迈德景观：长沙万象城作为华润置地在长沙的首个万象城项目，选址岳麓区核心地段，融合高端购物、餐饮、文化、居住等多元业态，形成规模庞大的城市商业综合体。然而，川流不息之间，如何生长一隅可停留、可呼吸的空间？
设计将答案轻藏在长沙「山·水·洲·城」的自然底色之中。这次，让山林的风吹向繁城街屿。
MIND STUDIO: As China Resources Land’s inaugural MixC project in Changsha, located at the heart of Yuelu District, this expansive urban complex integrates premium shopping, dining, culture, and residential elements. Yet, amidst bustling flows, the challenge was to create breathing spaces where people could linger comfortably.
The design subtly hide its answer into Changsha’s intrinsic “mountain, water, island, city” character, allowing a forest breeze to softly permeate urban streets.

三重难题，亦是自然的新译
显著的坡度高差（横向约2米，纵向8%），地势让人难以逗留与舒适行走； 440米的冗长商业界面，如同一条平直无激的河流，使空间缺少节奏与停顿； 多元业态混合，如何让住宅、商业、地铁动线各安其位，又彼此交融。
Three Challenges: The different Interpretations of Nature
The site’s significant elevation differences (approximately 2 meters horizontally, with an 8% longitudinal slope) complicated comfortable movement and lingering; The extensive 440-meter-long commercial frontage risked monotony, lacking rhythm and engaging spaces; The mix of diverse functionalities—residential, commercial, and metro lines—required seamless yet distinct spatial integration.

不同场地条件限制也许是另一种新生特点：每一处场地特质，都如自然界的崎岖地貌，等待着与城市的重逢。
Yet these constraints inspired a new form of urban renewal: each challenge transformed into an opportunity, mirroring nature’s varied terrain awaiting harmonious urban re-connection.

城市商业景观的本质，是什么？
持续人气是商业项目的最终愿景。最具活力的空间建立在最真切的生活需求，它需要回应在地文化性做为基础来展开，同时将传统商业单一空间升级为更多样的社交空间，营造全周期的氛围力是持续性策略。
我们决定将空间交给自然，以“山水洲城”的意象为灵感，以“场景造境”的方式回应长沙的城市肌理——让城市空间自己生长出山林般的气质：松弛、灵动、包容万象。
What is the essence of urban commercial landscape?
Fundamentally, urban commercial landscaping must sustain vibrancy, addressing authentic lifestyle needs grounded in local culture. Upgrading conventional commercial areas into diverse social spaces and creating immersive atmospheres throughout the day became our consistent strategy.
Our approach returns space to nature, drawing inspiration from Changsha’s intrinsic landscape and urban fabric. By constructing immersive scenes, we instill urban spaces with a relaxed, dynamic, and inclusive natural quality.

从坡地到空间叙事
面对尺度巨大、高差复杂、功能交错的多重挑战，我们采用 [ 情境拆解 + 空间转译 ] 的策略路径：将冗长单调的空间解构为四个叙事丰富的主题广场，赋予空间停留的理由；以铺装为引，绿植为序，流水为韵，弱化空间边界，让松弛不自觉地融入日常步履；从交通空间自然过渡到有情绪的生活场景，让人们在空间里自由交汇与互动。
From Sloping Land to Spatial Narrative
Facing multiple challenges of huge scale, complex height differences, and interwoven functions, the design adopts a strategy of “scene decomposition + spatial translation”: dividing a monotonous expanse into four thematic squares rich with narrative, providing inviting places to pause. Paving serves as the guide, greenery structures the sequence, and water provides rhythm. Spatial boundaries dissolve naturally, embedding relaxation seamlessly into daily routines and transforming transit zones into emotive living scenes where interactions occur organically.

From the immersive evolution of the slope to a mountain stream scene, four scenarios embody four moments of life. Thus, the landscape becomes real and perceivable fragments of life, no longer just a background, but a place where stories happen.

