity with surrounding landscape features.
向外延伸的建筑屋檐下，休闲卡座从室内衍生至室外，绿意也因此引入室内，呈现出空间的默契对话与无界联动。种植空间交织布置，错落有致的粗质文化石立铺，硬朗的层层白木纹理石围合出细腻的绿化空间，不仅为卡座区域提供了充足的遮阴绿意背景，也成为走出纯净水院后的满屏绿意。
Beneath the cantilevered architectural eaves, the lounge seating seamlessly extends from interior to exterior, drawing verdant greenery inward to create a harmonious dialogue between spaces. Strategically interspersed planting beds are framed by rugged, dry-stacked cultural stone walls alternating with crisp white timber-textured stone retaining walls. This interplay of textures not only provides dappled shade and lush greenery for the seating area, but also forms a vibrant green tableau that greets visitors upon exiting the pristine water courtyard.

儿童活动空间将户外游玩体验与室内亲子阅读认知相互融合，以自然科普小花园作为户外场地与室内架空层的共享景观。外部以灰绿同色系的深浅变幻为空间基底，娜塔莉乔木包裹整个场域，融入松鼠采果主题，让奔跑变成一场在森林中的自然探险。
The children’s activity area seamlessly integrates outdoor play with indoor parent-child reading and cognitive development, featuring a nature-inspired educational garden that serves as a shared landscape between the outdoor space and indoor elevated deck. The exterior adopts a harmonious palette of gray-green tonal variations as its spatial foundation, enveloped by Natalie oak trees. Incorporating a “Squirrel Gathering Nuts” thematic design, it transforms running and playing into a delightful forest exploration adventure.

内部是儿童阅读空间，内部舒适木色的空间氛围，弧形内凹的室内屋顶，细腻的墙面肌理，给孩子们一处可以围着环形卡座分享故事的惬意“王国”。所有的窗景被绿意包裹，还可让小朋友走出去在绿植的掩映下欣赏户外乐园的趣味。
Indoor Children’s Reading Space，the interior features a warm, wood-toned ambiance with softly curved recessed ceilings and finely textured walls, creating a cozy “storytelling kingdom” where children can gather around circular banquettes to share tales. Every window frames lush greenery, inviting young explorers to step outside and discover the whimsical outdoor play area nestled within the verdant landscape.
▽儿童阅读空间，给孩子们一处可以围着环形卡座分享故事的惬意“王国”
户外运动空间借助消防登高场地，设计乒乓球场地、热身区、拉伸区，以及配置的健身墙和多种健身器械。
The outdoor sports area utilizes the fire rescue platform space, incorporating a table tennis court, warm-up zone, stretching area, along with an exercise wall and various fitness equipment.

室内设置能量健身场地，为业主提供风雨无阻的健身需要，每一处窗景，借用外延的建筑挑檐，形成健身时的背景绿意，也可让人坐下休憩充能。
An all-weather fitness space is thoughtfully incorporated indoors, ensuring uninterrupted workouts for residents. Each strategically placed window frames lush greenery through the building’s cantilevered eaves, transforming every exercise session into an energizing nature-immersed experience. The space also features dedicated recovery zones where one can recharge while enjoying these curated green vistas.
▽架空层设置能量健身场地
与其说是入户花坛，倒更像是一处花园，设计原为视觉层次设计的450mm高的花坛，意外成为最受欢迎的孩童分享绘本和等候长椅。
The so-called entryway planter is more like a garden. Originally designed as a 450mm-high flower bed for visual hierarchy, it unexpectedly became the most popular spot for children to share picture books and for people to wait while sitting on the bench.
▽入户景观
面对场地紧凑、组团分散的空间限制，设计团队从苏州园林中汲取灵感，以”院落递进”重构空间秩序，用”多方借景”延伸视觉维度，取“纯粹留白”定调空间气质。入口水庭的院落布局、架空层内外景观的视线渗透、围墙内外的边界消隐，消防场域的功能叠用，在有限用地内，用纯粹的现代手法转译苏式传统园林的”小中见大”，让有限土地承载更丰富的生活场景。
Facing the spatial constraints of a compact site and scattered building clusters, the design team drew inspiration from Suzhou’s classical gardens. They restructured spatial order through “courtyard progression,” extended visual dimensions via “multi-perspective borrowed scenery,” and established spatial character with “essential voids.” The courtyard layout of the entrance water feature, visual permeability between elevated spaces and surrounding landscapes, the dissolution of boundaries between interior and exterior walls, and the multifunctional use of fire safety zones – all demonstrate how purely contemporary design language reinterpreted the Suzhou garden philosophy of “expansiveness within compactness.” This approach allows the limited site to accommodate richer living scenarios.