地铁广场-城市会客厅，连接商场与地铁，这里并非只是单纯的枢纽，而是一处亲切而活泼的城市聚会场所，弥散渐变式铺装如浅浅溪流般由远及近，引导人们缓缓走入。预留的弹性空间自然承载起场景IP与文化活动，日常焕发出轻松自然的活力。
Metro Plaza: Acting as a “city living room” connecting the mall and metro, this plaza transcends mere transit functionality. Gradient paving subtly guides visitors inward like a shallow stream, while flexible spaces accommodate cultural activities and theme events, fostering vibrant everyday interactions.

东广场的水上森林秀场，沿坡地拾级而上，步伐如同穿行山林之间。每一级台阶都被静谧的水面与蓬勃的绿意交织，形成动静相宜的空间节奏，如同森林里的路径，步步都是新的发现。
East Plaza (Forest Water Showcase): Ascending gradually along slopes reminiscent of woodland paths, each step intertwines tranquil water features with lush greenery, crafting a rhythmic harmony that invites continual discovery.

靠商户一侧则构建舒适林荫下的咖啡与餐饮外摆，形成生活方式与空间语言的自然融合。地面铺装利用统一的灰色系材质在4种明暗色度上做弥散感演绎，利用渐变控制线为场地增添韵律感。雕塑式的水景在坡地两端自然起翘，如大地轻掀的一角，轻盈而充满张力。
Adjacent commercial areas integrate shaded cafés and outdoor dining, organically merging lifestyle with spatial language. Unified grey-tone paving, varying subtly in shade, enhances spatial rhythm, while sculptural water elements rise gracefully from slope ends, evoking a delicate yet dynamic energy.

坡地之上，森林自然生长，于是，长轴坡地化作自然的“空间舞台”，拾级而上的“盒装”水面与绿植交织，森林般的气质徐徐绽放。此地不再只是观望，而成为能被亲近、能被触摸、能被记忆的城市生活场景。
The sloping terrain transforms into a natural “stage,” where ascending terraces blend reflective water surfaces and vibrant vegetation, revealing forest-like elegance. This space invites not merely observation but interaction, touch, and lasting memories.

▽坡地成为能被亲近、能被触摸、能被记忆的城市生活场景
“坡”和“宽”本是自然的语言，与山林气质天然契合，这种空间气质正是当下商业景观所急需的稀缺体验。户外空间不再只是入口或停车的场地，而是成为流动的、可交互的、可记忆的城市生态剧场，真正实现“景观即商业”的共生理念。
遵循“强互动、重氛围”的理念，因地制宜置入丰富的多模式水效，形成流瀑、雾森与雕塑互动，水的流动激发城市的活力，也成为空间最具标识性的精神载体。
The concepts of “slope” and “spaciousness” inherently resonate with natural landscapes and precisely offer the rare experiences contemporary commercial spaces require. Outdoor areas become interactive urban ecological theaters, embodying the synergy between landscape and commerce.
Following principles of intense interaction and immersive atmosphere, diverse water features—waterfalls, mist gardens, and interactive sculptures—invigorate urban life, serving as iconic landmarks.

北广场-弹性花园平台,广场平台以一字形搭接的观赏花园和弹性事件广场为主体，两种空间功能动静并存。这里有高低错落的森氧植物，与景相融的长椅，人们或独坐阅读，或微风里笑谈，或将广场切换为活动市集，自成一幅生活的美好画面，柔软而真实。
North Plaza (Garden Platform): Featuring a linear arrangement of ornamental gardens and adaptable event spaces, this plaza harmoniously balances tranquility and activity. Varying heights of lush vegetation and landscape-integrated seating allow visitors to read quietly, engage in casual conversations, or host vibrant market events, creating a soft yet genuine picture of daily life.

作为项目的艺术性标志，如“大地轻轻掀起的一角”，将城市繁华与自然生机轻轻折叠在一起，呈现出长沙独特的城市气质，昂首向上而富有生机。
The artistic symbol of the project, evocative of “a softly lifted corner of the earth,” elegantly folds urban vitality with natural serenity, uniquely reflecting Changsha’s dynamic urban character.

西下沉广场-温柔的森林台地,通过分层设计这里的台阶与植被、叠水和芳香植物相互交织，形成一片让人停留的温柔森林。
West Sunken Plaza (Tranquil Forest Terraces): Here, layered terraces intertwine vegetation, cascading water, and aromatic plants, creating an inviting, serene forest refuge, warmly encouraging visitors to pause and unwind.
